We did this because having experience as a delivery driver i would make sure to look around the door to make sure I respected the homeowner. Paul C. did not do that. He FORCED the flyer under my door and damaged the seal. Of course mad, I called the number and spoke with a very "professional" Michelle. First, when handling calls in a business, all calls should be recorded from the beginning for quality assurance. I told Michelle that the person who left a flyer damaged my door and it needs to be addressed. She said that the corporate lawyers don't care about that because it could of been anybody. Good thing I have a camera. She then told me it still didn't matter because it needs to be clear. After going in yelp, I doubt this company has corporate lawyers but I digress. As she is speaking about her past experience with flyers and that it's basically not their fault for the damages, I let her speak as how conversations should go. As soon as I try to say my part or even attempt to speak, she cuts me off every chance she gets. Great customer service. After a few minutes I told her I didn't care and that I still want to pursue on getting reimbursed for damages. She then says, I will have to start recording the call for quality assurance. Which doesn't make sense because the whole call should be recorded for assurance not just when it's convenient to you. Nonetheless I told her that I would like a call from the owner because she was unwilling to fix my issue. Also, she kept saying she was just the call service agent for the weekend. Which is funny because as soon as I said I want to speak to a supervisor she magically became a supervisor. After a few more minutes of be trying to talk and her cutting me off, I told her I would prefer a call from the owner to get this resolved. Which again, after looking at this businesses yelp, the owner on here is Michelle and the person I spoke to is... Michelle. She got my info for the other owner or for herself not to sure (which I'm assuming I'm not gonna get a callback cause she's the owner lol) she asked me who the person was that left the flyer. I told her Paul C. And she said and I quote "that makes a lot of sense! Not to sound rude but he's fairly new". I don't think Michelle fact checks because in another yelp review (1 star) she says Paul is a seasoned employee. Overall, the product might be great but the customer service is trash and the inability in their employees to have observation for homeowners hard earned property is disrespectful and unprofessional. If Michelle is the owner or just the agent on the weekends, you should consider a different profession than talking to people the way you do. I look forward to her response on this review and just ignoring the issue and just responding to defend herself. (Literally every bad review on this business). Thanks.

Our goal was to have a system that provided truly clean and soft water. We checked out several companies in the area, their reviews on Yelp, Google, and Angie's List, and selected Green Living. The sales manager, Jason, met with us and explained how their system worked, the various models and cost options, and kept it all low pressure. We opted for their 5-Stage Water Refiner (Purifier and Softener) with a separate reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink. The company recommended plumber, Amor, neatly and efficiently installed the system, tested it, and cleaned everything up before he left. Jason and the company owner, Brian, were also present to monitor the installation, taught us how to maintain the system, and answered all remaining questions we had. The installation:Under 2 hours. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. Fast, knew exactly what he is doing, very polite, and professional. We are extremely happy with choosing Puragain Water system, starting from the sale,through installing, to the results. Very Disappointing Service Experience I had a confirmed…read moreappointment this morning, 9/14/26, from 9:00-10:00 AM, to have my one-year filters replaced. I've waited until 11:00 AM, but no one contacted me or provided any update regarding my appointment. I eventually called the service department and spoke with Christine, who handles the scheduling. She told me she would have someone contact me ASAP with an update. Unfortunately, I never received a call. About an hour later, I called back again because I was frustrated and wanted to get the situation resolved. I was then told that a technician was supposed to contact me and let me know that one of the filters had not arrived. My biggest issue isn't necessarily that the filter wasn't available things happen. The problem is the lack of communication. If I had been notified ahead of time that a filter was missing, I could have avoided wasting several hours of my morning waiting for an appointment that wasn't going to be completed. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but customers' time is valuable too. A simple phone call or notification would have made a huge difference and avoided this entire situation. Very disappointed with how this appointment and communication were handled.

I had just got a new house, which had a whole-house Reverse Osmosis (RO) system, and I walked into…read morethe garage two days after purchase to find it split open and flooding the garage, running over an outlet no less, as you can see in the attached video. Unsure of what to do, I turned off the water, found this company and actually drove to their location. I went in to the desk at the front of the warehouse, explained the situation, the person behind the desk was very accommodating and helpful considering it was Friday afternoon, offered some thoughts and advice when he saw the video, and scheduled someone to come out Monday. The person who came out really seemed to know what he was talking about and what he was doing. He told me the system was old, knew exactly why it had split, and what could be done. He had to leave at one point to get some equipment, no big deal, and he offered me many options, from what I ultimately chose to some big and pricey alternatives. I should mention here that although they went through all my options, I never felt I was being pushed or coerced or upsold. I went with a less expensive option and they never tried to push me into anything else. There are still some things I will need to get done like replacing those white plastic T-joints and perhaps even the valves themselves, but again, they said whenever you're ready and were never aggressive about it. I'm really happy with the result and the company, not just because of the work that was done but because of how pleasant and knowledgeable everyone was through the process. When I'm ready to do the rest of it, I'll be going back to them.
