Adi is the BEST property rental agent we have ever worked with, and we travel a LOT! We have rented from her multiple times. Each stay has been outstanding. The homes she's helped us select are pristine and beautifully furnished. Her responsiveness both during the property selection process and during our stays have been extremely fast. I was an out of town buyer looking for an investment property with limited time to actually spend looking for a rental property. I contacted Adi about what I was looking for and she went right to work on my behalf. She tirelessly viewed countless properties, all the while communicating with me through email, phone and photos. Sight unseen I closed on a beautiful 2 bedroom condo in Rancho Mirage hoping that I had made the right decision and that it was as nice as Adi described. Since it was going to be at least another month before I would be able to get to Rancho Mirage, I gave Adi a budget and asked her to furnish the condo with the idea of turning it into a vacation rental. Two and a half weeks later Adi called me to say, "when you come to visit all you will need to bring is your clothes". When I finally was able to getaway and see my property for the first time, I was amazed! The condo was exactly what I wanted and furnished beautifully with everything I would ever need right down to extra batteries for my remote control. Needless to say I couldn't thank Adi enough for all the great work she did. I spent a glories long weekend in my new home away from home then went back to the rat race knowing that I was leaving my investment in good hands. Adi successfully managed my condo as a vacation rental for a year keeping an eye on every aspect of my property and making sure that the guest were happy. Now that I had a beautiful desert escape, I wanted to be in Rancho Mirage all of the time. I made plans to get out of the rat race and move to the desert full time to live a stress free life which I never imagined would happen. I am living in my beautiful condo full time grateful that I put all my trust and faith in Adi. I've rented many properties in La Quinta/Indian Wells/Palm Desert, and no one is as attentive and proactive as Adi. Any property owner or renter would be lucky to have her representing them. She answers every email/call as quickly as possible with detailed information/answers. In addition, she allowed me to preview a property that was vacant that I considered renting, which solidified my decision to rent. As a Realtor out here in the desert...it took me a LONG time to find someone that I could refer my clients to when they were looking to rent out their home, BUT the best was worth waiting for when I met Adi at PD Vacation Rentals. I needed someone who was VERY DETAIL oriented, and a go-getter- worker- someone who can follow up and return calls ( I know what your thinking- but yes, there are tons of people who out there who you can NEVER get a hold of!!! She took a look and decided what I needed to do to make it a desirable rental. We went shopping together and bought what we needed. I recently booked a weekend rental with this agency and paid all requested deposits and fees. Confirmation was received, funds were withdrawn from my account, and now we wait for the date of our trip. Right? WRONG!!! I was contacted by Adi a week later demanding another $1,000 which was double the initial booking or she would cancel the reservation. Her explanation, a festival was just announced and now the rate has changed. I did not want to pay the large increase because of principle so we looked elsewhere. By this time prices soared and nothing was available, so we ended up cancelling our trip. I think her focus is what she can get from her clients and not what she can do for her clients. We recently rented "Golfer's Paradise" home in Palm Desert, CA. At first, the property appeared beautiful. The view is outstanding. But..... after swimming in the jacuzzi and pool, both my husband and I obtained infections. My husband has been treated at his physician with eye infections, puss and red eye. He was prescribed eye drops, hoping it goes away in one week. I ended up with sores on my mouth and a bad infection within my mouth and jaw glands. I looked like I had "botox" injections I was so swollen. We were instructed, the "pool service" visited twice a week. The "pool service" only showed up ONCE and never tested or added chemicals to the pool, he was there a total of 3 minutes. There is also hidden fees you have to be cautious of..... when we returned home from this rental, I received a "bill" for over $200 stating "we had used above and beyond" our utility use. Air conditioning is a must in the desert, especially when it is almost 98 degrees outside. A pool and jacuzzi also is expected to have an electricity usage, but.... the allowance is $100 and I was charged over $200, that equals over $300 for a ten day stay. I live in the bay area, and my total PGE bill (which by the way is much more expensive than EDISON electricity, I know, because I once lived in PD and had a pool and jacuzzi.) There were "administration" fees, $990, 227, and 207. ..... never again would I rent from this manager, or this property. There are plenty other rental homes that are way less expensive. Do your research first. The TV went out of service the last 24 hours we were there. We had to watch TV in the bedroom instead of the living room. The remote for the pool did not work for the last three days we were there, in other words, you could not turn off the heater on the pool. No worries, we would stay somewhere else for sure. read more

What a nice house! I've been to the the Sweet Spot and I really like it and my kids love the pool. It is beautiful and comfortably elegant. Also, Adi is always helpful and has great tips for where to go and have a good time, restaurants, shopping, casino or arcade. We hired Adi almost a year ago to manage our vacation rental home - I actually called Adi based on the other yelp reviews on this page. It's not an understatement to say that the decision to hire Adi was the best we have made in respect to our desert home! We've used 3 other managers in the past with very mixed results... it's honestly not that hard to rent a home in the desert -- it IS hard to find someone who takes all of the problems off your plate and takes care of your home as if it was her own, communicates regularly, gives honest feedback and has great suggestions and solutions for problems that arise. Adi has developed a loyal following of clients who rent her properties regularly and we have definitely benefited from that. Adi is incredibly professional but also very personable. Her paperwork and attention to detail are unmatched and we can be pretty demanding!
