He no longer has any affiliation with Resolution Plumbing. Only thing I suggest to Resolution Plumbing is that they screen their future employees more thoroughly.

When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. Michael sent a photo after the work was completed and also made it easy to handle payment remotely. Most importantly,I felt confident that they were taking great care of our tenants in our absence. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, service and integrity and I recommend them with complete confidence.

They gave us a very reasonable price on a higher capacity tankless water heater installed that even a die hard DIYer couldn't resist. The technicians seem young, but don't let that fool you. They are knowledgeable and flexible and work hard to get you the best for your dollar. He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. I'll definitely update my review if I experience anything negatory like that. However, from this current experience, I'm confident with my experience moving forward. Thanks so much!!

Brian and Marco quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on hand, and got the AC up and running right away. From the time I called to having cold air again, the entire process took about three hours! Pretty much every service they have offered and charged for is 2x the price. They do not work very fast, and do a very uninformative and sub-par job. Don't get yourself tied in with them. Go for a second opinion, or a third. Do your research and avoid large scale bureaucratic companies like this. Save your money.

Gilbert and his teammate arrived right on time and kept us updated from when they were en route to when they arrived. They were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process--wearing shoe covers, being mindful of our neighbors while setting up their equipment, and walking us through each step so we always knew what to expect. By the end, every duct in our home--including the dryer vent--was thoroughly cleaned. And the results? Immediate and noticeable. It's been just over a week, and my indoor allergies are completely gone. Before the cleaning, I was waking up multiple times a night going through boxes of tissues. Spoke to Corinne about a Reverse Osmosis and Water Softener/ Water Conditioner in our home. We have a home that was built in the 70's and did not come with a loop or the line to connect to my ice maker. Corinne was able to still tell me the prices on the systems, but the labor to install the loop and the ice maker hookup line would be more depending on the work needed to install the plumbing. Jim came out that same day and was able to walk around the house, garage, kitchen and main to find the best options to install and make sure everything is to code. He gave an estimate that day on labor and the prices Corinne gave us, was a great deal. I thought for sure with all the other companies quotes my wife would say no and we would be stuck with hard water. The last sales guy that came to my house from another company told me to go with a water conditioner and reverse osmosis instead of a water softener. He said the water conditioner is easier to whip away hard water, but does not eliminate problem and his product was $3500 plus not including installation, since I had no loop. HUMMM! Didn't make since to me to get that. I was going back and forth on the water conditioner and water softener and with all Jim's Knowledge, We went with a water softener and reverse osmosis. He was happy to sell me what every I wanted, but he wanted me to be happy with the product. I told him we have very bad hard water and my wife hates the spots, dryness on skin and clothes are coming out yellow. Jim explained the best system for treating hard water, dryness and treating the yellow on clothes that my wife hates. and provided the best drinking water systems. I was surprised that the price was cheaper then the other sales people and a better product. I got a commercial grade system, commercial resin, 5 stage Reverse Osmosis with life time on water faucet and great warranty on both system. I asked whats the difference between there unit and home depot brand? He for sure knows the difference in equipment since he works on everything. I am so glad I did not just walk in there and buy that brand! Jim explained everything and was here for over an hour. He didn't act rushed or pushy at all. We even talked about our kids and life in general. He is a very nice young man. I say young since I am in my 60's and he is only 36. I am glad I spoke to him and not a sales man. He does the estimates and the work. He was not able to do the install that day since we had to do the loop and ice maker line first. He came back a few days later with another guy and was here about 4-5 hours. Very professional and very polite to myself and my wife. My wife even said after he left, "his momma raised him right". We now have soft water in our old home and great drinking water. The reverse osmosis ice cubes look so great and the faucet is really nice, my wife is so happy. No more trash cans full of bottle waters and Brita filters. So easy to work with this company. We even got a Thank You note from Jim an Corinne after install. Just want to say to them directly. Jim, the owner, came to inspect my current reverse osmosis system. (The original system was installed about 20 years ago, and had a refurbishment about 4 years ago.) He was thoroughly familiar with this system, as well as a variety of other systems and technologies. Jim was prepared to look at the system to see what needed replacement or adjustment. In the end, however, I elected to buy a new system, with new technology and added options. We set up an install date and time. The removal and new install went exactly as planned with respect to date, time, and product equipment. At least as important to me was finding a knowledgeable, very helpful and obviously reliable company with whom I would be able to work with for years. I think it goes without saying that finding a knowledgeable and reliable company to do this type of work is a real consideration. I was treated very well from my first phone call to the conclusion of this job. The receptionist, Janet, made absolutely sure I was well received. Jim made sure I was clear as to the work. What can we say about Serv-All that has not been said...Excellent! Jim came to our house (just moved to Nevada) and advised us of the water softener and the reverse osmosis that came with the house. Both were over 8 years old and we decided to replace both, start fresh. Nick was our installer....Excellent! The reverse osmosis was a newer model and a different water softener called Vortech, which is more that "just" a water softener, absorbs chlorine, bacteria and odors. Nick installed everything, very professional, very neat. He explained the Vortech system and when to add salt. We are very happy of our decision to work with Serv-all. They even send in all your warranties, one less thing to worry about with moving in a new home. read more

We have had our Mighty Vortech & 5 Stage reverse osmosis in our home for just about a year now. We LOVE the water treatment units we have had installed. No more itchy skin & no more chlorine smell in our water. Plus we haven't had to buy bottled water since we installed the reverse osmosis system. Clean drinking water and ice cubes! After doing much research and having horrible experiences with local water conditioning companies, I finally found Servall. My first impression of the company was they are super friendly and definitely knew what they were talking about. I have had other companies come out to my house to try and fix my water softener with no such luck. I saw their ad "If we can't fix it, it's free" and thought what the heck. Jim came out the very next day that I called and was able to immediately diagnose the problem, I had a bad valve. Couldn't believe that no one else figured it out! I love the team at Serv-All. I had a whole house water softener installed to replace the horrible Wade King water conditioner that I had previously. Jim walked us through everything and even kept me from overspending on something I didn't need. We love the system and under the sink RO system with alkaline unit that I had one installed at our rental house. Recently I changed the filters in my R/O system. However, when I put the system back on line I was not getting any water. I called Serv-All and they sent Theo and Ray to my home. They completely checked every component in the system and found the both of the brand new carbon filters I had installed were plugged. They replaced the filters with new ones and the system is now working great. They have a 30 day guarantee on all service and components but I don't think I'll be needing it. We worked with Michelle to set up the appt and she was very helpful and excellent to work with Nick was the service rep and he was very professional and fully explained the system. From the first answering of the phone to the actual service this is the nicest, most professional company I have dealt with in a while. They didn't try to up sell or offer me anything I didn't need. I just moved into a new home and found a water leak under the kitchen sink. On close look, it was leaking from the reverse osmosis system. I called and a service tech was sent out just a few hours later. I had a new system installed and it was completely explained to me. But all I really needed to know was where the shut off was because when it comes to anything else, they'll come out and take care of it!! Just the way I like it!! read more

Kris came out this morning and replaced our 11 year old reverse osmosis system. He gave us options as to which system cost wise we wanted and we chose the best one that was more water efficient after seeing where our water level is at Lake Meade. Btw - while we had a tech out to see what system would work best for us, the tech, Tristian, I believe, checked our main water valve and said we should have it replaced, since the pressure to our house was dangerously high. No other company bothered to check that. As far as how our installation went, Jordan came out first thing in the a.m., after we received a text, letting us know of his arrival. Met with a smile and an explanation and he went straight to work. He was later joined by Dominic, and the two proceeded to complete the job. They did experience a hiccup during the install, but quickly remedied the issue. Nice to know that these guys know what they are doing. They tidied up the install area, fully explained how the system works and what we need to do, signed some forms and they were on their way. Efficient, courteous service on a 105 degree day. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you LV Water Works, you have a satisfied customer in us.

Because we were completely lax in doing annual…read moremaintenance of our water heater, it suddenly failed on a Sunday morning with many gallons of water spewed throughout the garage. Loyalty Plumbing to the rescue! Alex showed up within an hour and delivered the news that the water heater was kaput. We talked about some options and elected to replace it with a tankless heater. Trey and another fellow showed up a little bit after noon and spent many hours installing the tankless heater. Trey returned the next day to plumb the new gas line, and he came back once more to check that the gas line holds pressure. We'll see him again when the city inspector and SW Gas come by to attach the new line to the meter. It would have been much better and cheaper to have gotten Loyalty Plumbing to do an annual check on the original water heater, our bad! However, I'm glad to have a new high-tech toy in the garage. Considering the cost of the new tankless heater and the many hours of labor that went into the installation and gas line plumbing, I feel like it was a fair price when all is said and done. We're now signed up for the yearly maintenance plan by which Loyalty will come out three times a year to check on the plumbing and HVAC. As always, everyone we encountered from Loyalty was super friendly and helpful.
