Fun place for kids birthday party. Chuck E Cheese comes out and dances and greets all the kids at the party. The birthday boy got to pick a friend and they go into one of those air tubes that blows certificates around and they try to grab as many as they can in allotted time. I think the pizza has gotten better since the last time I was there....more years than I care to count. You can bring in cake or cupcakes and everyone sings. The kids also got dipping dots and unlimited drinks. The kids all had a great time. A server is assigned to your table and they run the party, very well ran party. Chaos, but the tiny human I was with was oblivious to it and had a great time. The pricing is structured to encourage a membership, so that's what I ended up purchasing. It took a very long time to get service at the counter to enter and there were multiple times when we had to wait. The adventure zone has a pretty steep surcharge, which I was not aware of. I tried to take my niece over to it and was told we had to purchase a wristband band to get in. I ended up getting her the $18 add-on because she had already seen the trampolines and slides. Still, I really think it should either be included or at least very obvious to new customers that the play area is an additional cost. It was also frustrating that there was a range of kid ages and sizes in the play area & no adults were allowed in. There were a couple of instances where I saw large older children either push or intimidate much smaller children. The area seemed very poorly monitored and I would probably try to keep my niece out of it next time we go unless she was desperate to go in. I was happy with the range of games and my little niece found a lot that she could play. There were games that were appropriate for all ages, including very young children. I really liked the wind tunnel with the classic Chuck E. Cheese balls. There was an instance where the mouse came out for a little dance with a birthday party and it was kind of weird that the mouse didn't make the rounds and interact with the children outside of the birthday party. Overall, my impression wasn't fantastic. There was even an armed guard walking around inside, which made me realize that it might not be such a safe place. I probably ended up spending about $100 that day on one child because we bought a three month family pass, some food, and the adventure zone. So, just watch out for it spiraling into a very expensive trip if you are going for the first time. The kids were having fun and that's the main thing that mattered. I think that having more safeguards in the adventure zone, removing hidden charges, and trying to make the experience amazing for all the kids should probably be the business focus. This is really not our thing... But our 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it. Tons of games and attractions and a staff that makes every kid feel special... Even though their process, by design, is very regimented. I have to admit, while not the best pizza that I'd every had, it was above average and very enjoyable. Our little girl had a great time and that's what matters when every birthday is so special... And there is staff to take the pressure off of Mom and Dad. read more

We just had my son's 6th birthday party here this afternoon, and I was so pleased that I wanted to write a review right away! I called several times, because I'm a worrier about everything, and Donna was EXTREMELY helpful on the phone. She settled every nerve I had about food, paper products, and possible last minute guests or no shows. The day of, Nevaeh was our party host, and she was incredible to work with! She greeted my husband, me, and our kids right away with our play passes and communicated about food, events, desserts, and clean up throughout the whole party. The kids who attended were busy the entire time, and my son had a blast! I definitely recommend Chuck E. Cheese for anyone looking to throw a great party for their kiddo. read more

My family and I went to the one that is located by the McKinley Mall in Orchard Park ny on April 12 th. My 5yr old niece wanted a picture with whoever played chuckey e but he ignored everybody who asked him. my niece was almost in tears because she knew he was ignoring them. My suggestion is to remove whoever was playing him for a more kid friendly person. read more

I used Door Dash to order from what I thought was Pasqualie's in West Seneca, it was instead Pasqually's (which is a fake name being used by Chuck E Cheese) Wings were frozen garbage and breaded and had zero crisp. Staying open and offering party packs during these COVID times is just one way Chuck E Cheeses is helping people at home still celebrate birthdays. They have a $5 food menu!! For anyone at work whose wondering what to eat for lunch, how about a $5 pizza? $5 wings? $5 crazy bread? etc... They also have this amazing pizza called the California Alfredo and I can't get anything that good anywhere else tbh. We come once a year for the kiddo's birthday. We drive all the way from the northtowns to this location in Blasdell because we find the other clientele to be... better behaved? for lack of a better term. Never any inappropriate incidents like screaming, fighting (and we're talking about adults here, sadly) unsupervised maniac children, etc like we've witnessed at the Amherst location. In fact, if you come on a weekday that isn't during a school break, it's basically a ghost town. Prices are crazy high. Food prices even crazier. I don't show up without a coupon (sign up online and they email them to you monthly!) The all-you-can-play cards are absolutely the best value and make it a LOT more fun to visit. We've had one visit where the employee who works alongside the costumed Chuck E Cheese is FABULOUS and interacted with the kids like he had his own TV show. We had another visit where the employee barely mustered a sneer. So..... it's hit or miss. We skip the food and get pizza down the street at the oh-so-fabulous Bella Pizza in Lackawanna. I came out here on a Friday night- you know- pay day busy day.... probably going to be a nightmare right? No way. The kids working at this place have hearts of gold and patience and kindness... I could go on and on. The kid at the ticket counter, listens to the kids- to their barely audible requests of the toys they want, taking forever to decide if they want the blue or green one, he gave them all choices to choose with a smile on his face. Like he gets it. The kid at the door- right away asks the kids how they are doing, and tells them a few little funny things to get them smiling. The manager- I mentioned a ticket grabber was broke- I didn't expect anything, I just wanted to make sure other kids didn't loose their tickets- he went out of his way to find me and give me a ticket voucher. I know these places get bad raps, but I've never had a poor experience. One. time the whole team of workers helped us search for my daughters lost stuffy, they found it. They hired the right kind of people here, and they take care of their guests. Try it, I bet your kid will have a blast, and you'll be happy just because every one is in on it too. read more

I feel odd reviewing this, however we had a nice time with our 5 yr old daughter. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, a lot to do. Food was ... well, we won't review this place for the food if you catch my drift. Food is not horrendous though. I recommend going between opening time and leaving by 4 pm. After 4 it is mayhem. Took the kids here the other day to play some Skee Ball and video games. Obviously the food here is over priced and not good, but it's not why you're here. Overall this location is pretty clean and has some room to maneuver. Been to others that were dirty and cramped. If you want to kill some time with kids it's a good way to do it, though the games can eat up those tokens pretty quick. My kids also love the idea of exchanging the game tickets for prizes. The toys are cheap Chinese junk that gets lost in a day or two at the house, but it makes them smile for a bit. read more

Despite constant begging from my kids, I put off the dreaded Chuck E. Cheese birthday as long as I could. Mostly due to the hefty price tag that accompanied it. This year, we caved, invited 15 kids, and seriously had a better experience than we could have imagined. It was worth every penny- and then some. We had a party host- Haley. She was spectacular. I thought that meant someone taking us to our table. I was wrong. It meant someone running our party for us. Setting up, cutting cake, taking orders, serving food, lighting our candle, organizing the birthday song. They provided plates, cups, silverware, cake cutting utensils, balloons, favors, dessert, pizza, fruit punch, and game cards. All we had to do was show up. It was organized, planned perfectly, and executed even better. If you are on the fence, spend the money and book it. The headache you avoid trying to plan a birthday party for 15 six year olds is totally worth it. read more

Extraordinary fun! Played skeeball for a solid hour and a half. The tunnels were a little hard on my knees, but it was worth going down the spiral slide. Earned the majority of my tickets playing duck shooter and the ticket blaster. Cashed in and got 2 foam rockets a batman wallet and 6 spider rings. read more

Sometimes if we are shopping or grabbing dinner in the area my husband and I will stop in to play some skee-ball, shoot some hoops, and throw some footballs.
