Great Bowling alley that seems to also be a Bowlero. Check-in Process: Front Desk was great was clear about pricing and we were able to get a lane right away. Bowling Balls: This was a standout for me all the balls were in the corner to the left of the front desk very convenient. All the balls were sorted by weight and labeled in the area they were kept. All bowling alleys should do this! Lanes: The lanes themselves were clean and the seating area was clean as well. The systems have been upgraded and there are plenty of options from changing the style of the graphics to mini games you can setup. These are not your parents scoring systems. Bathrooms: bathrooms are as you would expect not the cleanest not the dirtiest, a bowling alley bathroom through and through. Pricing: $63.74 for 4 people for 2 games with shoes. Overall: A good bowling experience located near some good restaurants.

A few years ago we were members of Lifetime Fitness and let me tell you, those are the prices that are outrageous!! We have three adults and prepaid childcare for a 4-year-old and an infant and it is only $73/month!! So I don't know what the people who are complaining about the price are used to paying but the going rate now at Lifetime is $65/month for just the 1st person. Now, are the locker rooms nicer there, yes. Everything is probably a notch up there but this place is still wonderful for the price. I go at different times during the week and the only time that things have been a bit crowded was this last Sunday afternoon at the pool, but even that was not too bad. The track is nice. There are big windows and you can see the mountains as you walk. You can also pretend you are looking down at the basketball court as you look back to see if you are about to be lapped. You do have to ask for a code before going up but they tell you this if you come in and ask about the center. The pools are a bit chilly (granted it is the middle of winter and there are huge windows) but they are a good size and seem to handle the number of people. I swim every Friday with my 4-year-old and she is usually the only kid. The guards are very nice and very alert! They are constantly walking and counting the guests. I just started taking the interval class and the instructor is great. The people in the class are so supportive too. I am about 100 lbs overweight and was VERY self-conscious about being in this class, but complete strangers were smiling at me, giving me high 5's and when I went to grab my water one lady thought I was upset and leaving. She stopped her work-out to encourage me to stay. That is a pretty great community of people. My kids also love the child care. The workers are so kind. They have never acted put-out or frustrated at all. They seem to really enjoy the kids and mine asks almost everyday if she can go there. My biggest suggestion would have to be some customer service training for some of the front desk staff. I know they are busy and I'm sure they put up with a lot of stuff, but some of them act like they are constantly irritated no matter how polite you are. Again, I don't think that you can beat this facility for the price!!

I'm just not a fan... their swim area isn't ideal. They have a baby pool that's a very small space…read morebut also too much splashing to actually accommodate a baby... The wave pool is kind of cool however it is pretty narrow, and they allow kids to be extra rambunctious in there, which makes it more of a danger than anything. Multiple times I've been there, the lap pool has been closed, which has a rock climbing wall, which maybe could be cool but again it's always been closed. It's the only pool deeper than 3 1/2 feet. They have a small lazy river which could be fun however all kids have to be in a tube and that's just not for everyone. There's a sign on the locker room that says little boys six and under aren't allowed in the women's restroom... Maybe people are fine with that but my six-year-old son is too small to be alone. Also, the biggest turn off is that you have to pay even if you aren't swimming. My kids are smaller and so obviously need a parent, but I don't need to be in the water with them, and you still have to pay, regardless, which is just annoying and kind of a rip off. It's just not where I would choose again.

My husband and I are giving this five-star review not because our experience with Church Ranch Event Center was without complication, but rather because their staff handled a challenging situation concerning our wedding with grace, compassion, understanding, and follow-through. My husband and I are a same sex couple, that were seeking a rustic-chic event space and Church Ranch's space was absolutely perfect. The outdoor area was a beautiful and unique space for our fall wedding, of 100 guests. After we paid the initial deposit to Church Ranch, we received their planning packet and were surprised that all of the language in the packet was customized for an opposite sex wedding, without options to make selections that would apply for a same-sex couples (the language referenced "brides", "maid of honor," "bridesmaids", and traditions that would not apply or be relevant to same-sex couples). This concerned us and we edited the form, as much as we could, to reflect our intentions for a same-sex wedding with persons of different genders in both wedding parties. We then went to our first wedding planning session and they had chairs setup for us, with a wrapped "bride" ribbon on one, and "groom" on the other. On the day of the rehearsal, the event planner came in and asked for the "bridal party" to stand on one side of the room. I interrupted her, stating that there was no bride and that there were two grooms. After this third incident, we called Church Ranch, less than 24 hours before our wedding was to occur, and spoke with Lillian about our concerns. Lillian handled this difficult conversation with grace, understanding, and regret for our experience. She was not defensive for one moment and took immediate responsibility, stating that Church Ranch should and would do more training with event staff on handling same-sex weddings. That night, she contacted all of the people who would be helping at our wedding to remind them of our same-sex wedding the next day and to discuss the appropriate language to use/steps to take to ensure that the event was executed appropriately. She also indicated that Church Ranch had changed their planning forms to be inclusive for same-sex weddings, based on some comments that we previously included on our wedding planning form. The next day, on the day of our wedding, the event planner apologized to me, in person, for the mishap during the rehearsal. Her apology was genuine and she was committed to ensuring that we had the memorable, magical, and special day that we had been planning. The event planner was very understanding, expressed remorse, was not defensive, and did everything in her power to make our special day what we had hoped for. Ultimately, on the day of our wedding, everything was executed perfectly. The venue was beautiful, our guests were so impressed, and we felt that Church Ranch created an event that honored our love and commitment, as a same-sex male couple. We all make mistakes. Including Church Ranch. Their willingness to recognize when they make a mistake, not be defensive, and take actual steps to make the situation right, is uniquely admirable. It is refreshing to see a buisness, like Church Ranch, listening to feedback, being open to how weddings are evolving, and being willing to make changes in their operations to make sure that their customers have an amazing experience on their special day.

It is said that they unveil a brand new theme each year and this year's theme appears to be focused on some Eastern cultures such as cherry blossom and bamboo forest with pandas. Not that I have been to many lights shows and yet I must say that I have never seen anything quite like this as far as my recollection is accurate. In its 12-acre land, the installations of lantern lights are everywhere. After 8:30pm or so when it's dark, the illuminations from the lanterns are glowing brighter than Las Vegas' illuminations (LOL - why am I comparing this to Las Vegas!!) According to the park's website, some of the sculptures are 23-foot tall (such as the cherry blossom gate.) It's currently open from Wednesday through Sunday until October 5th. And last night's was one of the adult-only nights where you must be 21+ to enter (I believe the next and last such night is Sept 17th. And this writing is as of late August of 2025.) I am already curious as to what the next year's theme is going to be. There is a centralized bar, some food vendors, a stage where a performer performs, and a DJ booth. Great for family time, girls' night or date night. Helpful staff were working tirelessly to assist all visitors. Although about 1,300 tickets were sold last night, it was never super jammed packed. There is still time to visit this enchanting light show. Not only for the locals but definitely one of the must-visit attractions for out-of-staters as well.
