First time here, needed to get 4 new tires. The gentleman that helped us (Josh) was pretty nice and gave us good information on the different levels of tires and warranties. I like that they weren't trying to up sell and go directly to the highest tire price. He listened to our driving habits and made suggestions based on that. Ended up pursuing 4 new tires at a good price. I like that the tire purchase allows us to come back for leaks, flats, etc free of charge. read more

First off. I gave them a 1 star because they don't have a 4 star coming at all. What I witnessed while in that store should honestly be a crime. They took advantage of a woman. As I was sitting there for 2hrs, I actually got to see the woman's husband come in and retaliate. The sales staff really had that coming. Don't trust these guys or give them business. I got a refund for my purchased tires and went elseware after the husband pointed out how F'd up the staff was to his wife. I was on my way to church and my car sounded like something huge was under it. I even stopped to look. The steering was terrible and I was getting apprehensive so I went to a $1.50 air station and added 30 pounds of air. By the time I got back in the car, the pressure was at 20. I got home and called America's tire. These are The Most helpful friendly people. As I was in line I guess JR noticed I was uncomfortable standing and invited me to sit down, said I wouldn't lose my place in line - so considerate! I ordered the tires from him, super nice guy and only had to wait a day for them to be delivered. Next day they hooked me up with brand new tires in about an hour. Everyone in this store was helpful and friendly. They kept me informed of the progress and JR himself pulled my car out! (They will also check your tire pressure for free and if that exclamation icon comes up, will diagnose your problem as well.) I'll definitely be back! read more

But I must say that this is the must go to tire shop. The prices are good but the most important thing is there customer service. They're awesome! They now what they're talking about and are so nice and really make you feel like coming back and also it's a big plus that they plug your tired for free(when other places charge like $15). My daughter and I went in to this business to have a tire installed, the tire had been pre-ordered and paid for. I had previously called to confirm that the tire had arrived. I waited patiently while the customers in front of me were being assisted. Then the clerks behind the counter started taking calls instead of attending to us. Shortly thereafter, they all left the main reception area and went to the area where tired are installed. They congregated and talked there for a while. By then, I had been in the store waiting for assistance for more than 15 minutes - so I decided to leave and use my time more efficiently. I asked my husband to go and take care of the tire and the ALL MALE TEAM AT AMERICA'S TIRE responsive, attentive and quick to help. So....... I have been here numerous times and have mixed feelings. Everyone always seems polite but somehow they either lost my information or the guy was just being a tool, but JR said they were going to have to charge me for the rotation and balance. He could see I've been here 6 times, but that wasn't good enough for him. I told him that was fine if they charged me, but if they did I would take our business elsewhere. I got a screw in my tire. It IS ALWAYS the worst possible time. It's never a planned event. I was set to get home after my errands were done. I called ahead. I told them this is my father's after his passing and told Magwa(sp) that while I have two cars in the records over there, this 2009 Cadillac DTS was not. "How much is it going to cost me?" He replies, "Nothing. Free!" WHHHHAT? I was in and out in an hour but made new friends in Magwa, Cody and Jayce who remembered me from years ago in my 1984 300ZX 2+2. WHAT? Then later he remembered my career in aerodynamics and cars and airplanes! WHAT? I am serious. Truth. Gil and Abdullah run an efficient ship there. The QR code upon arrival is both trick and efficient. The guys are cruising high life enjoying their work. It helps deliver a quality product and outcome! So FREE?!?! You ask, too, uh? THINK about it. $20 at Pep Boys and you are not with an appointment so expect a two hour wait. What I was told! America's Tire silent marketing is working for them. I already told two people. They'll sell tires if the repair is not safe or impractical! They're set up to DO TIRES blindfolded there. Do it. I think it has SAFETY merits if they did shout it out loud in a commercial campaign. .I purchased 80,000 tires I only put 25,000 miles on them 1 tire literally fell apart on my rim , So I had all 4 tires replaced drove home a day later on the freeway a tire blew out on my rim again got towed to American tire my Husband met me there go inside talked to Micah and he's like oh you missed us and decided to come back & chuckled, very unprofessional I was so upset by that remark twice I could of wrecked. was never told why a brand new tire blew out on me . I would have given zero stars if I could. 6 July 2019 I called to order 2-245/45 R19 GTR Champiro Tires. I was told they would be in 10 July 2019. I had to rent a car for Monday, Tuesday and return the car back after work Wednesday 10 July 2019. The car was brought to America's Tires for the Tires to be put on and there were no Tires in their shop for the car yet. The sales person came out to the car and he instantly became a Tesla employee trying to tell me there was a problem with my car. This employee should have told me no worry will will pro rate for the tires because they wore out before the advertised 45,000 mile warranty. No I have to leave the car overnight and pay another day rental because America's Tire could not deliver as promised. I feel America's Tires should reimburse me the rental for the extra day by taking this cost off the tire price. This of course after they prorate the cost of the tires I have been waiting for. read more

Normally I rate Americas tire highly but this time their were major screw ups. I purchased four brand new tires for my very heavy excursion, which have to be rated. Not only did they put the wrong tires on but they put a class C rated tire on and I didn't notice it . The side wall blew out and I am lucky that I didn't get in an accident answers why it needs a stronger he rated tire, which is what I paid for. It wasn't until a year later that my mechanic noticed that I had only one errata tire and the rest were C rated. . At that point, I called America's tire in Lancaster, and because I purchase them in Palmdale they would not stand behind what it happened when they should've.. when I took my excursion the previous time to be rotated nobody's still noticed that I had the wrong tires not only that but nobody noticed when they put the correct new E rated tire on after the sidewall blew out that the others we're not the correct tires. This used to be a problem with lack of details, and paying attention on all counts.. when I took it to Palmdale to have this resolved not only did I wait three hours, but they replace them with the wrong tires again. They were E rated, but they were not the same tire that I had paid for. When I got home, I had a phone call from them saying that they had put the wrong tires on my vehicle again. The only one that was the correct tire was the one that had previously been put on by Lancaster under warranty. so I wasn't gonna make that trip packed that day because they didn't even have them in stock so they had to order them to get the correct E rated Dura Trac tire. I decided to buy one extra new tire and put the other tire that was one year old in my excursion for a spare and win they put the spare back in. It was not my tire. It was the previous new incorrect tire again who is paying attention to details no one.. the kids didn't even know how to take my spare out let alone put it back in. I ended up having to come back a fourth time to get this whole thing resolved, which Manny finally resolved. He personally took the tire out and put it back in for my spare. The amount of time and days and fuel that I have wasted is absolutely ridiculous.. there was a total of four days over nine hours of waiting and mistake after mistake and time that I had to spend waiting. What has this world come to? Nobody seems to care about details. These kids that work don't have the wherewithal the attention span to pay attention to their jobs anymore.. I am not sure that I will return to America's tire after that complete ridiculous fiasco, and I have been a customer with them as long as they have been opened. read more

Worst tire store in the AV! Wouldn't patch my tire due to an old patch that was thousands of miles ago in a different spot in the tire. But they considered the old patch to be "unsafe repair" and I would need a new tire due to the old patch that was holding air just fine for THOUSANDS OF MILES!!!! Will never take any vehicle there ever again! I wish I could give negative reviews. They wouldn't even put my old tire back on for me to go to another tire store they made me have the spare put on and I had to take my old tire to another place to be fixed. Came in here after encountering a road hazard on Hwy 14. There was a decent sized screw in the tire. My wife had already been to Walmart, they liked the "screw" theme so well they told her the tire was junk, not repairable, tried to sell her a tire. Had her text me a photo of the screw in the tire, yes it is fixable. Found this place, they gave us excellent customer service. Was in and out in about 50 minutes. The crew even put the cargo area back together for us after stowing away the little donut style spare tire. Very good job. When the tires are worn out in another 20K miles we will purchase a set of four here. read more

Very pleased with the service here at America's Tire! Got a call from a neighbor the other night that I had a flat, and when my husband got home to take a look at it discovered the tires were far more worn than we thought - fair amount of steel belt showing! As if that wasn't fun enough, it was 5:20 on a Friday, oh and we discovered our spare tire was the original from 1992 (though thankfully never used)! Not only was this a scary prospect for driving a toddler around, but we HAD to get it fixed that night as I had obligations the next day and hubby wasn't going to be home for me to use his car. I found tires online that we liked, called to verify they were in stock like the web page said, and to verify their hours. The gentleman on the phone physically checked the tires I asked about and confirmed they closed at 6 - but that if I was able to get cross town and walk in the door before they locked it for the night they'd get us in. We made it with 7 minutes to spare and they got us right in. They even pulled the car back and started on it while we sorted out the actual purchase. No one complained that it was making them work late (not even a sigh or rolled eyes!), the work was done quickly, and they even swapped one of our much newer front tires out for the spare rather than selling us a whole new tire (there was a $15 labor fee for them "installing" it, but WAY better than buying another full sized tire!). From pull in to drive off we were there 23 minutes! We've always been very happy with our service here, but this really felt above and beyond normal care. We really appreciated it, and though unexpectedly needing tires is no fun this was probably the pleasantest car emergency we've ever had! read more
