I came in with my disabled mother with her Subaru Outback. Mauricio the Assistant Manager greeted us as soon as we came in even though they were super busy. As soon as he was done helping the police officer he was aiding he came right over and assisted us. Helpful service and great CSRs coupled with free rotations and free flat repair (on any tires even if you didn't purchase them from America's Tires) and great deals are why I only get my service done at America's Tires. read more

Went to americas tire last night for a flat tire. i have custom valve stem caps on my wheels. they lost my cap on the tire they repaired. went to the location today to see if they had it. was told they could not find it and offered me some cheap plastic ones. was then told i could look for my lost one out in the bays. as i was doing this the store manager got in my face and told me i could not be there. told him his employee told me i could look for it and he said no and escorted me out. told him that my caps are one of a kind and can not be replaced. nobody there seemed to care about my plight at all except for the cheap plastic ones they tried to give me in replacement. worst customer service i have ever experienced and will never go to this place again! read more

I've been coming here for years now. They offer free flat repairs even if you didn't buy your tire here. Came in to get my free rotation and have my tires inspected and with my mileage guarantee I am getting 2 tires replaced. I am getting different tires than I had before and the employee even suggested I get a cheaper tire than the one I chose because they are a better tire. I went with his recommendation because hey they are the professionals. They greet you with a smile and don't try to cheat you in anything. So far this company has my loyalty for life. read more

I just moved into the area and I did not have my paperwork. For some reason my vehicle was not listed in their system and Michael Fallon the store manager and Abd-Allah did all they could through the system to find it. If you like over torqued or broken studs, scratched rims, and being held hostage, then this is your kind of place! I only come to this store because my wife has a tire credit card through this place and this is where my warranty is valid. A few visits I've come they have held me hostage a couple times stating that they can't allow me to leave the store with the way my tires were. No matter how much you argue with them, you end up going in a big circle with them. Either you buy brand new tires or supposedly they can't allow you to leave the store with the condition your tires are in. I've had my rims scratched from them, I've had them over torque my lugs resulting in the studs snapping off when the wheels have to come off my vehicle. I recently went in there the other day because I had a nail in my tire and took the whole wheel off my car and brought it to them. There was maybe one car in the garage and was told it'd be a 30 minute wait. My wife and I went to get a bite to eat and came back roughly 45 minutes later to find out the guy didn't even start working on my tire. A phone call would have been nice about the issue instead of waiting for me to come back so he can ask what I want to do. The guy said he'd recommend to just buy a two new tires because the way my car is I have to buy the other side as well. I said no, please just do the patch. Then I have to hear the whole story of how next time something happens to my tire my warranty won't cover it and I'd be better off just buying a new tire especially since my tire was worn on the inside blah blah. I have come to genuinely hate this place, they always seem to come up with some stupid reason why they cant fix a problem and how i need to buy a new tire from them. I've had a nail in a tire that they wouldn't fix but they sure wanted to sell me a new tire, so I went down to The Tire Store on Sierra Hwy and they fixed it quick and easy and CHEAP! Today i took in my spare tire out of my Altima and there was a slow leak from the bead, all it needed was the tire removed, the bead of the wheel steel wire brushed and cleaned and remount the tire. America's Jacka** or Tire so their name, wouldn't do anything because the spare had just turned 10 years old. There was nothing wrong with the tire at all, never used and never even in the sun! But they said they could sell me a brand new tire. Why the hell would i waste money on a tire thats perfectly fine? THIS PLACE WILL COME UP WITH ANY REASON TO NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM AND TRY SELLING YOU A BRAND NEW TIRE WHEN YOU DONT NEED IT!!! My family has been in the tire business in another city (sadly, otherwise i'd go there) for almost 50 years so i know tires but they right away act like i have no idea how it works. Dont waste your time with them and go to The Tire Store the first time! read more

I need a new tired on Sunday and this place was one of the few that was open. I am glad I came to this place, I was checking prices and they matched the price from another place, I thought it was great from $95 to $75. I had to wait a while because they could not find the tired, but I didnt might the place (waiting room) was comfortable and the manager was very welcoming. read more

Amazing Service! As a woman purchasing tires is very intimidating for me, but the guys at America's Tire made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the best tire for my money. The salesman took time to the pro's and con's of the tires I was looking at in an effort to find the best fit for me. Once I decided on a tire I watched the guys in the backroom hustle to get the tires on and me out of there quickly. I ended up with a flat tire on my Land Rover from a screw. Without a Land Rover dealership in the area I took the tire to a different tire place which told me the screw was too close to the outer wall and they could not fix it. I wanted a second opinion so came to America's Tire Co. and right away everyone was so friendly and very professional. They told me they would take the tire off the rim and see how it looked on the inside. Within 20 minutes they had plugged and patched the screw hole and assured me it was very safe to drive on and holding air. They even did this at no charge. I went in with some uneven wear on my tires. My plan was to rotate them in a manner that would extend their life. I was being attended to by Abdallah Tarik, though I think he went by an alternative moniker, for which I don't blame him. He measured the wear on the worst side of my tires and said that they were under America's Tire's acceptable limit for being able to put them back on the rim, if they were taken off the rim. T he reason being, America's Tire considered them unsafe for use. I'm not an idiot, and knew they could be safely used for at least some period of time. Bottom line, they refused to supply me with a simple bit of service, and I don't care what corporate determined reason they have, it was ridiculous. With the competitive nature of the tire business, I don't need to go back, and I won't. Affordable Tire in Palmdale did what I asked. This place knows how to take care of their customers! They are top notch from their pricing and selection to every aspect of service. As weird as it sounds, I think everyone genuinely likes their job! You expect the sales people to make you feel special but even the mechanics in the bays are awesome! I would recommend setting an appointment as their service is not a secret and they get busy! Major props to Sean who I spoke with today over the phone and was able to order in the wheel I needed for less than other places and didn't require that I payed in full first! I would like to think it is because I am a loyal customer but I honestly think they just really want to exceed the clients expectation. Believe me, they consistently do. Place is busy but they get through the line as quickly as possible. The guy who helped me was J.R. He was professional and gave me a good idea of what I was buying. I couldn't believe they actually had the rims I picked in stock and I was even more surprised how fast my rims and tires were installed. It was a little pricey but you do get what you pay for. They pointed out a mark on one of the rims, I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise, and without even asking him, he ordered a replacement, free of charge. Now that's effing service!! read more

If I could give NO stars I would. My experience has been a nightmare. First, I ordered my tires a week before my appt. I called the day before my appt & tires were not there. They had received the wrong ones and did nothing to reorder the correct ones or to let me know. After a long conversation they told me they would have the correct tires the next morning & to keep my appt as scheduled. I called them the next day on my way there. No tires! They called me an hour later saying they were on Fed Ex, just around the corner so I could go ahead and come in. I arrived one hr later. They checked me in, offered me a discount for my trouble and told me it would be an hr. I waited an hr, watched a dozen customers come & go. My SUV was on the rack, wheels off, no action. I asked what was up & was told the tires WERE NOT THERE!!!! Why in the world would they accept my vehicle if the tires were not there ?!? I told them to put my old tires back on. Unacceptable! About that time the manager arrived with my tires (after chasing down fed ex to get them). They offered another discount & threw it together. They told me not all the sensors were registering, but told me they would reset. Ten days later I am back. One sensor still not registering. They ck & two sensors are in fact bad. They also want to charge me to replace them when they were working perfectly before they started. My advice, STAY AWAY !!! read more

I am giving 3 stars because of what I experienced. "Quanity over Quality" is my complaint with Americas Tire on Valley Central Way. I will say that most people probably will not watch the process of tires being changed. I do because I have a trust issue with anyone working on my cars, but you can't do it all and sometimes you just have to. Some of the wheels come in nasty, some come in new, some come in damaged beyond the safety limits. They see alot of wheels/tires and they pump out the turnovers quick. IMO, You should always strive to return the customers car back to them at least the same or better than when the customer brought it to you. My wheels on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee just absolutely looked horrible after I spent just shy of a grand for 4 new tires on its first tire change. I clean my wheels very thorough every week so they arrived at Americas Tire in a pretty clean state. They put scratches on the inside of my wheels removing wheel weights and didnt even bother cleaning the residue from the removed weights. Apparently the balancer guy didnt know what he was doing because he applied more weights than necessary and then had to remove them leaving additional sticky residue. I purchased 4 new tires with warranty and they leave my wheels and tires looking like crap when its done. They offered to fix it but its too late and it would have taken additional time. It should have been done right the first time. Also the technicians need to be trained on proper use of a torque wrench. I have never seen such a half-assed attempt to torque tires correctly. I am willing to bet that the torque wrenches are never calibrated either considering how they abuse them. I just think Americas Tire should strive to up the quality of their workmanship standards. Place is crazy. I've been here a few times and it's been ok. I just went in today to try and get new tires for my 4-banger Honda. They wanted to charge me 350$. 350$... For TWO tires. It was kind of like the attendant was saying "Hey man, i think you're an idiot. Buy these." Also told me there was only one kind of tire for my car in stock. SAY WHAT? For a Honda? Needless to say, i informed them i did not want to spend that much money and left the store. The worker did not even try to cut a deal with me or ask if i wanted them to order a tire or anything. I left dissapointed, but avoided getting slammed from behind by them. I was feeling a bit sad thinking i wasn't going to find reasonably priced tires when i contacted Firestone off of Avenue K. They put two brand new tires on my Honda for me and only charged me 220$. Took my car in on Monday 1/11/15 for a tire rotation and flat fix (flat tire had been replaced with the spare). I get there and sign in then 3 other cars pull up and they take them in first!! Asked to speak to a manager who of course is not there. Finally they pull my car in and do the rotation. Then they pull my car out and put the fixed tire in the trunk. The tire they fixed was the one with the matching rim and the spare was on the car. YES, they are that STUPID and left the spare on the car. Finally the manager comes out and is completely rude and escorts me off the property to my car. Called into the district manager and no call back til the next day. On Wednesday 1/13/15 I have to have my car towed from Burbank, home because the driver side is now missing 2 lug nuts and posts, and the 3rd lug nut is so loose I can remove it by hand. Immediately called the store and again manager is not there. Finally called and spoke to Manager Micheal, who was extremely RUDE and refused they did anything. Called into District manager who has refused to call me back. Took to my mechanic who gave an estimate of close to $ 500 not including the bent rim from driving it without the tire being secure. read more
