The biggest Pro was that they were able to answer my call and have something happen with an employee showing up to my house the day of my call when another plumber failed to do the job. Another plumber wanted to come out another day which was an inconvenience to me. The guy that came here was really nice and he seemed like he knew his stuff when it came to plumbing. The guy was very professional and at least he didn't think of me as an idiot for trying to do my own Plumbing experiments. They do try to lure you to sign up for their over priced service for future repairs which help your service that day but overall this was a one-time thing. I was charged almost $500 just to basically have a line snaked! Which to me is completely overpriced. Believe it or not this is actually the average in the Chicagoland area. FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: When a potential client ask about your service fee that does not mean they do not want to pay you. Maybe they just want to make sure they have enough cash on hand and not have to run to the atm. Maybe they are asking so that you dont say one price on the phone then jack it up 500 dollars when you get there. Like use your brain. It is called having the ability to use critical thinking skills.
