If you want the real story, read the lower rated reviews because they reflect my experience much more accurately. I came in just looking for tires, and the pricing was not transparent at all. They also advertise that they are cheaper than Costco, which is simply not true. That claim is misleading. You are much better off going to Costco where pricing is straightforward and you can trust what you are getting. Overall, I would not come back and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

My tire pressure light never came on, so I suspected the nail hadn't punctured through. The guy at the front counter was actually very nice and helpful with checking me in. But when I went to the back where the tire workers were, one of the techs told me my car "doesn't have tire pressure sensors." That is completely false MY 2022 Honda Insight DOES have TPMS. Then they tried to tell me I needed a whole new tire for $280 without showing me any real damage. The attitude from the workers in the back made it seem like they assumed I didn't know anything simply because I'm a young woman. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I trusted my gut and went across the street to NFS Tires for a second opinion. The tech there removed the nail, sealed the hole, patched the tire correctly and charged me $45. He confirmed the tire was totally fine and did NOT need to be replaced. Big O Tires gave me incorrect information about my own vehicle and tried to upsell me unnecessarily. Meanwhile, NFS Tires was honest, quick, and affordable. If you're in Pinole, go to NFS Tires instead they actually treat customers fairly.

Had an appointment first thing in the morning booked a few days ahead - got there and waited said they didn't have the parts and said they will order them, I waited from 9am-1pm, just for the brakes. Coming here has cost me more since, I had to go to another shop after noticing my car was making noises and I was told that the wrong lug nuts were put in for my wheels, and there were also missing lug nuts for all the wheels. I was also told that whoever replaced them used poor quality brake pads which easily burns out my pads, thus, increasing dust on my rims. NFS tires had me waiting for hours just to give me cheap pads. I was told that it was a good thing I towed my car to the other shop since I was close to losing a wheel. I wish I could get a refund for the poor service and almost causing my life to an accident that could've occurred.
