DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLE!! My husband and I stay in hundreds of hotels for his work, and this one wins the prize for THE WORST by a landslide!!! NO blanket, just the top (I call it the condom) covering that never gets cleaned, and a sheet. Luckily we carry our own warm blanket. The "towels" are tiny dingy sandpaper that look about 30 years old!! Again, lucky we have our own towels. Pillows are flat and only 2 are given. The shower is warm, BUT the shower head is so low, you have to bend down to get a full shower. NO breakfast or even coffee is served AT ALL. HORRIBLE. This hotel is the worst one I've ever been to and me and mom mom traveled by car to Maine and back and there was never a problem with a hotel and we got the cheaper ones. It was like a sauna in our room as soon as we walked it it was a heat wave holes in the walls everywhere, bathroom door look like it was busted down so no lock whatsoever, the A/C by the way only went down to 66 and it didn't help at all, floors were dusty as H*LL like they hadn't been swept or mopped it CENTURIES, and they one had one towel for the two bed room. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !! Don't recommend! My brother and his family were in the room by us and they also had a horrible experience to which they had to leave the same night the rented it because it was so hot in their room couldn't even shower because it had NO SHOWER WALL ! This hotel is definitely not the best value. We paid about $111 for a room that was very dirty, smelt like sweat, and many things were broken. We arrived to find the bathroom towel rack broken, no toilet paper, worn out sheets, and stains everywhere. Informed me of a new upcharge that was not disclosed any whee else. A deposit for "damage". I was charged 50 dollars to be refunded in 2 to 6 weeks. The charge was not noted on the receipt. Terrible room. No tv, wifi, or pool. There is no where to plug in chargers. I fixed the lamp. The floor was dirty. Light over vanity was not working. read more

It had hot water and air con and that's it. No water in the swimming pool. Spent 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, no fresh towels and beds never made. Drab room, half of the lights didn't work. However, there were friendly cats that hung around outside the room. read more

Rooms are very outdated and did not feel or smell clean. The toilet was filthy and did not flush correctly - maintenance call took 3 hours. Outlets were broken and table was stained. The outside trash was overflowing all weekend. Would definitely not stay here again. read more

1 is too high, but the lowest review I can give. Worst hotel stay. If we weren't here for a family funeral we would have left upon walking in the door. Arrived and sign on office said "back in 5 minutes". Waited almost 30, no one. Went to eat, came back, same sign on same spot on same door. About 2 hours after arriving we got in. Go to room - floors not just dirty, but things on them like wrappers - obviously not swept, if not swept couldn't possibly have been mopped. Everything dirty and musty. Toilet absolutely filthy - it couldn't have been cleaned in quite a long time. Smoke detector covered in plastic. Hole punched through the bathroom door. The few (3) threadbare towels (no wash cloths or hand towels, were disgusting - and mismatched as if they came from other hotels. I went to Walmart to buy sheets and towels, Lysol and cleaning supplies. Half, if not more, of the lightbulbs don't work, the lock on the adjoining room door are sketchy at best, if someone wanted to get in from the room next door there is no doubt in my mind they could. When I pulled the bedding off to put our new sheets on I found the sheets that were on the bed for our stay dirty. Imagine had I not looked. Still claiming the "virus" as a reason for no breakfast while every other hotel in town is offering it. If you have a choice, don't stay here. If you don't - bring all of your own linens and plan to clean before you feel comfortable. Our family had 8 or 10 rooms reserved, and none was better. Some had puddles on the floors, some had peeling walls, lots of bugs. Stay in a neighboring town before staying here. All of this and for a living I work in the travel housing industry. The room we stayed in was filthy. The walls were covered in dirty hand prints & smudges. I dropped my ring under the bed and when I went to retrieve it. There were rat droppings, dead cockroaches, and old food left behind. The mini fridge was broken; And it smelled so bad... okay 2 out of 4 lamps in the room worked. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The faucet in the restroom was broken. I don't recommend staying here. Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

Rooms nasty. Everything is rusted. Asked for a non smoke room and still got one. Didn't activate both key cards so we were locked out.

the employeee only charged us for 1 night after i repeatedly asked for 2 and believing i paid for 2 nights and only we left the next day came back later at night only to have everything that was scattered around our room stuffed inside my one suitcase and thrown in thie maintenance laundry room. they stole my nintendo out of my luggage as well as my daughters shoes and my bfs shoes. manager refuses to acknowledge that one of their perfect employees would do such a thing. stayed talking to cops till 11 pm pressing charges against hotel for theft of $500 worth of items. horrible read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I'm stuck here because my company decided to be cheap, and cheap is what they got. When I first pulled in, I thought this place was a pay by the hour motel. Stuff doesn't work. No tv, the refrigerator doesn't cool, ac is kind a of working. The bathroom is disgusting. Don't even feel safe in the room, you can tell that someone kicked the door in, and they "fixed" it, by putting a plate and a couple screws. The deadbolt is basically useless, just kick the door one time and it will probably open. read more

Took us 3 hours to get into our room. Arrived at 4:30 they told us to come back at 6 and when we came back to check in the woman at the front desk was missing. We get into the room and it smells strongly of cigarettes. There were orange stains on the towels in the bathroom but the beds were comfortable. Perfect place if you wanna fuck and leave - but could probably do the same thing at a less expensive spot. read more

Stayed here for just under a week with my husband and had a rather pleasant stay. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. When we first checked in we had let the front desk clerk know we were looking for a place to rent in the area since we were moving here for my husband's work. She had let us know that she had seen a place down the street from the motel and gave us ample instructions to get there! Needless to say, it was a great welcome to the neighborhood to be given such helpful info. The breakfast that runs in the morning consists of waffles, toast, bagels, oat meal, cereal, apples, oranges, bananas, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, and apple juice. Along with all the desired condiments. The only suggestion I have is that the jellies provided be throw out and new ones purchased. The jam is the consistency of tar and pretty much unspreadable. As for the rooms, they are very spacious, and the room we had featured a king sized bed that was extremely comfortable. More comfortable than some more expensive hotels we've stayed in. It included a mini fridge, microwave, and dining table; a nice touch since we had to stay so long and didn't want to live solely off of McDonald's and delivery. The only complains about the room are about the overall cleanliness of it. The carpets were absolutely filthy. You couldn't tell by looking at them, but after walking around the room barefooted for a few hours, my feet were covered in a layer of black. The toilet and wall behind the toilet had what looked like split pepto bismol stains. They were faint, I had noticed pink on the toilet seat bolts and then noticed faint stains on the wall behind, but they are their nevertheless. Another bummer about the room is the wifi connection. Yes, it is a nice luxury to be able to have it, but it would drop constantly, which made a few things difficult in securing our new home. All in all, the inn would of received five stars if the room had better upkeep. Perhaps it's time for a good deep cleaning. read more

Check in was a breeze at this motel...staff was courteous and friendly...breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, cereal, waffles, toast....everything tasted fresh....AC in the room worked really well....king size bed was comfortable...always nice having a microwave, a fridge and a coffeemaker in the room..water pressure and water temperature was fine... limited channels on TV but not an issue because we dont go visiting to watch TV all day ... didn't try out pool but noticed a few using the pool.. WIFI worked great....we usually reserve a room close to the office because we have found it to be quieter in that section (may explain why WIFI never failed once)....for the price it was what I expected....would stay here again...only gave 4 stars because of two disconcerting findings...one was the carpet....it seemed to be really dirty (wearing your shoes into a damp bathroom would leave black smears on the floor).....not a real BIG issue with me as I usually take slippers to any motel I go to.. I'm not sure who would walk barefoot in a hotel room anyway...but having said that, carpet definitely needs a good cleaning...carpet may be soiled often due to the construction crews consistently staying at these inexpensive motels (some on a weekly or monthly basis); you normally won't get these crews staying at a 5 Star Motel.....but, still, no excuse for dirty carpets .....second, I disliked the freshener smell in the room ... very strong fragrance ...even my air purifier (which I often take with me for a good nights sleep) had a difficult time removing the strong scent from the room...all in all, we would be back...it fit into our budget and the plusses outweighed the minuses at this motel.. I have stayed in a lot of motels expecting minimal comfort to save money, but I can't even give this property that much credit. First, they charged my card TWICE on the day we were arriving and when we got there they said my reservation was cancelled. Then they insisted that they had to run my card again because the clerk had no record of them charging my card. We had to have the rooms and everything else was booked. She tried to call two different managers, neither of which would answer her calls or texts. She assured me I'd be refunded any overage. There were NO soaps or shampoos, and each room had ONE towel to share and we could not get more. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy our own. The toilet in one room would not flush, and the shower in the other room literally trickled out of the shower head and was unusable. We arrived Friday night about 8pm and the air units had been off all day, so it took all night for the temperature to even become reasonable. We did get in the pool for a bit the second night until we discovered exposed wiring to a pool light and my daughter was shocked by it. We informed the clerk who didn't seem to care. I paid $500 for two rooms, two nights for this property that has no business charging over $50/night, not to mention the other TWO charges for $479/each still pending in my bank account. The two star review shown is absolutely unrealistic. read more

While the lady working the front desk was pleasant, it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. the room smelled awful. I have a habit of lifting the mattress to check for bed bugs. under the mattress was filthy. There was a tube of unidentified creme under the mattress. I didn't even look at it. the lady at the desk assured me that they clean. They do not. I wasn't expecting fancy, but i do expect clean. their wifi was down so they took my credit card to run later. I was charged twice! Now, I have to try to clear that up. Really, stay away from here. I wish I had driven 100 yards down the road to another hotel the first time, rather than moving from this one.
