We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

I'm hoping it will still be working when I get home from work later tonight. He also installed the new door that Uneeda had ordered and shipped to me. The original, dented door was installed INCORRECTLY by the installers, so the service tech needed to order a replacement part and is supposed to come finish everything when the part arrives. For now, the doors are functional. Uneeda also ordered a new dishwasher door to replace the one the installers damaged, and I was told a manufacturer's service tech would install that when it arrives. I can't give 5 stars because they delivered a damaged floor unit refrigerator that stopped working. That's just shady business. I purchased a new refrigerator, not a floor model. There has been no compensation offered for all the frozen food I lost when the freezer stopped working. The installer still gets zero stars. Both the dryer and refrigerator doors needed to be switched to the opposite side. The salesperson knew that but it was not communicated to the installer. They were annoyed that the doors had to be switched when I told them. The refrigerator door was installed incorrectly, and the dryer door is crooked. I can fix the crooked door, but I can't fix a broken part. The installer also never hooked up the dishwasher to the water supply because "they don't do plumbing" and I had to pay extra for a plumber to come out and hook it up. If you can install your own appliances, or have someone reliable who can do it for you, Uneeda has decent prices and they did order replacements for the two damaged doors. Just don't use their delivery/installation service. Overall, the money I saved wasn't worth the aggravation and extra time off from work I took and will need to take again when the dishwasher door needs to be installed.
