We recently replaced the LifeSource water system that we inherited when we bought our house in Sun City Anthem and added a scale remover tank to the tune of $7100. I had the water analyzed afterwards by two different firms, including one locally (Veritas) that was recommended by the City of Henderson water department. After letting the water run for 5 minutes and then sanitizing the opening, the water was collected, transported on ice to the local firm, and tested that same day. Imagine our surprise and outrage to find that the heterotrophic bacteria count was twice the limit recommended by the EPA. Water tested at the other company showed three times the amount of allowed bacteria. I have the complete, printed test results to prove it. Why so many bacteria? Because LifeSource filters are designed and advertised to remove ALL the chlorine from city water -- the same chlorine that is there to kill bacteria in the pipes! Those who were suckered into buying this system should have their water tested by Veritas or Silver State in Las Vegas. Otherwise you won't know what you are drinking or using to bathe. On the other hand, City of Henderson water is tested routinely and rigorously and is completely safe to drink. You do not need LifeSource. read more

Ryan and Marco did a top notch job with installing our whole home water softener/filtration system. They arrived early, and Ryan did a great job of explaining step-by-step what was going on. Marco was an absolute professional in all regards as well. The two of them left the tanks absolutely spotless, cleaned up the garage wall and floor as best as they could, and were beyond thorough. They did not leave until all of our questions were answered. I was beyond impressed with them, as well as the company, which I'll get to. Randy, our service rep, was busy with another business engagement. He provided us with a great consultation, available every step of the way. I just got my lifesource 3 part water system and they look great. They do not take up a lot of space and they actually look nice. Every one from my sales rep Pronie to my service techs Ryan and Fernando took great care of us. Starting with Pronie He constantly kept in touch to keep me aware of what was going on and he found out how sick I was and he checked in on me from time to time just to offer me encouragement and well wishes which he did not have to do. I felt like I was doing business with personal friends. They were informative and knowledgeable about anything that I could think of asking. They were on time got the work done in a timely manner and they left my garage just like they found it (clean). Ryan made sure I knew what he was going to be doing and what I should expect when he was done. What I love was that I was familiar with Ryan from showing up about two weeks before installation to assess where the the tanks would go. He said it will me that comes back and also do the work. I loved that and immediately felt comfortable because I don't like a lot of people in my home as I am severely immunely compromised. Seriously, everybody read the bad reviews. They're all very true. They are selling you a system that takes the minerals out of your water, but does not I repeat does not replace a water softener and southern Nevada with hard water their answer after buying their system is we will give you a water system which completely What they sold in the first place save yourself the money buy a water softener for hard water. Otherwise you will be out a ton of money and you will not be happy. That is their fix for their water. System yourself seven grand and buy a water softener otherwise you're spending money you could've bought a new car with, I think everybody should report them to the BBB and all other social media to get the word out. They are a crock of five lemons BS don't give them review for five stars. It should be five lemons plus I hope they go down the tubes like their water, purification system, and it does not make your life better. I chose a LifeSource Water System to replace our old Water Softener System. I called Randy on a Thursday, he came to our on Friday and The LifeSource System was installed by Joe on the following Tuesday morning. It was seamless. Randy thoroughly explained how the new system would work, providing fresh clean treated water for the "Whole-House", reminding me that the soft water system only provided soft hot water with the cold water remaining untreated. Joe arrived first thing in the morning on Tuesday, and installed The System in a very timely manner, 4hrs in total. Joe reviewed the entire installation process with me: where the equipment would be placed, how plumbing/electrical would work and how long it would take to install. No issues were encountered, water pressure was checked outside and inside, and the water tasted clean and fresh. I had a really good experience with having my water filter installed. It took only a few hours and the initial problem (an existing fire suppression system had been installed in the water closet) was solved ahead of time. Also, the added expense for the increased labor and parts was less than the verbal estimated quote which was good news. Terry was very helpful and so was the plumber (Jason). My house was left in good shape after installation and the tanks look great - almost a work of industrial art. The water is clean - good tasting, clear, and feels good when showering. Yes, it is expensive in the short term, but long term health benefits? I would definetly recommend if you have hard or chemically polluted water. Remember what happen in Flint, Michigan? not saying that Clark County water is this bad, but for my piece of mind it is worth the short term monetary cost. read more

I had my water filter system installed today and it went perfect. I purchased a whole house system from LifeSource. No filters and no salt. Ryan and Fernando arrived on time and also informed me 30 minutes before arrival that they were on the way. They were very nice and professional and explained everything to me before getting started and while they were working; and gave me an overview of the system before leaving. They cleaned up the area where they were working. My salesperson Curtis tested my water before and after the installation and was available throughout the install. I could see the difference in the color of the water. Ryan gave me their business card and told me to call if I had any questions or issues, as well as Curtis. My wife and I were interested in a no salt water system. Started searching online and emailed Life Source Water Systems and overnight received a phone call from Pronnie, Factory Representative. He was very helpful and explained the whole process. He patiently answered multiple questions. I decided to go for it and 4 days later had an appointment for an installation. I have had a LifeSource water system in my house for just over two years now. The water in my area is very hard and LifeSource took care of that problem, providing water-bottle-quality water for every faucet in our house! The water tastes great and exceeded my expectations! Now, after two years, it was time to change the Apa Pure filter. We live in Henderson, NV. Ryan came out to change the filter. He kept me informed about his arrival time and arrived on time. We fell in love with our Life Source (LS) equipment the minute it was installed. After a couple years...we noticed our skin looked dry and flaky. I called LS and they were able to get an appt scheduled rather quickly. Ryan showed up. Right away one can see Ryan knows his job and is confident. Ryan assessed the situation and discovered that we had a leak and one of our knobs was broken. Ryan went to work and started repairing the issues. It took him no time at all. He continually communicated with me. While waiting for the leak to drain Ryan took a washcloth and wiped down our equipment. I told him he was very efficient to which he replied, " I love my job." LifeSource water has been a God send for all we lizards living out here in the Mojave Desert. The waaater out here in Boulder City just southeast of Lost Wages is so hard you have to break it up with a sledge hammer and talk about alkalinity .. I would have to use a wire brush on the wife after her bath to get the crust off!! LifeSource changel all that .. 90% of the alkalinity is now gone so me now have a happy wife and functioning faucets. I called the Lifesource office and asked for an estimate and asked if I could get the install done within 2 weeks. The estimate was scheduled for the next day. Everything was explained in great detail and I ordered the system. Later the same day I was called to schedule the install. The install was scheduled for the next day.
