    Bunch of Inept people, very bad customer service that I have ever experience, I wonder, for long my company is going to keep them. Ameriflex people are always looking for the minimun thing or document to prevent you to spend your own money, and then when you call them, they pretend to review your case again, again. They have the ability to hang up on you pretending not to hear you. It does not matter to them how many documents you send or when they always have an excuse for you not to use your money. We had a wonderfull company before Flores, LLC, where we never had this kind of problems. I am upset writing this review as everyone in my situation, and I believe 1 Star is too much for this company. If you are going to use them be prepare for lots of time in the phone, and hope you have more patience than me. Regards, M. Ruiz

When I first moved to Philly I wanted (and was required) to get renter's insurance. I made the mistake of not using Bungalow (which I only later heard about through friends) and I went on a clunky aggregator of the large insurers. After typing in my information and requesting a quote, I was, within maybe 5-10 seconds, bombarded by robo-calls, emails, and salespeople overwhelming me and stressing me out. I never did get a real quote and the experience was horrible. Anyone who has bought insurance the traditional way or with most aggegators probably knows what I am talking about. Luckily, I heard of Bungalow from a couple friends before I next had to get renter's insurance, and the process could not have been more different (and was obviously way better) than my previous endeavors. The quote takes maybe 5 minutes and you actually know what you are doing! Who wants to decipher fine print and figure out what a policy actually covers and what hidden fees you need to factor in? This process couldn't have been any easier or more straightforward, and I'm not paying any more than I would otherwise. I only wish that I'd found out about them earlier. If you are debating getting renter's insurance (which, in my opinion, makes sense for anyone who has possessions and likes them), don't waste time on any other site. -Ben

I called American Collectors and spoke to a very friendly underwriter, David Barris. He was really helpful (though for some reason their system wasn't working and he could not see my driving history). I have Geico right now for my daily driver and kept calling (3 times) to have my driving history sent and they kept not sending it. I explained my failed efforts and he said he would try to give them a call himself. It must have worked because I am insured now. I needed insurance in a couple days and they were able to get it to me very quickly and without too much trouble. I was very happy with the representative I spoke to - he really stood out from the other collector car insurance representatives I spoke with (Hagerty, Grundy, and JC Taylor). So far, so good. I just wish the roadside assistance was better.

After 28 years with them, I filed my FIRST claim yesterday for a windshield chip repair. A very inexpensive claim, but what they want to put me through to cover this chip repair is ridiculous. After filing my claim online, I wait and wait to hear what is supposed to happen next. Today, I get a text from someone at "American Modern." Never heard of them, but apparently that's my insurance company. Instead of telling me what the process is, they start by demanding proof that I'm eligible for the repair. They want photos of my car, the windshield, the VIN and the odometer. They want to know what the purpose of my drive was when the chip happened? They want information on whatever vehicle kicked up the rock. They want to know what my daily driver is, including year, make and model. Etc, etc. I can't even begin to imagine what I'd need to provide if I was in a collision. Time to find a new insurance company. I can no longer recommend them.
