Great service I work for a company and I had a flat tire and they fix it for free thank you so much keep up the good work

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Brought my car to check on the tire. The repairman came back to me and said they can't fix my due to the last person who fixed it didn't complete their work therfore they cannot fix it....1 problem they were the one who last fixed it. Then they don't have anymore tires in my size so now they want me to get a new set. I asked to speak to thePmanager who still hasn't gotten off "a phone call" while I'm writing this review. Getting tired of being ignored here. Stood in line for 20 minutes, waiting just to talk to someone. When I got to the front of the line and the clerk took a phone call, I decided that my business was not evidently important to them. I don't have all the time in to world to burn, so I left. Perhaps, this minor etiquette infraction is easily dismissed by many, but I choose not to accept this as good quality customer service. I'm tired of this type of service & treatment. Well, I've been going to this America's Tire store since they built it in the 80's and I have had pretty good service there. In the past few years I have noticed a trend toward a corporate mentality rather than the friendly next door tire store I had experienced previously. I was having 2 tires replaced due to wear and I wanted them placed on the front axle as I was heading to the alignment place directly after the tires were replaced. America's Tire refused to place the tires where I wanted them, citing some rule they had to follow from "Corporate" that said new tires will be mounted on the rear axle. I said that I was the customer, why can't I get what I want and I am paying for? They refused and I said that this was the last time I would be in there with any my six vehicles and that I would badmouth them to everyone that I know and then I left. After I went to another tire store, I received a call from America's Tire. They wanted to offer me two free tires so that would be four new tires and and where the tires were mounted would be moot. I declined the offer because I felt that I shouldn't have to get angry to get what I want. As I said, I will never step foot in another America's Tire again. read more

Today, as I was visiting the Antelope Valley (from downtown Los Angeles), my car's tire low pressure alert came on. Feeling stressed, I drove to America's Tire. America's Tire's friendly customer service representative inspected my car and found a large screw in one of my tires. He offered to remove the screw and patch the hole for free - incredible!! Though they were busy with multiple customers, I only waited half an hour. During this time, I saw how they provided excellent service to others and even offered waiting customers bottles of water. I've gotten my tires from here. Well, my dad got them for me here and told I get free tire rotations and balancing. Don't know how car maintenance places usually operate but free sounds good. The last visit my dad complained to one of the guys working that they probably gave me the wrong wheel lock key back last time because we don't take my car to any other place and the guy went ahead and got me all new wheel locks for free. My dad has also mentioned to me of how they messed up on the wheels of our MDX before and somehow the tread got stripped or something like that and he had to get it fixed at another place. I've only experienced great service here. My friends and I all share stories of pulling up with flat tires and having never been here, They fix the flats with out any charge. Quick and friendly service. Since this experience, I have returned many times to purchase new tires or service them. Every interaction has been as expected, positive. read more

1st time going here. Started with a phone call answered by Abd-Allah (probably misspelled, so sorry :/) he was very courteous and helpful answered all my questions. Decided to go in and had Jeff as my service writer. Again, he was super courteous and helpful answering questions with no rush or pressure. Bought 2 tires and had them installed here, very reasonable pricing. I've worked at many auto repair shops and tire stores and was extremely impressed as too how professional and efficient these guys are. Was given an estimate of an hour and a half, they has it done in less than an hour. Definitely recommend! read more

I have recently had an issue with America's Tire. I have 16.5 Rims on my truck. It seems 16.5 tires are getting harder to find. I asked Abdallah if they there were any 16.5 tires still being made, his response was "not that I know of" I was also going to purchase Walker Evens rims w/"bead locks" Well after talking to a good friend of mine, he said Swamper makes an "Irok" 16.5 tire that is awesome, he also said beadlocks have a tendency to leak (that is why DOT will not approve them, for street use). Now my issue is...Abdallah knew about the Irok's (same with the rims) and did not tell me, or is very un-informed about what is going on in the tire industry, . Either way..sneaky or ignorant..neither impresses me. I would probably give two stars, but Abdallah did not call me with a quote for the rims and tires, until "after" I received an email asking to rate my experience with America's tire (probably a coincidence I will give them that). Also I asked for a little better price, than the $3800 he first quoted me..instead he raised it by 2% appx . I admit the quote was over 8 month's old..but the economy has gotten worse, not better. Prices seem stagnant, or lower on everything else. I will have Tim Wells tire service, The Tire Store, or any other tire company install my tires when the arrive. even if its at higher cost to me. I will not have America's Tire install them....They have "lost" my trust. read more

Love America's Tire and this is my favorite location. I take every car I have owned here and they always remember me. The guys are genuine, honest and friendly. This time I gave them a call on a busy Saturday afternoon because I picked up a nail and needed some help. They told me to come on by. They fixed my tire for free and sent me on my happy way within the hour. You won't be disappointed with the service. I definitely recommend! read more

So i had my tires rotated last month on my car. No problem everything was fine. Recently took my car to rotate tires again and the results are very different. They rotated my tires and now my car wobles and my steering wheel shakes a whole lot. My tires were balanced perfectly when i left my car and when they removed and put them back on they are now out of balance. When i took my car back and asked them to resolve the issue they said they would happily sell me an annual balance package for 60 dollars. I explained to the the sells associate the problem and he refused to check and or resolve the problem they obviously caused. Didnt bother to even consider one of there high school kid associates they constantly train on free services might have knocked off a weight in my wheel. Every time i go to this place they take a couple hours just to do the easiest task. So in ending they broke it and didnt leave it the way i dropped it off. Now i have to pay elsewhere to get it fixed. This place lost my bussiness over a mistake made by the sloppy slow employees that work at Americas tires. Dont bother go elsewhere that performs the job professionally. Looking for professional work? This is not the place. read more

After my wife and son were turned away from Tire Pro's with a nail in one of her tires because it wasn't losing any air at the time and they were ABOUT to close, she drove to America's Tire by which time they were about to close...so much so they had already turned off their computers! Instead of America's Tire turning them away, they fixed the tire and since the computers were shut down, they didn't charge her. As a man, I'm thankful to America's Tire for hiring gentlemen who took care of my wife and son in 100+ degree heat when the single A shop across town sent them away. read more

I have four classic cars that were all in need of new tires so I tried this store, admittedly because I appreciate their sponsorship in auto racing. They have a price matching policy so I went with prices in-hand for the best deals I could find on the Internet, but America's Tire Store's prices were already about $10 per tire less for the specific tires I wanted. Then, their happy technicians really impressed me by taking extra care to mount, balance, install and clean the tires with special attention to my wishes. Beware of a bogus upsell on valves. I recommended American Tire to my girlfriend. They tried to upsell her on her valves which turned out to be a bogus add-on which sounded like they were taking advantage of her. So just be cautious about them tacking on valves which you don't need. But she said the rest of her experience was fine and she got a good price on the tires and the install was quick but when you try to rip someone off it sure takes away from the experience. read more

Let me tell you it really pays to make an appointment here. I arrived around 530 and they were telling people in front of me that it was going to be close to a two hour wait. Well I had made an appointment online earlier in the day for 545. Once I got up to the counter I let them know about my appointment and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. read more

I dropped off a wheel to this shop and was helped by Mauricio. The tire had disintigrated from a large puncture on the freeway. I was told that when the Michelin tire was special ordered and installed they would call me, and when I dropped by they would fit me in to install the wheel quickly. Two days later they called and said to come in at 1:30 p.m. and that they would get the car up on the rack, remove the spare, install the wheel/tire and get me on my way. I confirmed that they would do this without any normal waiting and was told yes that it would just be a few minutes. I arrived at 1:20 p.m.. After I paid around $300.00 for the new tire, Mauricio reneged on his promise and refused to get my car on the next available rack for the three minutes it would take for them to remove the spare and put on the wheel with the new tire. He told me there was a two hour wait! So, I received the wheel and tire and changed the wheel myself in their filthy parking lot. They're Really Good at losing customers. read more

These guys are great. I came in here originally in 2006 with my GTO that was burning through stock tires about every 3k miles. The dealer told me it was my fault and that 400 hp cars just do that, even though the wear was clearly only on the inner rear. It turns out the stock tires were too big for the car and with a little effort America's Tires found an equally good tire that fit and had a warranty. I never had another problem with the GTO and tires. Go see these guys next time you need tires. read more
