My bowling friend and I are from out of town. I do not bowl, and was waiting for a friend to get out of church, she would be picking me up at 1:00 to go shopping. My bowling friend and I were there on Oct. 10 for Buzzard's Club. We arrived at 12:10. Being that I had a long time to wait for my shopping friend to pick me up, I ordered a cup of coffee at the kitchen window. First of all, the young black woman tried to charge me for two cups. Then she said she had to brew fresh coffee. At 1:00 when I had to leave, I still did not get my coffee. From 12:15-1:00 O'clock, I have never known coffee needed that much time to brew. Good deals for bowing but the over priced food and bad customer service in the kitchen is a no go, went to get some extra ranch and I saw a manager walk away and a worker in the kitchen, but no one came to ask what I needed for about 8 minutes. After that and making eye contact several times with employees another worker was walking by to let me know that they closed the kitchen at 10, which I knew and told her I just needed some extra ranch and she told the worker in the kitchen he had a customer and then came by. read more

My friends and I were bored so we decided to go midnight bowling. Surprisingly enough, there was no wait and we got a lane right away. We had fun. Staff was friendly and attentive. We weren't bothered too much by them crowding us as other customers came in. My only complaint was actually about other bowlers not knowing bowling etiquette. I would have felt a little more comfortable if one of the alleys staff addressed their lack of etiquette vs me having to tell the folks next to us they're supposed to wait for the bowler to finish their turn so they don't accidentally knock each other out if the ball goes wild. read more

I like that they replaced all the old tube tvs with new flat panels. But below is what i'm not too happy with... Had a mobile coupon for a group of 6 for $49.99 pizzabowl, which included 2 hrs of bowling, shoes, pizza and soda. Lady says she's out of pizza, and she can replace it with popcorn??? seriously? I come to find out later that there's also an email coupon that was sent out a day before, for a group of 6 for $39.99 which includes 2 hrs of bowling, shoes, popcorn and soda. Since she was giving us popcorn instead of pizza, she didn't have the courtesy to offer us the $39.99 value. Guess she cares more about making those extra bucks then having happy and loyal customers. read more

I went on a Sunday night and there was quiet a crowd. I was told there was a wait even though several lanes were open, but apparently they were reserved for league players. The place could really use some updating and a good cleaning. The balls were all kind of sticky and the place was a little smelly. The bathrooms didn't have soap and were in need of cleaning. Several times during our game the pins got stuck and wouldn't re-rack. It's too bad because there really is a need for a good bowling alley in the area. read more

what a great bowling Allie. i wouldn't go anywhere else in this city. no need to pay for the glitz and glamor of those huge entertainment centers, especially if you are looking for great customer service. i brought a group of 6 people in and the were very friendly and the first thing they asked us was if we would like anything to eat, which is a change from the usual "go get it yourself attitude" at other places, even a nearby AMF center. All through our night they camed back and asked us how we were doing. It was great!!!! The only thing that kept this place from getting a 5 star rating was the smell of their bathrooms.ewwwww! read more

Look, this is just like any other bowling alley that you've been to. It has lots of lanes, lots of tables, decent bathrooms, food, and it even has a bar. I went to a holiday party for my cousin tonight and spent the entire time working because this bowling alley is absolutely NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. They do happen to have a few rickety little ramps to go up and down, but the ramps are not properly measured and a wheelchair user cannot independently go up or down one safely. On multiple occasions tonight I had to assist people in wheelchairs in getting up and down so they could have the same experience as everyone else (BOWLING). One of those times my cousin happened to be coming off of the main bowling area and a ramp slid out from under his power wheelchair. He nearly fell face first in his several thousand dollar wheelchair and it was by the grace of God that there were two strong men nearby to help me back his chair up. This bowling alley really needs to get with the times. Disabled people like to bowl too, and I don't appreciate the fact that these ramps put people in danger every time they're used. They are a huge liability! Other than that, the staff was amazing and really catered to our large party, and we were thankful for that, as many of the people who attended just wanted to hang out with their families and eat. read more

I can understand the fact that we got our food 47 minutes late ( even though the game was done! ) But the manager was helpful all the way until I asked for a refund. Then she proceeded to get mad and throw hate at my party and I. We did not get a refund, instead we got horrible management. I made a Yelp account just to review this place. I was there yesterday with 3 of my family members and my Boyfriend was quite concerned thinking the food wouldn't be good in a bowling alley... But wow was he wrong, the food was better than I have had in some of the restaurants in Houston. we had the turkey burger, garden pizza, chicken wrap and fries all was fresh and delicious and the fries were crispy... we will definitely go back and the place was very clean. it was a little pricey but well worth it! read more
