The staff takes care of everything!

This is really not our thing... But our 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it. Tons of games and attractions and a staff that makes every kid feel special... Even though their process, by design, is very regimented. I have to admit, while not the best pizza that I'd every had, it was above average and very enjoyable. Our little girl had a great time and that's what matters when every birthday is so special... And there is staff to take the pressure off of Mom and Dad.

I GOT SCAMMED BY A RAT BEWARE!!! I used Door Dash to order from what I thought was Pasqualie's in West Seneca, it was instead Pasqually's (which is a fake name being used by Chuck E Cheese) Wings were frozen garbage and breaded and had zero crisp. The pizza is horrible DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID.

I think there was a birthday party going on. Nobody could really confirm if we were allowed to play so we stayed. Games were brutally short and expensive. I cannot recommend bringing young kids here. Not that a pool hall is necessarily where they should be to begin with. I wish they had an unlimited play option. Awesome hangout spot or place to bring a date. Leave the little kids at home.

We were there on a Monday night and there were a couple of people on the floor fixing pinball machines. It's really cool to have an active person working to fix them, I'm sure it takes a lot of manage with as many pinball machines as they have. The one thing is they are a bit rude. Twice we were playing a machine and were asking to move because they were trying to get by with tools or another machine. And when your actively in a game of pinball you can't stop or you will lose so pretty rude they didn't just wait for you to be done or come back when the walkway was clear. My favorite machines are Metallica, Scooby-doo and fun house. Those were the most fun. The fun house machine particularly I thought was in very good shape, Scooby-doo is pretty cool also. I couldn't leave buffalo without having buffalo wings and even though this place isn't know for the that the food was surprisingly good and cheap. We got 10 wings and I split them with my husband. They were mild. Def spicy but not too too spicy and the wings were super crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Blue cheese was good too and they gave baby carrots. When they came out they were steaming hot. You could literally see the steam come off of them. Wished we lived here so we could come more often!

After searching for a near and wide, my sister found Orions Landing, which proved to be beyond our expectations. We had a group of 5 teenage boys who were hungry and full of energy. We were planning on doing a walk session, it was 3pm but online, they stated their next session wasn't until 6. We called to verify, the manager said there was party coming in if we made it in before 4 p.m., he could accommodate us earlier. Bet!!! So we made it in exactly at 4pm. Our crew was able to choose two 30 minute games for $35 each. While the teens played we adults also played !! They had a giant Jenga, chess board, table hockey, and a bunch of other arcade games. Speaking of adult time !! They actually had adult beverages and not just beer and cider but actual ALCOHOL!! I definitely see myself planning an adult birthday party or fun meet-up here !! We also indulged in some pretty cheesy mozzarella sticks that weren't overcooked. When the boys got they were treated to in house made pizza !! We got the traditional cheese and pepperoni, I was actually really surprised that this pizza was actually really good !! Cup and pep, nicely portioned cheese and sauce and perfect dough !! One of the owners, who I might add is such a nice truly guy, said that they use fresh ingredients. We can definitely tell !! In additional they have all sorts of other food, like fries and pizza logs the list goes on and on !! Our crew had such a fun time and my nephew is still smiling about his experience. Oh might I add Orion Landing was opened under a different name and location prior to covid. We took my nephew and his same crew minus a few 6 years ago! Even more impressive one of Owners remembered us and enjoyed a laugh with is at how much the kids had grown and other fun moments of the previous party we had. I'm so glad to say same great service, with a much Improved atmosphere!! In addition to Vr gaming they have a virtual escape room and a neon paint splatter room !! I can't stop tell people about our experience!! A great place for older kids and adults alike!! We will definitely be back time and time again !! So should you !! I wish I'd taken more pictures to share just how awesome this place is !

The rec room locations in Canada had really terrible reviews and we decided to look local. Vivid's website was pretty easy to use and book our appointments, we went with the $30 pp premium for an hour (all the standard games + some others). I suggest coming earlier to get used to the controls, it's a little different. We had so much fun, highly recommended. I do love the free classic arcade games in the front that we can play as we wait. Thoughtful touch. Wish it was located more downtown near all the bars and nightlife, this place would be an even bigger hit. Looking forward to the new developments. I'd def come back again.

I forgot the name of the games that I played, but definitely try the one where you shoot the robots. It was so exciting and a bit scary as the game went on. But the one down side of it was that, we weren't able to move around. Just station at one spot, but it was still fun. I'm probably the worst gamer...not coordinated at all and have a high chance that I will die first. But it was pretty easy to pick up, so I can imagine that anyone like me can have fun too. Before it was our turn, we were waiting on a group of 3 kids. Anyone could see their excitement in playing the game. It's perfect for all ages, and another way for parents to bond with the children. The customer service was great! I believe his name was Ken... Could be wrong. But he was super helpful for us beginners.

To the manager's credit, once the issue was addressed, it was handled professionally and the discount was honored. The more frustrating issue occurred during dinner service. A full rack of ribs was clearly listed on the menu, yet the server informed me she did not have the ability to order a full rack, only a half rack. I had to insist on ordering what was advertised and request to speak with a manager. During this interaction, the server responded rudely, stating that no one else had an issue with this and that I was the only one. Two minutes later, she returned and stated the issue was "fixed" and proceeded to take the order. This was not an isolated experience. This is the third time I have encountered situations at Dave & Buster's that required manager involvement for basic service matters, which should not be the norm for a family entertainment and dining establishment. If it were not for the fact that my son truly enjoys this place--and the limited family entertainment options in the Buffalo area--I would not return. I would not generally recommend Dave & Buster's based on service consistency. That said, if you are in a similar situation and need a venue to keep kids entertained, it may suffice, but expectations should be managed.

Let me begin with we made a reservation. When we arrived the host was very nice. The table wasn't ready which is okay that normal can happen, but we had two small children in our party and they sat us at a Hightop table where the highchair didn't reach. We waited ... ready... 2 1/2 hours for our food. We seen mutuiple family come eat and leave before out r drinks where even out. We asked to speak to a manager twice and she never came. Not only that but we purchased cards to play games after lunch which turned into dinner and they weren't working. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the burger i personally had was good. It takes a lot to mess up a burger . After we all finally got our food items took another 30 min to get refills and mayo! I didn't even bother to ask for ketchup. I just walked over the the bar area and took it from a different table. After eating it's took ..... 30 more min for the check, and when I received it , it was wrong. I asked what they were going to take off for the inconvenience. Now we were a party of 10 so this wasn't a small bill by any means. The server looked me and said "take off for what." I took a deep breath and said for waiting 3 hours to eat on top of everything else. Long story short they took the sodas off the bill . Never seen the manager and spent most of our time just waiting. Good thing we're all good company lol or it would have been such a boring and awkward time. My cousin went to the food court and at his food at our table that's how bad it was. The kids where so hungry. It was just a very bad experience. We made the best of it after and the games where fun. Highly don't suggest eating there unless you have no other plans for the day. But on a positive note it could have just been a bad day. I personally won't be eating there anytime soon. A few ppl felt sick after also.

Misuta Chows is known as the best place is Buffalo for Japanese Bar Food, an establishment that captures the meaning of the term "Late Night Bite". This place screams Hang Out, where you can come later in the Evening to get your Grub on. After watching the Buffalo Bandits be triumphant once again, we needed to find somewhere to get some Food. I called about 4 different Restaurants. It was a little after 10:30 at night, I then called Misuta Chows and they told me that the Kitchen was still open for another 25 Minutes. We rushed on over to the Main Street area parked and walked into this Casual Setting. Once we sat at the Bar, we put in our Drink Orders, I got a Cocktail named after one of the most Iconic Cartoon Characters of all time - Spongebob Squarepants. What I thought was gonna be a square shaped glass filled with Orange Juice and Lemon Liqueur or Vodka. It turned out to be a Mason Jar filled with a vibrant pink concoction of Milagro Tequila, Prosecco and Grenadine. Along with both Lemon and Pineapple Juice, the title was a bit misleading. Even after finishing the drink, it wasn't enough for me to do Spongebob's high-pitched Laugh. Emily got the Burning Pumpkin that had Pumpkin Whiskey, Rum Chata and Chai Tea Latte. Mike had the Tailgate Toddy, what looked like Hot Tea was packed with Alpine Spice Whiskey, Alpine Preserve Liqueur, Honey Liqueur and Plum Bitters served in a tall White Mug. After sipping our drinks for a short Bit, we put in our food orders before the Kitchen closed. Also while I was there, I saw that one of my chef buddies, Andrew Berger was in the back cranking out the Food. For our Entrees Emily got the Pork Belly Rice Bowl with Pickled Vegetables and a Soft-Boiled Egg. Mike got the Coconut Chicken Laksa with a Skewer standing up in the Middle of the Bowl. I got a bowl of Lobster & Shrimp Ramen and some Pork Belly Bahn Mi Bao Buns. The Broth was jam packed with so much intense Shellfish flavor, the Egg gave it some Richness and Sweetness from the Corn. The Seafood was cooked perfectly, I slurped down those Noodles with Gusto. On the Buns that were lightly Toasted, the Pork was Crispy jammed inside the Buns with Cilantro and Jalapeno's, it was reminiscent of the Vietnamese Classic Sandwich. I had another Cocktail to go with it, it was a "Monster" of a Drink called Godzilla. Named after the iconic Monster himself. Vibrant green drink made from Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, Green Tea Simple Syrup, Fresh Lemon and Peach. Its a true shame that this drink didn't give me Atomic Breath that Godzilla does to defeat his Enemies but a few more of those and I would've had an Atomic Hangover. On the 2nd Floor, I loved all the Pinball machines, the Skeeball, the Dance Floor and the Pink Hello Kitty Stairway hidden in the Back. Its a shame that Misuta Chows has closed its Doors, I don't think there will be place like that in Buffalo ever again. I say to Misuta Chows, SAYONARA. !!!
