Why do you have false advertising on your site? We have a LifeSource Whole house system we paid over $8000 for wuth the understanding of No Maintenance and fikter changes. Well, that was not true. $660+ for an ApaPure12 filter every 2 years and $1700+ for a sediment tank every 5 years. This statement us directly ftom your webpage...."Q3: What maintenance is required? LifeSource systems are designed for Arizona and Nevada's mineral-heavy water -- no salt bags, filters, or service calls needed." I plan on spreading this information anywhere I can. You are gouging your customers and your reps are lying to your customers. Maybe if the Apapure12 filter were a reasonable cost, I would not be so pissed. This is a review on INSTALLATION ONLY. The system hasn't been here long enough to review yet. But! I NEEEED to give a FANTASTIC Review for Ryan our installer! When he said, "If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.." Well? LOL, Ryan probably had no idea I'd ask him about 2,000 questions!! Not really an exaggeration, I bet I did ask that many! Ryan is extremely experienced, and was able to answer ALL of my questions! And he did provide a LOT of information that our sales rep did not know! Ryan's ability to install our system that it literally looks like artwork, I respect and appreciate Ryan's knowledge and ability in his job. Not only that? We were NOT thrilled with the fact that we needed to put in a drain, and had to have a PVC pipe installed to do the drainage every 2 weeks. BUT! Ryan's incredible ability, again, like artwork, he installed the PVC pipe so close to the edges of our garage, we seriously don't even notice it! We have a neighbor who installed a whole house water filter system (not LifeSource) and they literally have tygon tubing attached to the walls and ceiling of their garage that doesn't even appear like they tried to make it look nice.. We also were having a new garage door opener installed a few days later, and I expressed my concern to Ryan, and he assured us that would not be a problem, and it wasn't! After 8 years of having a soft water system, I switched to the whole home filtration by LifeSource and could not be happier with this decision! Cody did a great job with the sales pitch, answering all my questions when I pressed him about other companies that would make similar claims as LifeSource. I decided to go with LifeSource because of Cody's honest and low pressure sales approach, the 10-year warranty, and no filters to change ever! The installation was also excellent. Ryan was early to the appointment and the disruption to the water for a couple hours was not a big deal. Ryan's installation was clean, not only was the site clean but the placement of the tanks and the pipes look great. Change installation date change from the November 3 to 6th . I called 11-4 -25 Aillie Irvine my Sales representative Who is very unprofessional does not have good customer service .. She over talk to me, I was not able to tell her that I asking for a reminder call. She told me that she would tell scheduling to give me a reminder call, installation was coming on Thursday no call from sales rep . I call 11-7-25 Allie Irvine she said she would come over and test my water then again I get an email saying do you want me to make an appointment I said yes I still have not had my water tested .. i'm very disappointed in this company. We have be using the LifeSource Beotron whole house water filter system for 14 years. It allowed us to eliminate Culligan salt based system and our reverse osmosis system in our home. The water tastes great, feels super on your skin, and is the same throughout our home. Of course it much better for household plants as well because of the lack of salt used in the Culligan systems. We just had the our original LifeSource replaced with the latest version which now has double the life capacity at 2.2 million gallons rating as compared to the first one. The installation was done by their factory authorized team of Ryan Drake and Fernando Gonzalez, who did a fantastic job. They were very careful of our garage in removing the original one and installing the new one. The plumbing job looks great and they cleaned up the area after they were done. I really like that the system is totally maintenance free (is is programed to auto self flush the filter) and it is made in the USA. read more

Harry told me that he would be in my neighborhood on Wednesday and would like to meet so we set up a time for him to stop at my house.
