We recently went here for evening bowling. It was amazing! The staff was exemplary. From the moment we arrived until we left they were attentive and friendly. They gave us complimentary popcorn, registered us by phone and followed up with us twice to see if we were enjoying our experience. The manager, Wayne, introduced himself to us and had a card for my step sister whose birthday had been a few days before. The card included several free bowling tickets! Everyone that worked there was super attentive from Aliza, who manages sales to Wayne to the entire front of house staff. The space itself is clean and inviting and they even gave us a 10% discount on our game. Our evening was fantastic and the four of us have decided that we will go back monthly. went to open bowling Saturday and the lanes were fine but the staff - horrible! The bartender was screaming at customers, and yelling at the staff telling them telling they were all getting fired because they were taking food orders with drink orders. Came here on a Groupon and have mixed feelings. First, the man who checked us in and got us our shoes was super nice and personable! I find bowling alley employees can often be a little grumpy for some reason but he wasn't and I appreciated that. The lanes/monitors were a little old fashioned and could use an upgrade. But that's many bowling alleys. I ordered chicken quesadillas and they really weren't too shabby for a bowling alley and came out quick. The man who brought them out seemed annoyed to be working though. The girl who brought over my friends drink and jumbo cookie was nice. I was surprised however to see his Diet Pepsi was $4.09 for something you don't even get refills on. Seemed a little steep. Towards the end of out 3rd game, there was a scene in the lane next to us that prompted us to just leave. 2 men were chest to chest arguing over BOWLING! "When you wanna grow up, and bowl with the big boys, face ME!!" LOL!!! I swear it was like watching an SNL skit. Was a bit disappointed by my experience tonight. I had a reservation for 11 people for my birthday. We paid for two hours and they automatically shut us off when we only had one frame to go on our second game. Ridiculous considering between our reservation, food and drink, we spent about $500 and couldn't even finish two games. I will probably go elsewhere next time to somewhere that charges per game. The food was also kind of meh and I had a mixed beverage that had barely any alcohol and cost $12. The bathrooms had a noticeable sewer smell. Not worth the it. Edit- decided to try them again for my birthday mostly due to lack of options. I will say they blew it out of the park this time! The wonderful manager Colleen worked with my husband via phone to make sure all of the options were laid out and clear. We went with two lanes and two entrees and unlimited soft drinks. When we arrived we were given an additional lane for not much more cost. Food service was great throughout the night. Bathrooms were clean without an odor. And they let us bowl as long as we wanted (probably because my friends dropped an additional $100 on various foods/drinks). It was such a fun time! To make it even better, Colleen gave us a card and gift certificate on the way out. I guarantee we will use it soon! My friends and I are even discussing monthly bowling nights. Airport lanes is your average neighborhood bowling alley. Fairly large in size (about 65 lanes) and lanes are in good working order. The arcade in this facility is pretty good too. Pay one price Summer specials are available, although staff is a bit confused as to the details regarding the packages. Took quite a bit of time to check in , staff seemed flustered. Also there was a creepy spider that kept on sneaking up on our balls while we were bowling. But would I bowl there again? Sure, why not! read more

We are here for New Years Eve, paid $56 a person plus a $48 "event fee" that the manager said he has no idea why it's charged, it just is. I did not catch the guys name at the front desk this past sunday morning, but he was great. Trying to get through the whole shoe, and lane set-up disaster with 5 kids for my step-sons bday party was a pain. But he was so helpful, and willing to assist us with all of our questions. The food was horrible though. Frozen pizza taste freezer burned, fries over cooked, and my sandwhich was awful. Came here with a groupon for 6 people. We ended up bringing a 7th person, thinking it wouldn't be a problem just to add one on. We were unable to do so because our groupon was for timed bowling and the extra person was unable to purchase time bowling. We were told we could have bought an extra groupon if we wanted timed bowling. We chose to have one person sit out because the only option was to have the extra person bowl in a separate lane by themselves. Normally, I would brush off a situation like this but the workers there were very condescending. They offered no solution to our problem and seemed annoyed that we dare to ask for some help with the situation. They treated us like we had planned on ripping them off and were trying to get away with it. Keep in mind that I saw about 5 lanes being used put of their 65+ lanes. There are plenty of other bowling lanes in the area and I will choose another one based solely off of their customer service. read more

So my issue is that I feel like we were got as far as the pricing is concerned. My father in law spoke to a Christine and she stated that it was unlimited bowling after six which was quoted and stated in the flyer posted. The manager stated that he couldn't changed the pricing but my thing is if the you have prices stated then you should honor it we have over 15 people including kids and they easily made over 400 if not more. Went there yesterday, staff was super nice, got the Alley Sampler which gives you pretty much everything they have on the menu except for pizza and loaded fries for a measly $25 and it's a lot of food for what they pack on that plate! They recently "renovated" (if you can call it that). They took out the taller tables from the back of every lane so people that are in the back are no longer elevated to be able to see the lanes. Along with that, they added a concrete slope in front of the lanes, getting rid of the old step down that was there. You can definitely tell they tried making it nicer but they missed the mark drastically. You'd think with the absurd amount of money they take in from our league fees, that they'd actually make renovations that make sense, but then again this is an AMF location so I don't know why I was expecting better read more

Fun place, lots of space. I came here with a large group of teens from a youth group I work with and a couple other adults. All of us had a great time. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of bowling balls to chose from - I hate when I go bowling and they only have a handful of bowling balls to use. The food was the best bowling alley food I've had. The wings were super crispy and flavorful and the pizza was really good too. A good place to check out of you're looking for something to do. read more

Was here on a Friday night with a group of friends. The only open bowling option was "Unlimited bowling and shoes for $12". Normally I would say this is a rather good deal depending on how long you will be bowling. Figure full price games around the area are around $2 or $3 and shoes are usually around $5. My problem with this deal was that I had my own shoes but still had to pay the full price. Now, I understand that it's a package deal but when it was the only offer available they really should have a reduced price if you have your own shoes. Other than that little downside the actual alley is pretty nice. There are somewhere around 70 lanes so even our group of 16 were easily accommodated on 3 lanes all next to each other despite there being leagues finishing up. The bar was in the main part of the lobby as opposed to being it's own separate room which just adds a bit of convenience. The prices were pretty good for pitchers (though can't remember now what it was) and they had maybe 5 different taps (Blue, Bud Light, PBR I can remember) with other selections in bottle. Overall it's just another bowling alley, better than Kenmore lanes, about the same as Tonawanda bowl, probably not as nice as Transit lanes. If it's close to you then it would probably be the one you go to. Having open bowling at the same time as some league play was certainly a plus as usually I get stymied around the area trying to bowl when leagues are going on. read more

Thursdays are $2 shoes, $2 bowling and $2 beer! I came here with 2 other coworkers after 8PM and there were plenty of lanes available. We chose to be fancy and opted for a cosmic bowling lane. First off let me say I am not a fan of the AMF centers because of their exorbitant prices, especially here in Buffalo where there are a multitude of independent bowling centers. That being said, I have had mixed experiences here. The service is friendly, although non-existent at times. The last two times I visited the center (on a weekday morning) they were confused by their own pricing system. The lanes are OK. For the price paid, they really need an update. The scoring system functions although I have had to deal with missing buttons and the occasional mechanical flaw. I had a good laugh when I noticed the side of the CRT monitors having a sign boasting the center's "Con-Bow" affiliation (something around 20 years outdated). In closing, the center is OK, but if you want to pay the full price for an AMF center go ten minutes down the road to Thruway. read more

Really great experience. Unlimited bowling for 2 hours with shoes included for $12 a person was good deal. Great customer service. Employee came over to tell us about signing up for their club to get coupons then later he saw us taking pictures of our 10 year old and brought over a super cute minion decorated ball for us to use if we wanted to. Very clean, even the bathrooms. Rental shoes looked new and clean. Easy to use computerized system. Recommend playing continuous instead of intermittent music. read more

This place has awful customer service! Don't order miller lite it took an hour for someone to go get it after giving us coors because another employee said just say it's out and then getting the tube of beer it had particular of something floating in it! After taking it up to get the correct beer they kept saying someone would go get it and no one did it took 3 trips up to get our original order! Don't say you have something if no one wants to go to another room to get it! No one had a smiling face or even looked happy to have the few lanes they had of people on a Saturday night. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful the night we went! We searched for a bowling alley that had open bowling on a Saturday evening which wasn't easy, let me tell ya. And while most AMF locations in the area have open bowling on Saturday evenings, this particular location was the only one that would let me reserve lanes on said evening. The french fries were all we had from the food and they were so yummy. The prices were pretty much what I expect and they do have nights where you can really get a great deal or packages. All in all, my families experience here was absolutely great. read more

I stopped in to go to the pro-shop yesterday. While there, I got myself a bottle of beer and a lemonade for my son. $7.95. I was asked if I was bowling there because the bartender didn't recognize me. Bowlers get a discount. Evidently, I wasn't valued as a potential customer. At those prices, you won't find me there again for any other reason other than using the pro-shop. Apparently management is satisfied if their bartender just gets $0.05 for a tip. read more

Aesthetically, the whole place is nice, and huge inside, which immediately made me say to myself, "I'd definitely come back" and started thinking about who I could get to come enjoy this spot with me for a cheap night. This was short lived. I arrived at the check in counter where 4 people were behind the counter all just kind I've standing around two out of multiple registers. I continued to stand there, for almost 5 minutes without so much as a hello. At one point a younger man came over and asked if we had been taken care of, which annoyingly I said loudly "nope, I've just been standing here waiting for someone to acknowledge me" I had questions about lane prices, shoe rentals, etc. it was my girlfriend, her two young children and myself. I was told "it's $10 and chance per person to bowl including shoes." Took another 10 minutes and nobody really seemed to know exactly how to answer me or just get me shoes. Finally after almost 15 minutes I was set to bowl. I'm gonna speed this up, After one game, our lane said please visit the front counter to continue bowling. End it was then I found out that those prices were for one game, some thing that stated to me previously. So I bought one more game for just my girlfriend and I, and attempted to give the kids a card for the arcade, which was a whole Nother ordeal for another 15 minutes that nobody could help with. after the man with the manager tag was just eating behind the counter blatantly ignoring my girlfriend standing there, after finally loading up the card, he lost my bank card, didn't give meThe Sunday "three dollars for six dollars token deal" and at that point we just took the tokens spent time as quickly as possible, played our game without even caring about the outcome, and couldn't get out of that place soon enough. I manage a retail store and customer service is everything and this is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. What could've been a regular occurrence for my employee parties and groups of friends turned into me never wanting to step foot in this establishment because of the horrendous customer service that myself and my girlfriend receive the entirety of our time. The best part of the night was talking to the random couple that was bowling on the lands next to us about how terrible the service there was And how they got a much better deal for two hours of bowling via a package I wasn't even told about. I feel like my money was taken advantage of, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Go there every Tuesday. Last year the.service was a lot better. The wait staff is almost non existent and what little you do see them they have a don't give a care attitude. Food orders take forever.
