They were literally going to leave us with no way to cook for the holiday. I had to demand they reinstall my gas stove before leaving and DA was useless. They should have tested the appliance before putting it on the truck and did not. Customer service was appalling especially given the holiday situation we were put in. Never again.

After obtaining a repair estimate of $1100, I was recommended to replace it. I was miserable! I was greeted by Wilton, very kind, patient and helpful in choosing a less expensive GE convection model with similar features, not quite as nice as the LG, but would meet my needs and keep the cost down. I returned a few weeks later to make the purchase, it went very smooth, arranged delivery a few days later. The installers came in the time frame indicated, Kevin and Martin, both very respectful of my home and myself and efficiently, neatly completed the installation in less than an hour! Terrific personnel to deal with from the beginning. I highly recommend this local family business for great service!

We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

It certainly appears that today's business model is moving at warp speed to automate production and delivery and in doing so is leaving consumer satisfaction as a low priority. So when shopping for new appliances and other expensive items I as well as many folks within my circle of family and friends am greatly concerned with making the best possible purchasing decisions. Not only during the initial sales process but extending to issues that may need help after the product has been delivered. Understand that I rarely submit reviews but because my buying experience was so exceptional from Barry's and in particular with our sales manager Tony La. Tony guided us through which washing machines were best suited for our home, upgraded our product to ensure that we could have delivery in quick time period. Discounted the overall cost to match all other competitors and was immediately available to answer a few questions about the machine. I will also mention that the delivery service was on time and meticulously installed. By the way I did not purchase the machine from one of the bigger box stores after reading the many negative reviews about their horrible delivery and installation service I know that I made the right decision and applaud Tony and Barry's for making client satisfaction a top priority
