This location is under new management and unfortunately the quality has significantly decreased. When I called in my order the man was rude and tried to hurry me off the phone. I later learned that he was the manager. They were just as rude when I arrived. The food taste is completely different from before and also compared to other Americas Best locations. I was craving some Buffalo hot wings and my oh my did they deliver! They wings were piping hot temperature wise and the flavor was extreme! Exactly what I wanted at that moment. I enjoyed my wings and fries thoroughly with ranch. The honey old bay wings were tasty but could have used a bit more old bay seasoning. I appreciated the wings being cooked well because I love crisp skin on my wings. As for the dirty rice, no thank you. Not sure I'd call it dirty rice. read more

I can honestly say I'm hooked on their boneless wings! We have tried other places but they mostly just gave breaded chicken wings or weird little wings and they weren't always boneless. We first found this place from our sons recommendation. I was never a big fan of wings but he insisted we try them. So I gave in and decided on Old Bay seasoned wings and my husband ordered the moon dust ones. (Side note the moon dust flavor is very spicy-hot pepper hot with a kick) Due to Covid they only had takeout. I'm just fine with that. So my husband stopped and picked up the order (which is about $1/wing) and brought it home. When he got home and we opened the container and the smell was so strong of spicy chicken even my other son came up to have a few. They looked so delicious and smelled even better. I think the wings are larger than other places. The taste is great 5/5. They are always busy but you can call your order in and pick it up. They also have several deserts to choose from. Don't buy in to the hype, it looks like this place may have multiple locations. The one in Essex/middlesex had Wings with the strangest off flavor, not talking about the rub (Jamaican jerk) but it tasted like the deep frying took place in the same oil as the sea trout/whiting/tilapia/cat fish. Check your fountain drink before you leave, the site come I had tasted like chlorine. Skip the wings, in fact skip this place entirely. read more

Yeah, great this. This evening, I go online and place an order for wings. I pay for it online $33 charged to my debit card. I drive over to pick up my order and the time I stated on the order to find a handwritten sign on the door reading, "We are Closed Today". Now, I'm not a rocket scientist, but I think I would be smart enough to deactivate the online ordering for the day that "We are Closed." (1-star is too high of a rating.) I don't care how good their wings might be. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Calling tomorrow to get a refund - I don't think I'll try ordering again. With my luck and their skills the next sign will read, "We are Closed this week." or "this month". What a joke and waste of my time. read more

If you order 5 wings you don't get ranch or blue cheese. If you order 10 wings you only get one little packet of one or the other. The website doesn't allow you to add more, and they make you pay in cash to get more when pick up. On different occasions going they have charged me $1 for one ranch or $0.50 for one ranch. Very, very good. I had a horrible experience with an America's Best in downtown Baltimore so I was turned off by the chain. Big mistake. I was craving wings so I figured i'd give them another chance and check out this location by my house. A much better experience. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the boneless wings in Jamaican Jerk, Old Bay and Honey Barbecue and all three flavors were delicious! The boneless wings were huge pieces of tender white meat chicken and weren't dried out at all. Glad I decided to stop in. Will definitely return. read more

I went to Americas Best wings today only because I was at the Essex Shopping Center. I ordered a half Cheese Steak Sub to take home. I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the box. It was a MINI sub. The roll looked like a oversized Hot Dogs roll. I paid almost $10.00 for a half sized sub. The roll was gummy. They didn't even toast it. NEVER AGAIN. This is a chain and new to this area, located in the strip plaza a few doors down from MVA. We were on our way to another restaurant in the same plaza but decided to try something new, they offer a good variety of chicken wings (30 flavors) or without seasoning. I opted for the mild and was not disappointed. This was called the 3 Wing Box which included a massive amount of ff-large crinkle cut, no tiny end pieces, a refillable drink, and 3 FULL wings that were the largest I have ever had. Everything was cooked to order-hot and fresh. $7.99 My husband ordered the Shrimp Box, which held the same amount of ff and 10 huge shrimp lightly breaded, piping hot, and a refillable drink. $12.99 We could not eat it all, had to take it home for a second meal. This place is clean and the food is more than worth it. Very clean and service was friendly, orders are verified by the customer before they leave the restaurant, which is more than appreciated. No one wants the wrong meal or an omission, It can be corrected right there. Parking is shared by the rest of the plaza. We will definitely be back. read more

I ordered a feathers and fries combo at this location and not the one on 40 East (which is infinitely better) because of a google accident. This location just opened maybe 6 months ago. The restaurant is located in the Middlesex Shopping Center near the MVA, Dollar Tree, and Shoppers. It's brand new and clean. The employees give wonderful customer service and even call you to let you know when your food is ready for pick-up. The menu that is displayed behind the counter has an LED backlight. The establishment is organized and has plenty of seating for its patrons. I ordered the whole chicken wings and the chicken was crispy and seasoned well, but the fries were trash if I'm being completely honest. There's an entire condiment station complete with hot sauce, ketchup, mumbo sauce, pepper, salt, and old bay. I still give the place four stars because I fully expected that for one dollar extra, the fries would be crappy. This is best location that I have visited and I'll continue to frequent this location even though I live closest to the Rosedale location. read more

Our staff just down the street from Americas "Worst" Wings ordered wings and asked that they be crispy. We picked them up, took them back to the office and sat down to eat them and we were shocked at how bad the wings were. Four people from our business placed orders and all of us were disgusted. We are a rather easy going group, so we rarely complain, but these were so bad we felt that the owner would want to know how bad they were. A staff member called and spoke to the manager/owner and explained that the wings were not good at all, not so much the flavor, but the wings were so rubbery you needed to use a steak knife to cut them. One of our employees actually went to the bathroom choking because the wings were so rubbery. The biggest shock was when we contacted America's "Worst" Wings and they said when you asked for crispy, this is how the wings turn out. Our staff member explained that the wings aren't crispy, they are rubbery and dry. We were shocked when the owner/manager replied, "yes, that is correct when you ask for crispy that is how they turn out, rubbery and dry." He said we could come up and get some new wings, but we'd have to pay as this was our fault, not his. read more
