We just moved into our new property and expected people to leave flyers. We also prepared for this and made sure we had a sign on the window next to our door. Very hard to miss it. We did this because having experience as a delivery driver i would make sure to look around the door to make sure I respected the homeowner. Paul C. did not do that. He FORCED the flyer under my door and damaged the seal. Of course mad, I called the number and spoke with a very "professional" Michelle. First, when handling calls in a business, all calls should be recorded from the beginning for quality assurance. I told Michelle that the person who left a flyer damaged my door and it needs to be addressed. She said that the corporate lawyers don't care about that because it could of been anybody. Good thing I have a camera. She then told me it still didn't matter because it needs to be clear. After going in yelp, I doubt this company has corporate lawyers but I digress. As she is speaking about her past experience with flyers and that it's basically not their fault for the damages, I let her speak as how conversations should go. As soon as I try to say my part or even attempt to speak, she cuts me off every chance she gets. Great customer service. After a few minutes I told her I didn't care and that I still want to pursue on getting reimbursed for damages. She then says, I will have to start recording the call for quality assurance. Which doesn't make sense because the whole call should be recorded for assurance not just when it's convenient to you. Nonetheless I told her that I would like a call from the owner because she was unwilling to fix my issue. Also, she kept saying she was just the call service agent for the weekend. Which is funny because as soon as I said I want to speak to a supervisor she magically became a supervisor. After a few more minutes of be trying to talk and her cutting me off, I told her I would prefer a call from the owner to get this resolved. Which again, after looking at this businesses yelp, the owner on here is Michelle and the person I spoke to is... Michelle. She got my info for the other owner or for herself not to sure (which I'm assuming I'm not gonna get a callback cause she's the owner lol) she asked me who the person was that left the flyer. I told her Paul C. And she said and I quote "that makes a lot of sense! Not to sound rude but he's fairly new". I don't think Michelle fact checks because in another yelp review (1 star) she says Paul is a seasoned employee. Overall, the product might be great but the customer service is trash and the inability in their employees to have observation for homeowners hard earned property is disrespectful and unprofessional. If Michelle is the owner or just the agent on the weekends, you should consider a different profession than talking to people the way you do. It was time to say good-bye to the foul smelling super hard water from the faucets in our home. The company recommended plumber, Amor, neatly and efficiently installed the system, tested it, and cleaned everything up before he left. Me & my family just moved to Nevada this Feb 2023. I was advised from KB home studio that it is better to get a water softner because the water here in Vegas is not good! I got a flyer and the name on it is Brian. My Dad visited us on May and I told him that we wanted to get a water softner so we wont have any health or plumbing issues in the future. My dad decided to call and spoke to Brian the owner and the next day he came and explained everything to my dad. He is very honest and answered all our questions. Now we have one and very happy with it. I love taking a shower because you can feel the difference having a water softner vs. city water. It removes hardness, calcium/magnesium, chlorine, taste & odor and the iron. It is very beneficial to all the homeowners to have one of these installed at their newly brand new house. There are "No Soliciting" signs at the front gate of my community. A "gentleman" shoved one of this company's flyers in my door (today), just as I was approaching the door. I pulled it out, opened the door and said, "excuse me, please take this back." He took it, and in a very sarcastic voice said, "Oh! Ok, MA'AM! YOU have a nice day!" I responded, thank you, you too," thinking that would be the end of it. As I watered the plant at my front window, I see him across the street, pointing at my house, mouthing off and making the "crazy" sign (you know, circling his finger next to his temple.) I stepped outside and asked him if he had something to say, to say it to my face. He stammered and started walking toward me, and I stopped him and said, "there is no soliciting in this community!" He said something unintelligible. What a disgusting representation of a business! First of all, littering a community with flyers is the lowest, lamest form of marketing, but instead of him simply accommodating my request to take the flyer back (I could have torn it up, trashed it, wasted it), he chose to show what a disrespectful person he really is! He left his car running in front of my neighbors house, the entire time he was papering our doors. Use Serv-all water if you need a good, respectful, affordable, honorable company. I have purchased my very first water solution in my second home. It was far less intimidating a process than I projected, but that's heavily in part due to what we can simply as: Service & Value I have met with Brian as the third proposal to hear out. That was the end. From the very beginning the service this company provided was different. What separated this company from the other two was sales tactics. I sat through a cringeworthy half hour of sleazy salespeople trying to use scare tactics to make me fear purchase thousands of dollars worth of these machines.... twice. Then there was these guys - Green Living Water Solutions. Right off the bat, Brian asked questions. He tried to understand our wants and needs before anything else. It was immediately noteworthy. Afterwards, education was the focal point. This is where others failed, and he thrived. Rather than the "you're gonna die if you don't get this in your house NOW" speech, he went the "this is what your getting, and here is what each component is and why it's important" direction. Major difference. Even down to the decision making, it was on our own terms and he did not push or press otherwise. As forceless as that was, it was exactly what I needed to contact him minutes later to call him back and purchase. Installation went great. The water has been active for a month now and it feels so great. I opted for the drinking water filter too and for the first time since I moved to this desert, I am actually drinking sink water now. Happily. It's so great. I think getting a water solution is pretty inarguable here. It's important. I scheduled time off work to leave early for my in home free estimate. The guy called me a couple of hours before the appointment and said had to pick up his son. He's a new father and trying to navigate through his responsibility. He was apologetic, so I rescheduled for Saturday at 8am. He promised he'll be prompt. Saturday at 8:49am, he called and asked me, the customer, the appointment time because he forgot to write it down. If you cannot show up on time, it's bad business. There're plenty of competition and good products. The thing that set you apart from the next guy is service. Getting a water softener unit is a MUST in Las Vegas. It's known that the water quality is poor and the water hardness is among the worst in the nation. So, we called around and received a lot of information about water softening. I set up a couple of in-home appointments. I felt that Jason's approach of educating first without any pressure to buy was very respectful and helpful. Every question we had -- even days after the meeting -- Jason answered honestly and again with great information. Although we had several options that were less costly, we saved quite a bit over other competitors with similar units. We went with Green Living for the long term benefits that their system provides - better resin, less maintenance, high quality. Plus, Jason has checked in numerous times since installation to see how the system is working for us. Installation went smoothly. Like other reviewers, we had the owner of the company oversee the work along with Jason, their plumber, and the contractor who drilled the hole in our counter for the drinking water faucet. It was nice to see everyone take pride in their work. Now that the system has been installed, taking a shower is night & day different. Before I felt like I had a film that I had to scrub off when I got out. Now, the water feels almost like a moisturizer. But it cleans much better. I also like the peace of mind that our pipes won't get calcified with the hard Vegas water. I am relatively new to the Henderson (Las Vegas) area. I was quickly informed that it is imperative to have water treatment installed in my new house. After considerable research we settled on GREEN LIVING WATER SOLUTIONS.. I was introduced Jason as my representative. He gave me a very informative yet no pressure presentation which led me to decide on their company to do business with. On the date of installation Jason and his crew came to my home and did a very efficient and clean installation. This included not only the water softener system but also the RO system in the kitchen. I was concerned about drilling a hole in the granite however that to was a non-issue as it was done cleanly and perfect. During the installation the owner actually came to my home and spent at least 45 minutes during this installation. After the installation both he and Jason reviewed the system with me so that I was comfortable with the system and had a complete understanding of how it works and what to expect. They were happy to answer all my questions and I was very comfortable doing so. The system is flawless and I have had no need for any service or even questions about how it works. Before posting my review I really wanted to use the system-I hate reviews where people give 5 stars because product arrived on time and links good. Jason was great at low pressure sales and genuinely seemed more concerned with customer satisfaction. Owner Brian was here for the installation and thought that was a nice personal touch and did make me feel like my business was important to the company. The system does an excellent job at getting rid of the hard water residue; I don't get out of the shower feeling like I wasn't able to rinse all of the soap off my body or hair. My hair isn't left flat and unable to work with. I am sure to squeegee down the shower doors and don't have water spots all over the doors. This is an investment and after talking with other companies I felt like I purchased the best product and at a far more reasonable price than other companies. Green Living is the best option if you're looking for an affordable yet excellent water softer (and reverse osmosis). We did our research and counted with my dad (who's the head engineer of the water company where I came from) to find a solution that would actually work properly and wouldn't leave us broke. We went to all the stores you can think of and called multiple places. We had different people come out and demo and we couldn't find someone who could answer our simple questions about how efficient their systems were, until we met Jason. Jason was very friendly and polite, we asked him to skip the demo and actually explain us their options and how they work. My dad "fried" him with questions and he patiently answered them all and addressed all of our concerns. He spent well over an hour with us and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. At the end of our appointment my dad decided he wanted to test Janson and he was awesome! He won our business with his knowledge, politeness and sense of humor. They installed it in a matter of days which was great and we got to meet the owner, who came out with Jason and the plumber the day of installation, such a nice guy! We have their top water softer and a RO system and I waited a little before writing the review so we could get to use it and it's worth it! You are paying for something that works exactly like they say it will, and you can feel and see the difference in the water (how soft it is and how clear your ice cubes will be). Two years in a row I called to have filters for my reverse osmosis system changed. Last year I had to call three times with promises of we'll have someone come out next week. This year I called in January and they told me two weeks again. Never got a call back or follow up. I called on March 1st to be told the filter manufacturer had filters on back order. Holy crap. I had no idea how hard the water was in Vegas. I started getting skin issues when I moved out here and after doing research I realized it was likely due to the terrible water quality here. I reached out to a few companies and Brian was definitely the most passionate about water, also had great pricing - so I had to go with him. The install was done same week, they have good financing options, and the water quality is NOTICEABLE. I didn't quite know what to expect, so when I took my first shower I was honestly confused because it was so soft and smooth it felt like I was covered in oil. I kept trying to wash it off only to realize that it was just the water being THAT soft. Skin issues have already improved, no longer as dry as I was. Worth every penny. read more

I have our water filter/ softener installed about 3 yrs ago by Jason and Brian. Both were great and knowledgeable especially Brian. We loved our water filter system and was working great. Lately , we noticed some calcium deposits on the faucet spouts and called the office to inform our issues. I called this morning and in the afternoon Brian showed up in our doorstep and without any questions tested our water and check our water filtration system to make sure everything works well which it did.Educated us again about water filtration and gave some personal advised how to take care of calcium deposits. This review is for a installation of a Soft water system and a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. The water coming through the reverse osmosis system is for drinking and cooking. The taste of the water is amazing you can tell the difference immediately and after a year and a half it still taste great. The soft water is for taking a shower and washing your clothes. The system removes the hard water and protects all your water spigots with no hard water spots and after a year and a half it's still doing a great job. I highly recommend this company. read more

I have used the water for several months now and my dry skin is better now. I feel better and cleaner too. I know because when I use water outside of my house, it feels different. My hands feel rougher and drier. Even the soap and hand soap they provided are helping my skin feel better and smoother. A test was done before this water system was installed and the roughness of the water was too much that it dried the skin so much. After the installation and test again, it showed that it didn't have anything in the water to make it rough. I can even drink my water from the tap. It feels And tastes awesome. Love it. read more
