They let us know when we're running low on supplies and they really go the extra mile noticing the details, which we appreciate. I really like that they offer special services like deep cleans as well as refresh options on top of their regular cleaning for good pricing. Her team manages a number of Airbnbs in the area, so I'm always impressed by how quickly they can turnover our homes in time for guests to arrive, even during busy tournament/festival times. The pool is nice however they don't tell you anywhere on the map that their showers are locked…read moreafter 10 PM. I've never been to an RV park where you don't have access a shower on site. Should anything happen to your RV like ours did and needed to be serviced and we did not have to have access to our RV shower. The groundskeeper said he even looked at the map and agreed that it was listed nowhere on the e map that the showers close at 10 PM all that it says is the fitness center closes at 10, but that's not the same as a shower. I was not going to work out. I was going to shower. The two showers are located attached to the pool and I get that they want to close the pool off past 10 PM, but maybe they should build a separate shower for patrons separate from the pools so that if they need access and take showers after 10 o'clock that we have the option too. Also, there's no air conditioning in the bathrooms by the tennis courts. That was the only bathroom that's open 24 hours without a shower. There are bugs all over in the sink and the bathroom was 112° inside (at 10:30 at night) They should probably walk around the property as the ceilings are falling apart hopefully there's no mold in here that we are breathing. This is in the state of the Art workout facility with the ceiling about two pieces fall down. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because the pool was nice that's it. However, the pool was closed due to pool cleaning on our first night here.

We had one question when we got to the house and we had our own specific contact at Deja Blue who responded immediately. We trusted Xepco to rent our vacation property in Palm Springs…read more We had a clear "no pet policy" in our Property Management Agreement with Xepco, which was included in the Lease Agreement with the tenant prepared by Xepco. The tenant was in our unit from April 2022 until February 2025. We are now spending over $43,000 to remove and replace everything damaged by animal urine and feces in our condo. This included 3-feet of drywall in MOST of the unit and ALL of the flooring. We just learned from one of the neighbors in the complex that the tenant had 4 puppies and a cat. In our opinion, one of two things happened: - Xepco did not know how to enforce a "no pet policy", or - Xepco did not care enough to enforce the "no pet policy". Honestly, we don't know which is worse. We are just heartbroken to see the property we've enjoyed for over 20 year in the current state that it is. Attached are some photos showing some of the damages (taken by Xepco) and some of the remediation (taken by me). The unit is currently being restored to its original state. BEWARE! This company will steal your application/screening fees and not get back to you for a week…read moreand a half with a denial! Applied for a home on a Friday. Messaged them on Tuesday for a status update. Was told they would get back to me "ASAP" the following day. My wife called twice and I emailed three times. Never heard a word. Finally threatened to contact the AG and CA Real Estate Board. A week and a half later, they send me a denial letter (five days after I demanded a refund on the application fees and 10 days after we had applied. These people are crooks!! Believe the negative reviews because they are farming application fees!
