The food here is consistently good. I feel like they have some of the better salads around, and the red velvet cake is definitely a highlight. Customer service can vary depending on who's working the register. Sometimes it's great, other times it feels a bit less attentive. One thing I don't love is how limited they are with ranch -- even when ordering chicken wings, they still try to charge extra for additional ranch. It just feels a bit restrictive. Also, the salad dressing options could use an upgrade. The quality feels a bit on the cheaper side, and improving that would really elevate the overall experience. I was picking these up for takeout at lunch, working in healthcare and overworked and truly excited to try this place. When ordering, I truly thought that this was just the high cost of "The Best" wings around. Come to find out, they're charging double on Grub Hub than their menu says in store. If I could give zero stars I would. Got a to go order tonight and upon receiving it the entire bag and four containers were COVERED in sauce and leaking out of the bottom of the bag. We got the 20 piece boneless in hot bbq and honey garlic and the chicken was like biting into rubber. It was disgusting. I ordered a 10 piece wing meal the other day, and it took me a while to determine exactly how to rate them. Unlike most wing places they sell the jumbo size wings, which is great. The hot sauce wasn't traditional "buffalo", but was good. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the wings needed cooked another minute or so. They weren't undercooked, but there was no crisp. There was just enough mush to make it unpleasant. The reason I'm not giving them a lower rating is the wings were good, and I'm sure there won't be an issue ordering them crispy. Five full stars for this place!! I have gotten their wings three times now and every time they are amazing! I usually have problems with wing places such as Bdubs and Hoots. I know Bdubs cooks they're wings in cow lard which makes the wings entirely to greasy and I vomit immediately. Here, however, the wings are perfect! The drums (since I play extra to only get those) are meaty, huge and perfectly cooked. You will find the sauce to seasoning ratio is perfect. After my surgery, I can't take an overwhelming heat and luckily they have over 15 sauces to choose from. The mild has become my go to. I will say, the fries are extremely sub par. I can, however, recommend the onion rings. I can usually eat only about 4-5 of the wings. read more

This place is awesome! I ordered the 3 piece catfish combo, and the fish was seasoned well and super fresh. I was surprised with how big the pieces were too! I also ordered their lemonade which tasted homemade. I also liked how many flavor choices their wings had, and I snagged one from my boyfriend and it was delicious, the skin was nice and crispy. The only thing is that they're super new, so it seems like they're a little disorganized. To avoid that I always call ahead and pick it up. This was my first time being here, When you walk in the first thing I saw was the menu. It is huge and there seems to be a lot of stuff. I had to take the menu off the counter and sit down and look at it again. I ended up just going with some honey barbeque regular wings. The inside was pretty dirty and trash on the floor. I decided against getting a drink from the looks of everything. The wait for wings wasn't long, only a couple people ahead of me and it took pretty much the exact amount of time I was expecting. When my number was called they opened the container to let me look at the wings (first time I have experienced that) I just nodded and was on my way. I had read on the menu that they only give one container ranch per 10 wings, the containers were really small and I didn't know you had to ask for them. It was not offered to me, but luckily I was going to eat them at home and have plenty of ranch. Overall the wings were pretty good, kinda drowning in the sauce, but it had good flavor and a decent amount of meat on the bone. There were also times I found extra chewy pieces but they were pretty good wings. The worst part was the number of people parking along the curb and coming in to get their wings. There are plenty of parking spots but many people find it ok to park along the curb in the fire lane. This isn't their fault or problem, just annoying. You can check it out and be the judge of it yourself, I might be back but we shall see what the future holds. read more

Not great but edible. With Wing Zone COMPLETELY changing their menu we opted for this. The service was neutral and polite. Not much room for seating if you plan on eating inside. I ordered the Mild wing special, 10 wings with fries and a drink. A friend of mine ordered the burger with a different side of mozerella sticks and another friend of mine ordered 10 wings as well, just hotter sauce and an additional side of fried okra. Everything looked fine but the server didn't ask or offer us sauces, we didn't stay, ate elsewhere. Upon opening the boxes appearances look fine, the celery sticks were wimpy and didn't resemble celery. The chicken was edible but skimpy side on the meat and dry which I guess makes up for the fact it's swimming in the hot sauce? (No...not really) My friend's fried okra was delicious.
