They were not able to find the source of the problem. Then, I reached out to the Optimum. They sent a technician within 5 days for a free-of-charge inspection. He was very knowledgeable and could find the source of the problem within 10 minutes. He also confirmed it was limited to one room. I needed help moving the furniture around, and the technician took care of it. The treatment provided by Optimum got rid of the bed bugs. I had a problem with spiderwebs everywhere and other outdoor bugs. I signed up for the outdoor treatment twice a year. The first one was done late fall, and so far, I don't see any bugs or spiderwebs.

I am hopeful that my experience is an anomaly, but the way this company treats their customers is not ideal. To even get ahold of anyone here, you need to call an "answering center" that only takes your info and says the "office will call you back". The office ignored most of my calls after I became a customer. After waiting a couple days (although I made it clear the item was urgent), the exterminator comes out and does a shady job. They were late, never called when on the way (as promised), and they did not exterminate properly and thoroughly. The exterminator seemed to be a novice that was unable to answer any questions. Following this, they said the issue will be mostly resolved in a few days. A week later, the issue was not resolved... it was back to square one. After multiple non returned calls, and repeated false information, I am finally told they'll come back (8 days later). During that trip, the exterminator failed to call day of and de-prioritized the work. He ended up being hours late, then 45 mins to the last promised time... and then NEVER showed up. This is after multiple false statements made via phone. I would not recommend this company. They've caused costly construction delays, stress, and treated myself and my partners with complete disrespect.

Jason White was using profanity, dropping F bombs with rage towards me, (the customer) when seeking clarification on a sizing issue in the field with stair posts. Keuka Studios had made several errors in the dimensions regarding the stair posts. The correct dimensions had been provided on numerous occasions to Jason White, Engo Wenzel, and Daniel White, yet they still got it wrong. Daniel White tried to cover up their mistakes by changing the original plans, and passing off the doctored plans as if they were the originals, after the fact. Daniel's intent to deceive to not incur costs for their errors is the definition of fraud. When I brought this fraudulent action to Daniel's attention he took it even further stating these were the agreed upon drawings, and yet I had never seen those drawings before, with those doctored dimensions that were never used previously. As if I don't have the original dimensions and drawings for comparison. We are not talking a fraction of an inch here, but dimensions measurable in feet. The stair post dimensions were so badly bumbled the posts would not even mount correctly on the stringers, failing inspection. Not only did I have to rebuild oversize stringers, the entire stair pad had to be demoed and rebuilt, as well as several tons of additional dirt excavated and regraded at the cost of thousands of dollars. Keuka Studios was completely and complicity negligent, and only concerned with covering up their errors. This company has dishonest, incompetent, inarticulate people; I would not recommend.
