Hit up, Chuck! 702-748-4033 I called almost EVERY water softener company out there to get multiple quotes for the size and filter I wanted for our home. I know the water out here is VERY HARSH, EVERYBODY I talked to wanted more than what H20toGo was offering or was similar, but they were using different, lesser product brands for their systems. Also, when I did my research, they say Nugen is the way to go for water softener systems, because they are the gold standard and are almost bulletproof. Hence why we decided to go with H20toGo. I first wanted the basic water system and R.O. system because most people online were saying that is plenty for your home and go bigger than smaller. After talking to Chuck, he did let me know that if I didn't want to void my tankless water heater warranty, I would need the next model up for a whole-home filtration system, the Custom DB 3-stage. So we ended up going with the Custom DB and CDS R.O. 5-stage with mineral filter. Even though our home came with a spigot for the R.O. system, they replaced it with a MUCH nicer one for free since it was included. They ask what color your sink faucets are so they can match it. They also fill up the salt tank for you and hook up your fridge line to the R.O. line. They also give you a free spigot in the garage to hook up a hose line too if you ever wanted to wash your car. Ray came out and did everything VERY quickly all by himself. He was very efficient and told me how to work the system and how to flush the R.O. system every time we change the filter. This results in a lot of wasted water, so make sure you place a bucket and water your plants or something with the flushing water. It requires you to drain the R.O. system for 10 minutes every 30 minutes, I think 5 times. After a while, one night around 2 a.m., when the system regenerates when it's about to be low, I went to the garage to check on the system, and I noticed a small leak during regen. So I took pics and videos and sent them to Chuck the next morning and contacted the main office. They were able to send out Ray again the next day to fix the leak for free. They do recommend checking the system every once in a while to see if there are any leaks. For the R.O. system, my home inspector recommended I get a rubber mat off Amazon so it can accumulate any water if there ever is a leak, which I did. When I talked to Ray, he recommended coarse salt. I asked Ray what about the salt from Costco since it's cheaper at Costco. He said if we want to use Costco salt, be sure to use up almost all the salt in the reservoir first before adding a different type of salt. He would ask how I was doing and said yeah lets wait until your garage coat is completely dry before we go in there with this system. He is VERY understanding and compassionate. I have been their customer since 1995! Great product, great service! Over 30 years ago, I went to three local water companies for water softener to be installed in my newly built home. Going to them meant I would likely get a manger, not a salesman. This proved accurate and they were all quite accommodating. H2O To Go was the last one. Sid welcomed into his office and I must have stayed over an hour. He gave me a tour of his facility and warehouse and products. I was sold and it didn't hurt he came in well under the big names by a lot! But this is where it gets even better. In 2001, I had to move and bought another house. I bought another unit from H20 To Go along with an Reverse Osmosis unit. They served me without issue until the RO failed in December 2025 and now the Water Soften just gave it up August of 2026. 24 and 25 years of service, respectively! Of course, I called Sid and he had a new one in my home THE NEXT DAY. When the RO failed, Troy came out in the morning, broke the bad news to me an sent Izzy back that afternoon with a new one. The new are even better than the ones I had for a quarter century! Technology and all. The installation was flawless! I have referred many to H2O To Go over the years, all my family and several friends have had them serve their water treatment needs! One year in review, I ordered the water softener and conditioner through here for my house and so far its been amazing. Very personable staff and high quality water system. With the system, the water is soft and feels great throughout the entire house. It also came with RO water for drinking that was placed under the sink and took out the need for my refrigerator needing a filter as they use their own. They have also placed a better water spigot for water dispensing. The water softening system is not that big and can take up some room but not enough to get in the way. When they installed the system, the technician gave me an option to add a hose line which I am pleased with. For the price, I think it is a worthy investment. As of today, before writing this, I needed to change my filters and spoke with Kay-dee. She informed me that I have reached over my 1 year free service fee for filter change. I felt a little bummed but she was able to wave the fee this one time and save me some money. If you are on the fence about a water softener, call them and discuss you concerns and maybe they can offer something great like they did for me. TL;DR- I've had 2 great experiences over 3 years with this company. I went from committing to a water softening system to fully installed and functioning within 72 hours, even during the week of Christmas. This company can deliver fast! Communication is very responsive. The product is effective, my water feels and tastes great. Scott the sales rep came recommended by my realtor when I first bought my house. Last week we installed a CustomDB System into our house. We worked with Scott back in 2024 and when we were ready to make the jump he helped us out during the entire process. He gave us options on where to place the softener, styles on hardware to match our inside faucet for the drinking water, he also encouraged us to measure and adjust our water pressure. He was wonderful, direct, informative, and just a pretty swell guy. All questions were answered, and we got the Softener bundle w/ RO under the sink.
