I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had for my kiddos 10th party. Everything was ready to go - I was met at the check in desk and shown to our area. The service was excellent. We did pizza and fries for the kids and an appetizer tray for the adult - and the food was a hit as well. D&B quickly responded when we had two kiddos show up that had not RSVPd and quickly got game cards for them as well. Overall a fantastic experience and I could not find a single negative if I tried. PS - make sure you add the unlimited game play for $5 - I didn't originally but after taking with Brittany added it and it kept many of the attendees playing for HOURS after the end of the official party - well worth it. read more

This is the worst dave and busters I've ever been to. Many machines were completely turned off and not available. Then the ones that were turned on either didn't work, would let you swipe your card and take the credit and the game wouldn't start, or the game wouldn't take the card/tap at all. Many machines had pieces broken off or were loose. It was impossible to find employees to help. It was very dirty inside. It was also very hot? We just took an L on this one. We had such a good time at this place. It was definitely smaller than the ones we were use to but the service we got was impeccable. I wish I got our servers name because he was in it. Kept our drinks filled and our food was hot. I got avocado bacon ranch sandwich which was really good. The bread was toasted the chicken was nice and juicy and the avocado was nice and fresh. The fries were fresh and paired nicely with the ranch. Al the appetizers were just freaking delicious. The food was alright, nothing to go back for or nothing to avoid. Service was terrible. We sat at the bar which was about 55% full, so not fully crowded. It took 27 minutes for someone to say something to us and stop and see if we wanted water/drink, or even food. The servers were avoiding eye contact with everyone. The food took 40 minutes to come out, and it was cold, we didn't say anything because service was so bad, we didn't want to be sitting there until closing. The server bringing out the food tried to serve it to 5 different people before stopping by us, it seems like they didn't write down where we were sitting. Asking for silverware took another 10 mins, and another 5 min to get it. The attitude of the people seemed like we were bothering them. The gaming, the rules for the games are posted and that's a lie. There was a ping pong bouncing game that we should have gotten to the bonus round, 8 different times and it didn't do that, after the first 3 times it didn't I thought it was a mistake and tried again and it skipped that round, that round says it pays out 6500 tickets if you hit them all and it didn't even activate. Don't have rules on the game if you're not going to pay out the tickets or even let me play. There are a few more games that just ate out points not letting us play. I started with 475 ish points, left with 150 and 1/3 of the games took way more points than is said, or just ate them. Another 1/3 of the games didn't work and we're out of order. For a Saturday night I was expecting their A game in service and available games. I signed up for the app and it said if I paid $15, I'd get $15 of game play, the app said I can collect the extra game play if I'm there. The person at the front desk said it's only online. Once again, there are rules posted and you're not honoring them. It's a shame because I used to really like Dave and busters and it seems like they're intentionally ripping me off. I have taken co-workers here for some fun and lunches, and if this is how it's going to be I'll start looking for some other spots. read more

Came here to kill some time and so I loaded a game card for $50 worth and we stayed there almost 2 hours playing games. We were able to win about 1100 tickets to trade in for a prize...definitely expensive adjustable phone holder but oh well . We stayed about another hour at the bar area to order cocktails and dessert. It was a good way to kill time if you have nothing to do in the area. read more

This location has continuously been on the decline for over a year. Machines are down and the staff doesn't care. They advertise half off, but now use new Green Blue Purple system where Purple games are NOT half off because you apparently can win more tickets. The prize room completely sucks now. They doubled the cost of any decent prizes and it's mostly dollar store general level items. They raised the cost of their fun games like Spiderman it's a ridiculous 12 credit a swipe now and a purple game so not part of half off. I say vote with your wallet and avoid this location. I was really hoping to have a better experience than the other bad reviews on here and sadly, they weren't wrong. The food took awhile to get to us and it was just okay. It is bar food but I had a little higher expectations. And once we were playing the games so many of them were broken or didn't follow the rules posted on the machines. I was just here on 1/16/26 and was SHOCKED by how many machines were completely broken! Some of them had signs indicating they were broken, BUT most of them would take our money first then the game would malfunction or sensors would be broken making the game unplayable. The large hungry hippos game and group Pac-Man game fully stole our money, the speaker on the guitar hero game was blown out and painful to listen to. It was a bummer and kind of felt like a scam. I did tell a person who worked there about some group games this happened on and was kindly refunded a few points, but overall it was a letdown. read more

I have been to many D&Bs and this was the first poor experience. When my husband and I arrived, we decided to sit at the bar. After several minutes of sitting there, we got discouraged as the bar tenders never acknowledged us. We didn't get a hello, I'll be right with you, nothing. I know they saw us as the tender asked someone to clean dirty glasses next to us. No one offer us a menu or even spoke to us. We left the bar and opted to get a table. We played a few games while waiting on the table to be ready. We got a text our table was ready but it still took staff another 10 minutes to seat us. We let them know it was a rough start and the host mentioned she'd let the manager know. I ended up ordering a steak salad and my husband ordered wings. We waited perhaps 30 minutes after I received my salad before he got his wings. They were the wrong wings. They brought him ranch when he ordered Cajun and Lemon pepper. It took another 20-30 minutes for them to bring him the correct flavor. While I ate my food, I had to continuously swat away fruit flies. It got rather annoying by the end of the meal, I just let them crawl around as I was tired of shooing them away. The only reason we stayed is because at that point we had paid over 100$ (70$ of in food and drinks). Unfortunately, after this experience I would not go back. I had never been to a Dave and Busters before so I was not sure what to expect. I knew it was like one giant arcade basically. There was a wide selection of games, but there's always some that are down due to technical issues and those are usually the ones you wanna try the most. Our game card didn't work on some of the games either. It took our credits, then nothing would happen, then 2 minutes later we see someone else using the game just fine. It happened on maybe 5 games for us. We were not too hungry for food, so my boyfriend and I split the fish and chips. It was better than expected! The fries were good, and the fish was crunchy! Exactly 1 out of every 2 games is broken. Which means Wednesdays when games are 2 for 1 you'll get par value, but every other day you're paying double for the games just because it's not feasible to wait on an attendant to fix the problem every other game. And most of the time they're burnt out so they're not really fixing the problem. read more

My poor kiddo has been hankering for a trip to the arcade. She had a random day off school so we packed it up and went to Dave & Busters Westminster. COVID procedures were on point. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Masks required in the gaming area. People eat and drink elsewhere. They shut down video games to allow for social distancing. I saw staff walking around actively cleaning the machines. I like that we don't have to handle tickets. They all go on the same card we use to play the games. Some of the video games that were open didn't work. But took our money. And it's just so expensive. I spent about $125 on game credits and we went through that in about an hour. My kid got a few small toys for her trouble that she loves but probably cost a couple bucks. One staff member did track us down to tell us that my kid swiped our card too many times at a machine and she gave us 130 tickets on our card. But it was hard to track people down to tell them machines don't work and I wasn't really comfortable with that with COVID. I'd rather keep my distance. I'll probably be back because it cheers up my kid. Better start saving up now. :) read more

From wrong food, to missing food, from cold food to flat out being ignored half the time until the very end when "the kitchen was out of dishes & silverware so all the sudden the army and a manger shows up this place has really gone down hill. Attempted to talk to multiple managers & they won't stop interrupting to even hear your story. Do yourself a huge favor, understand that this is an arcade. NOT A RESTAURANT. I've been frequenting for 30 years & I've never seen such disregard for things like, silverware, napkins, a little understanding. My husband and I went there on 12/6 of this year to celebrate his 43rd birthday. He went to order a drink from the bar and when he was asked for a license he gave Vince the bartender his drive's license which expired that day 12/6/25. The bartender gave a smirk and gave it back saying that it was "expired this morning" and he couldn't serve him. We walked away somewhat in shock and then proceeded to look up on the actual Colorado DMV website and saw it said the drivers license expires at 12:00 am (midnight) on the date shown for the expiration date, so it was still good until midnight. I decided to ask for a manager after this and I tried showing the manager, Aaron; on my phone but he said "that's the internet it's AI". I was once again stunned. We ended up leaving and my husband did not end up getting to enjoy his day. He is a grown up so it's fine but I was disgusted and disappointed with the service to say the least. The two I mentioned earlier were also laughing, while looking in our direction before the manager came to speak to me. I'm not exactly sure what was going on but the bartender seemed to have an attitude from the very first word my husband spoke. We have been here many times and have always enjoyed ourselves. My husband did end up reaching someone higher up and we did get a 100 "credit" refund, after we had already spent $290 on cards (before he went to the bar). So not sure that was an even refund but more importantly they were wrong. I also reached out with no response before I placed this review. This will be my first and probably only review. read more

Just the worst experience. We were meeting friends for dinner and decided to head in early for happy hour. We ordered initial drinks from the bar and closed out when we got our four top. That's when things went downhill quickly. Well, painfully slowly. The server got us our appetizer really quickly, but then disappeared for 20 minutes after we asked for water. As 7pm drew closer we had to order a second round of drinks from the bar (to get happy hour prices). Another 20 minutes later, those drinks arrived... and they weren't what we ordered. Fearing that we wouldn't get served again, we accepted the drinks and quickly ordered our dinners. THIRTY MORE MINUTES trudged by and we just gave up. Yes, we had been there for nearly an hour at that point, all the while people were filtering into the bar, all being served before us. Our waitress never made eye contact, and never returned to our table. I threw my hands up and told the bartender that we were done. She called the manager who told us that one of her cooks called out sick, and that she had to run the kitchen. At this point I was well beyond my patience level, and I simply replied, "That's not my problem. What is my problem is that you're not busy and we feel like we've been in the goddamn Bermuda Triangle for well over an hour." She asked who our waitress was and I had to point at the girl handling a large table. She said that it was because she was busy. That really set me off and I reiterated, "That's not my problem either." Mind you there were only 5 tables being occupied with 2 servers working the floor. The manager did comp our food-- but we had to wait another 10 minutes for that. So maybe the problem was the kitchen? Whatever. While I was waiting for the food, I saw another group ask the bartender for a large pitcher of water since they hadn't seen their waitress in a while. We looked at each other and shrugged. In the end the manager came out with our food (to-go) and offered up gift cards. I told her that I would never be back, so the gift cards were useless. She said that I could use that at any other D&B, and that she was "just trying to make it right." I told that making things right requires her to fix the process and get real help. I've never written a bad review, but this was seriously just the most frustrating experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I feel like if you are coming here for more than arcade ambiance (yes! I checked the box at the top!) you may want to rethink it. read more

Had a great day today at Dave and busters. The fried pickles as a $5 add on were sooooo good. The crunch was so perfect and I will definitely order them again. The burger was cut In half per request and I loved it. It was a little sweet which I wasn't expecting but still good. We had such a fun date and will be back. read more

Gm replaced the card and initial credits great then we get approached by two men of the party and I go to tell security immediately. they come back question everyone ask us why we approached them never did In the first place. gm continues to qusstion us as we look like a younger party assuming we're kids all over 21 are starting the issue I tell my party we should just leave gm contimues to make a seen trying to walk us out like we didn't excuse ourselves telling us we will be permenatky banmed from the place. it had been reported to corprate already and all footage has been sent In do not I repeat do not keep this location in business. will bw diaputing credits and charges with bank as services were unable to be completed the gm of this place is a joke. can't wait for corporate to pull those cameras. read more

Terrible experience. We go in to watch a game. There's a placeholder on the bar that says $23 for all you can eat wings and has two new sauces. I order that, ask for one of the new sauces - bartender says can't do that. Only buffalo or bbq. Order buffalo, he asks bone in or boneless. I order boneless. They come with five chicken nuggets with sauce. I eat them. Can I do bone in this time? No, sorry. Came to Dave & Buster's to spend time with the family. The entire facility was very warm and didn't feel like the AC was on or air circulating well. We ordered our food and none of it came out at the same time. We waited 15 min for a salad after the others received their food. The southwest Cobb salad was ok at best. The salad was wilted and mushy. It looked as if it had been thrown together with ingredients that were very old. Barely touched it. They were also out of some of the promotional drinks which was unfortunate. The frozen popsicle drink was good, although very sweet. read more

If I can rate this a 100/5 I would I went with my son here we tried the ghostbusters game the food was super amazing.then the service was good and it is a really nice place to stay with your kids. My wife and I went there on Monday morning. We had a blast with the games, the ones that worked anyways. maybe 10 didn't work and some had issues with the controls, like the first player walking dead crossbow that didn't reload. The biggest problem we had was the food. I ordered the bacon burger with fries. Both burgers were dry and bland and the bun crumbled. The fries had way too much seasoning salt and they weren't fresh. No excuse seeing how the place was dead and it was just starting lunch. The drinks were amazing though. The atmosphere and environment was extremely well, even with loads of people everyone kept their personal space. The bar itself was a problem of its own. The bartender was in no rush to greet or help customers. We were even encouraged by an employee to complain of the bar service to the manager. It wasn't super busy, we had two couples waiting in front of us to order drinks. The bartender didn't greet them and just ignored them in general. Other bartenders just sat watching us wait. We were waiting over ten minutes before giving up on ordering a drink. I know now, not to come into this Dave & Buster's if they are busy, I can't imagine the state of the bar. read more

Review is solely based on the games. We stopped by before a movie with 3 kids. It is exactly what you expect. Loud, crowded, a little overpriced. Kids had a great time, had to drag them out of there kicking and screaming. Tons of game options for all ages and skill levels. I can't speak to the food etc but I imagine it's pretty typical of this type of establishment. Have reasonable expectations and you'll be happy! read more
