My water freshener was not working after less than a year of use. I asked for help from the person who sold it to me, and he wanted to charge more than $200 to fix, even though I still had warranty. So I decided to call José. He immediately came, checked my device and noticed the there was a broken piece, so he took pictures and ordered the replacement. After it arrived, he came by and installed it immediately. I am extremely grateful for his help and his willingness to help. If anyone needs a water softener, I definitely recommend him. Fantastic service from Jose from Ameritek Industries. DO NOT confuse Ameritek Industries with Ameritek Water. I accidentally came across Ameritek Industries while looking for review for Ameritek Water (AW). AW originally installed my Puronics system for the previous homeowner. They would not touch the system unless I paid for a "Warranty Transfer" fee. 6 months later they told me I replace the resin in my system for a very large fee that went down each time I rescheduled their service to do additional research. Once I got in contact with Jose, I tried asking for an estimate on that change to see if the price was comparable. Jose instead came over to test my water to see if it was even necessary to perform the work. He educated me on how the system works and tested my water to check if a resin change was needed. He also review the settings of my Puronics system and saw that it was incorrectly set and was likely the reason why my water quality had deteriorated. My system has been performing just fine since. I'm updating this review because I was contacted by the owner of Ameritek Industries. Apparently I was lied to by a service rep from Ameritek WATER (AW), which is on Azure in Las Vegas. I was told Ameritek Industries (AI) was no longer in business which is the company I purchased my water system from. The service rep who lied to me used to work for AI and now works for AW and is trying to steal the customers from AI away from them. Tony works for AW as well as D used to be a manager at AI and now works for AW. They contacted me in 2019 and said they are now servicing water systems. As I said in my original post, AW is NO longer responding to me which makes me now understand why AW is not a reputable company and one people should be very wary of. They are trying to steal clients from other companies and then stop responding to once they get in and manipulate your system. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERITEK WATER. This company Ameritek Industries have NEVER done me wrong and this is a company I HIGHLY recommend. read more

Buyer beware!! This has been one of the worst experiences- I got very taken advantage of when buying this service and system, thinking I was doing what was best for my family. Their service technicians all speak poorly of the company and the one who installed my system literally told me I got taken advantage off! That was 2 years ago, I have gone through them to replace my filters one time and the water has tasted bad for the past year, on the facets there was black something growing and calcium deposits which there is supposed to be zero heavy metals??? When I called them out to test and replace the filters - the technician who comes in dirty street clothes and smelling like cigarettes. Brings the filters in unwrapped, thrown in an old Walmart bag!! I inspect the filters he wants to put in and they look used and dirty with hair and stains ! It was disgusting!! They also said they would replace the facet that had calcium and black buildup- well that was used and dirty too!!! I don't understand how they expect a customer to think they are getting clean drinking water from old used filters with stains on them from a guy who reeks of cigarettes, and carries around the filters in old used Walmart bag! And then still expect me to pay hundred of dollars!! Waste of money, worst service, worst experience!!! Buy one off Amazon and have a local handyman do it!! So upset I spent the money in this! There still are honest people in this world and please call him and use his business and you will be happy with his integrity and it is clear he takes this business seriously and he dressed very professionally. He had helped solve a prior problem and was very kind and regained my trust for I had bought a Puronics water softening system for the home and reverse osmosis for the kitchen drinking water about 4 years ago through a business in town who came door to door to sell this system and at that time I was renting a house. They said when I move they will move it and not to worry. I bought a house January 2022 and the salesman and worker were trying to charge me $1450 (which was not the correct service fee) to unscrew the bolts, put in truck, drive it 10 miles, and reattach in garage again. Several phone calls and it was not resolved so I never used the water softening system in the garage, except the one in the kitchen for drinking water. I was afraid to call them again. I prayed and called yesterday and Jose came, was kind, understanding, and solved everything! The system is running perfectly and I will keep his card and use his services from now on as I know I can trust him. People really make the business and the difference.
