Bowling is more expensive each time I go, but we enjoy it. I looked up a quote to reserve a lane and was quoted a little over $100 for 2 hours. I didn't reserve because the time was too late so we just walked in instead. It wound up being $87 for 4 of us. This included shoe rentals and 2 games that took a little over an hour so not bad. We also got wings and fries. I was impressed by the food. It was fresh and the wings were crispy and flavorful. For traditional wings and fries it was $27. It was a good time. The bathrooms were clean as well and the staff was super nice which is a plus.

UPDATE: a bartender brought us a new hotdog with a steamed bun and gave my kiddo a glow stick bracelet and was very kind and accommodating and apologized for the bun AND THEN brought her an ice cream shake. Cool dude. We appreciate his kindness. And the manager heard about the hotdog and didn't charge us Our server is very polite but is not very attentive at all. The kitchen is so slow we're almost done with our games and my kid still hasn't gotten her meal. The server never brought over my kids drink and I waited 35 minutes before I finally went to the bar and asked for it myself. If we're done before we get her food I'll be canceling the order. We're having to ask for refills. That's his job. I went to order something and he finished talking to my friend next to me and didn't even acknowledge me. I get that it's busy. Very busy, it's a Saturday night. Wow just got my kids hot dog and the bun is SOOOO hard, she can't even bite into it. I get y'all are probably short staffed but how crappy of a cook or whatever can you be to give out a bun that was probably so old it was past it's expiration date. The staff is always very nice here, I know they're trying their hardest. The front desk ppl are super quick to help and very nice. But the kitchen staff needs to get their crap together. A hot dog shouldn't take 45 minutes, I shouldn't get my drink when my food gets out, I should get it right away. And your kitchen staff should KNOW BETTER than to serve a bun like that. 2 of my friends had to go track down their food cuz it took almost an hour to get it and my friends just got their ice cream they ordered OVER an hour ago. How disappointing. Really truly.... I get it, no one wants to work anymore. And the whole bowling ally was full. But the least the server could have done is tell us when we were ordering that the kitchen was already an hour behind when we ordered so we were aware what we were getting into. I'll still come back. I like bowling here. And this is the bill and Ted bowling ally so it's always historic.

prices for bowling at night is good but the food is a little expensive bowling was fun and the food was good but i like the pay face to face but you had to scan a code i had issues with doing that it didn't go through for them but it still changed me but i think it was the app or something not them so i don't have issues with them im getting it back so we pay for some food face to face with someone and it was okay got a little discount so that's was nice we didn't let that ruining the night we still had fun i recommend going at night i have some pictures yeah

Worst experience at a bowling alley in my life. Came in two weeks ago for unlimited bowling with a few friends and most of us have our own balls recently, that day we ran into an issue with our balls being stuck in the ball return machine and caused massive damage to my ball and less severe damage to my friends balls. We then immediately reported this to the manager on duty, who acknowledged the damages however shows no remorse for the damages, not one apology for the inconvenience. They then said that the ball can be repaired by their ball guy for free of charge which was nice of them, however my 2 month old Rhino bowling ball warranty was voided once they repaired the ball due to Brunswick reactive ball warranty because the ball was filled with resin again. I was not too happy about this because not only is the ball not in its original form and was damaged but the warranty on my brand new ball is also voided. So I called back to ask them to replace the ball and I was able to speak with the general manager Rachel and she said she would ask her district manager to get the ball replaced but haven't heard back from her since due to it being her days off from work apparently. I fully understand people having their days off but come on, if there was an incident where a customer is unhappy because their brand new ball was heavily damaged by my bowling alley, I'd be on case to resolve the issues in a timely manner. But I guess that's not the case for Rachel, she's enjoying her days off. I ended up picking up my 2 month old damaged and "repaired" ball which now needs to be resurfaced because that area now has a completely different grit than the rest of the ball. The damage was so bad that when they went to repair the ball, you can even see the material under the cover stock of the ball. Now I understand they they carry no responsibility for personal equipment customers being however if their machinery is so poorly maintained where it damages customers balls, at least own up to your mistakes of poorly maintaining your bowling alley and make things right. Also the General manager Rachel didn't seem regretful at all while she was telling me that my request for my ball to be replaced may not get approved and also did not apologized once about this incident just told me that it was unfortunate.. well no sh*t. One of the assistant managers did tell me that he was sorry for this whole situation when I went to pick up my damaged/"repaired" ball. If you plan on bowling here with your own equipment, i would highly suggest you go to a different bowling alley unless you want your ball getting damaged. I would also highly suggest going to a different amf in overall if you want good service where people show compassion and actually seem to care about things like their machinery damaging your equipment. Awful experience. Disgusting.

Great vibe.went during the special of the week of unlimited bowling with shoes included. The drinkers were okay. I got the Moscow mule, which was a bad decision. It was way way way over carbonated and wasn't able to finish. The nachos was mediocre.

The room was clean and spacious. A/C was blasting ice cold. The only downside about the Moxy here in Tempe is that it is an old, outdated property. The hallways do have that old motel smell to it, and they were fixing certain things in the hallways. It doesn't have a minibar or refrigerator and if you need ice, you'd have to get that at the bar. For the price I paid, it was worth it. If it is during peak season, then probably would not be worth it.

The fourth floor looks terrible -- there are empty, broken-down rooms and the hallways feel neglected. The carpet on both the fourth floor and first floor is in very bad shape and looks like it hasn't been maintained in a long time. Inside the rooms, the flooring is actually popping up in areas, which makes the whole place feel worn out and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel just looks very old and neglected now. The elevators are another concern. They make loud noises and honestly sound like they could break at any moment. There is also an unpleasant smell in parts of the building. When you get off the elevator and walk toward the lobby, you can see construction going on, which only adds to the messy and rundown feeling of the property. This place used to be a great stay when we first came here, but now it's honestly pretty shameful to see how much it has deteriorated. The location and concept are great, but the hotel clearly needs serious maintenance and attention.

I came here for a really large work party and the best way to describe the ambiance was a nice wedding reception without a wedding. We had beautifully decorated tables with assigned seats, fun music, a bar, and photo ops. The drinks were good - in my opinion they were pretty standard event cocktails. Definitely tasty, but not craft cocktail level drinks. When it came time to eat and we all went through the buffet, I had pretty low expectations since it is a buffet to feed over 100 people. I have to say though, the food was really and truly wonderful. Best event food I've had hands down. Overall if you're looking for a fun place for your next large party this is a great option. But, the first ceremony went over time and the coordinator seemed like they just didn't care to keep a timely schedule. Our guests had already arrived too and the coordinator lady didn't even touch base with the bride and left her even more stressed. Terrible so called "coordinators". The second thing that just angered me was the incompetent staff. We had 150+ guests waiting for food and the staff didn't give a shit. They had no sense of urgency to quickly scoop the food at the buffet line and keep the line going. I understand there were only like 5 staff with a lot of food but they all had two arms and couldn't put two-in-two together that they could utilize both hands to serve. They went over their time and had a 1.5 hr ceremony which made the coordinator rush to set ours up and our guests were delayed entrance because there wasn't anywhere to sit as it wasn't ready. The doors were blocked and we couldn't walk in because the other wedding was doing a SECOND grand entrance that lasted over 20 minutes while little kids who were in the wedding pics were being told they couldn't go in and use the bathroom. There was no communication that the doors would be unavailable until someone tried to reach for them. While my bride did her grand entrance multiple guests from the other wedding were allowed to enter through the same doors we couldn't go through during ours. We had a guest come late and she was racially profiled as the security guards tried to usher her into the other hall after she tried to start conversation with our bride (as we set up for grand entrance). For context, the guest was an African American women and the other wedding was a traditional African wedding. Many guests were threatened with being removed from the wedding because their employee was standing in the hallway in front of the door and was surprised to be hit with it when people were exiting and didn't know he was there. The day of coordinator was only seen twice (one of which I had to go search for her to ask what time we were lining up) and left early after introducing my bride to the head chef who knew very minimal English. Their contracted photographer took minimal pictures and spent more time on her phone then left early without saying anything. Multiple employees looked bored and were on their phones throughout the night which showed they didn't care about being apart of someone's special day. The wait staff also seemed incredibly angry the whole time and had no hospitality towards guests.
