Not only are the prices higher, but they did a horrible, sloppy, fast job and the spots came right back. After paying $980 to get…read moretheir "guaranteed services", we were left with multiple tears in the carpet of two rooms and the spots we started with. After months of promises from an owner of the company that they would pay for the replacement of our carpet, we were told that their insurance company's payment would be limited to the actual value of our carpet based on its age, and, we would receive no additional damage compensation from the company. This despite the fact that our carpet was perfectly suitable for years to come (assuming the company had done decent work). So in the end we were paid $2200 for the carpeting we will be paying over $8000 to replace. As a final insult, I asked management to refund the $980 we had paid to have our carpeting destroyed and they said it would be in the mail shortly. After two weeks with no payment forthcoming, I called both ownership and management and, shockingly, no one will now answer or return my calls.

The carpet looked great when he finished, and it dried a lot faster than the last cleaner's efforts. So, fingers crossed--one week after his visit and no stains reappearing, and the carpet still looks good. So far I'd say I spent a whole lot less than prior cleaners and the results are better.
