Don't recommend this specific location So yes they do repair nails in your tire but specific conditions must be met such as the tire must have a certain amount of tread on it So I dropped off my car and was quoted 1 hr 15 mins. I came back 1.5 hrs later. I never recieved a phone call even though Corey the service manager asked for a phone number he could reach me at. I was completely ignored by cory the store manager and the rest of the entire crew I'm sure they are all intelligent individuals so they know which car belongs to which customer. They walked past me in the lobby for an additional hour until I finally got up and inquired about my car. No apology no nothing just here's your key have a nice day. I couldn't tell if my car was completed or not because it was parked in the same spot and I didn't want to bother them because they seemed somewhat busy. I think it's better in life to be a bit pushy and ask more questions . Also a used tire will run you 60$ here Whereas I usually go to cordovas tire shop on mission and they only charge 25 but I wanted to try this place as it came highly recommended. I went in to purchase some used tires. There was a misunderstanding that was my fault. Instead of allowing me to leave without tires or spending more money than I had anticipated, Robert removed the install fees and gave me credit for my current tires that was more than I expected. He said, "if you leave without tires and I don't sell you tires, neither one of got what we wanted." I swear by this company. They have great prices and great service. I was referred here by an auto repair facility that a friend of ours owns. A nail was in a tire and I thought it was not repairable. The tire was fixed to my delight. Then our daughter needed tires and America's Tire Co did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. I've always had a good experience going here but today was especially awesome. The last few weeks I've had issue after issue with my car and I just got it back from the mechanic after needing a head gasket fix, so money's been really tight. I noticed my front driver side tire was going flat and was really nervous about what it might cost for even one new tire, let alone two - three and four were out of the question. I called this place first just to see what I'd be looking at. Josh answered my call and after telling him what was going on he checked to see if they had any "gently used" tires but that was a no go. I told him I was really ballin on a budget but with the way my tire looked I couldn't push back getting it fixed. He told me to come in and talk to him and he would help work something out that I could afford. Even after just that conversation I felt relieved! He explained their new set up for checking in - which I actually like better than the pre-covid days. When I got there I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes before Irvin came out to talk to me. It was raining pretty hard but Irvin didn't rush, listened to what my issues were and reassured me they'd be able to take care of it. Once inside I was surprised to find out that my beat up car actually has top of the line tires, so Irvin suggested they might be able to just fix my tire - for FREE !! - instead of having to spend the money ((that I definitely didn't have)) on new ones. He told me the wait was gonna be about 45min to an hour, which was fine but I was still a little nervous I might be late to the job I just started. Less than 45 minutes later they called me from the waiting room and said I was all set!! Come to find out I had a nail in my tire - they fixed it in no time and my tire looks like there was never any problem with it! Thank you guys SO much again! I brought my car to the Lexus dealer because I had a flat, but they insisted that they needed to replace the entire tire because it's too close to the sidewall so I tried America's Tire Co. They fixed it immediately and didn't even charge anything even though I didn't buy the tires from them. That was about a year ago, so the patch held up fine. Among retailers, this is a REAL GEM! A friend had recommended them, as they had provided a "loaner tire" while they awaited a replacement! My experience was just as good, as they will perform a quick, simple tire repair FREE OF CHARGE, even if they didn't sell you the tire. The fix they did lasted as long as I had the tires, or about a year longer. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the "pay-it-forward" repair generated immense goodwill! When it came time to replace the set, Robert recommended Yokohama Geolandars, which I absolutely LOVE. Smooth ride, great response, just as promised! Price was right, too! Had a tire ordered. Was told it would arrive in a couple days. 2 weeks pass no phone call so I call and they tell me it doesn't look like the manufacturer ever recieved the order. They order the same tire AGAIN. Three WEEKS pass. No phone call no nothing. I show up in person and they say the computer shows the tire arrived. (Well why wasn't I called then?) They go to the back to grab it, come back empty handed. They dont have an answer just saying we can order another tire. Going on a month and a half now. I stopped by this morning at 8 AM to repair a puncture that I had in my back tire on a Land Rover. The staff was extremely friendly very courteous and kept an open line of communication even throughout the short 35 minutes that I was there. While they were patching the screw that was in my tire the gentleman noticed that in the same tire there happened to be an additional nail that had punctured the tire.
