They also has fries that can come with various seasonings. You will also find vegan chicken here too. To each its own I guess. They have music playing in the waiting area and it is decorated with cool neon lighted words. I recommend placing your order ahead before arriving, but if you are like me and don't, then there is a kiosk at the counter where you can place your order. I ordered the Businessman Chicken Sandwich with some fires with Blackened Neversail Rub on them. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food. I went to a nearby park and ate my food on a bench. It was fresh hot and delicious. The sandwich and fries were very flavorful. It was a ton of food I could not put a dent in it. I should have got the small fries. Food quality is great and service was amazing! It was my first time in Richmond and I saw this on Yelp and had to make this my first stop. Be advised though, they have multiple shops and the one in Richmond has very minimal indoor seating - it's literally just a bench. And street parking is VERY difficult (not their fault btw) The only issue I had with them is just their take-out packaging. Since they don't have a ton of indoor seating, all their meals are pretty much take out. I got the TLC and they just put my chicken tenders and fries in very flimsy wrappers, put it all in a plastic bag and that was it. The grease from the food eventually seeped through their wrappers and made the bag soggy. I'd just recommend that they think of putting their take out meals in a sort of box or container. Pros - piece of chicken was thick, juicy and well sauced (we asked for it to be tossed). Our other favorite part was the sauces we got on the side for our fries - the mustard BBQ and hot BBQ.
