The lights give such a chill vibe and the boards are all well kept up. This place looks and smells clean. The cages are safe and the distance to throw are also very safe. The blades of all ranges were kept up and the boards themselves were in great condition as well as our staff member made sure our board was wet when use and taught us some tips on throwing! So awesome to have such wonderful staff helping and having a good time with us! I don't mind the price at all, around $90 for 3 players for 1 hour! Not half bad for quality! I can't wait to come back and bring my friends with me. Such a hidden gem right next to The Hub! Thank you!

The gentleman working there was incredibly attentive, friendly, and polite. He took the time to explain all of our options and gave helpful advice to make sure our group had the best possible experience. Afterward, he even offered everyone cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch. This ended up being the perfect birthday activity for my 11-year-old. The combination of great entertainment and exceptional customer service made the day extra special. Once you walk in, it takes you back in time and it feels like you're walking into a Blockbuster. Very nostalgic! I love that they see how you communicate with each other prior to going into the room. I won't tell you how exactly because that'll ruin the experience. We did one room, Escape Plan, and we were told it was the easier one of the three. We escaped in about 29 minutes! We do quite a bit of escape rooms together so we will be going back for the other two rooms. You definitely use your head but it's not too easy and not too hard either. We didn't ask for any hints. What made the experience 5/5 was when we finished, we had a very long conversation with the employee who turned out to be one of the owners, Walter. He is very passionate and explained how they came up with these ideas. You could see how genuine he was and his passion for his business. It was refreshing to hear his ideas for his store and the future plans. We truly can't wait to go back and do the other rooms. The first room I did was "Santa's Workshop"-this is the most challenging room that they have. This room was the perfect balance of difficult and fun. The team at Inferno is really creative in their story building and puzzle development. This is a great option if you are looking for a fun holiday activity to do with friends or family. I recommend not doing this room with more than 4 people. The second room I did was "The Candy Shoppe". Our group ended up arriving to the room a bit late and the Inferno staff was so understanding and accommodating. They adjusted the room's puzzles to match the time we did have and were great at anticipating we we needed extra guidance. I can't wait to come back again-after your session is over, they even offer a discount for you to rebook again. I highly recommend checking this place out if you love to do escape rooms.
