Ed is well prepared, having nearly instant responses with detail changes in the quote. His steel deck came in less than it would have cost to expanded and re-deck our original wood deck. Ed kept us informed and was communicative along the whole process. They were respectful of our property as we just had an adjacent patio installed, which included regrading and seeding of the lawn. Best of all, Ed and Bryan are great with follow-up questions and post-project issues. Ed and I made a decision mid-project that turned out to be a not-so-good idea. Made the call and Bryan was over within a week to change it. We look forward to our next remodel project with these guys!

First, they ignored my design and started putting in something totally foreign to me. I even sent photos! Then, once we got that all hammered out, the tried putting in compromised posts that upon pushing them a bit, the installers admitted that several (over 6) were checked all the way through and should have never been used. Then, come to find out the estimater undercounted all the wood needed. Crowe's response was "Sorry Casey underestimated and we can't get it." Look, I understand we were in a pandemic, but I secured you before the pandemic hit and you should have been professional and planned correctly! Low and behold, I was able to locate it up in Chichester. When I told them, they told me to go get it myself. Funny how you are in the fence business and can't find wood, but I made 2 simple phone calls and could locate it. So, I went and got it and supplied more wood than they told me to get. After that, they disappeared and I had to plead with them to get back to finish the job. There were 2 arbors put in which both molded within a month of going in. I was told to purchase a product to spray on them and do it myself. Then, I was contacted with "we underestimated again we can't do your gates". WHAT?!? Now, I've supplied all designs, photos, had to chase them down to finish, and extra wood from the first screw up. Now, I have to get you MORE wood?!? Well, I do because I need my gates done. The gates are finished and installed but they don't reach the ground and after a month, they do t latch any more because they do t line up!!! The sole purpose of a fence around a veggie garden is to keep the critters out. I am a very detailed person. I had written all my requirements for the garden down. Gates that went down to the ground was written in black and white. It was stressed. It was ignored. I had also stipulated that stainless steel nails/hardware be used throughout because anything else stains cedar. I approved the screws so they are good, and I was told the gate hardware was stainless as well. They built the gates in the shop, so I didn't get to see them, however I was assured they were stainless. I paid a premium for stainless. I didn't get stainless and now my gates have black streaks all over them. So, what was Crowe's response to all this? Originally I was dealing with a man named Curtis. He said all would be fixed. He was a high point for them. He's not there anymore unfortunately. Then I spoke with Ann in billing. I sent her all the concerns via email. I was assured in writing that I would be put in to the schedule for this spring. I held up my end of the contract and stupidly paid the bill. Now, I've called and emailed 4 times and each time I'm being ignored. I've asked to speak to the owner and he's ignoring me as well. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks and liars.

Personally, Miron is trustworthy, hardworking and does not waste your time and gets right to the job. Miron helped us remodel many things in our house and he worked painstakingly to make sure it is done to perfection. He is intelligent, honest and does not cut corners. N7 was one of the options Yelp recommended companies that responded when I submitted a project through their "Projects" section. This meant that going with the company even had a guarantee backed satisfaction. To further ease concerns about making the right choice, when speaking with Fernando who owns N7, he was very helpful to provide references to reach out to, examples of past projects, and links to his website and work. He was able to come out rather quickly to survey the land and get a better understanding of the project. Communication was strong not only throughout the initial phase of being provided a quote and deciding to move forward with N7, but also throughout the project itself. Fernando was great at reviewing all questions related to the contract and is willing to be flexible per individual household needs on timing and even payments. We were adding a second floor deck with roof off of a room converting a window to a door and also some stone landscaping work for a patio underneath the deck. Upon agreeing to move forward with N7, we entered a phase of waiting for appropriate permits. During this time, Fernando was great at ensuring he is gathering the right materials for the project to kick off construction as soon as the permits are approved. And that is exactly what happened. Fernando and his team showed up early and worked efficiently throughout the length of the project. They even took shifts for lunch so someone was working at all times. The team also worked on Saturday's to ensure the project remained on schedule. Everyone was so friendly and my dog loved them all too. Fernando will work with you throughout the project should something need to be changed or is not to your liking. When we didn't like the door selected for our project, he was flexible to help us select and obtain the desired door. The only small issue we had was from some of the outsourced parts of the project. The individual chosen for inside work of wall repair and painting from the window to door conversion did have personal issues arise causing him to miss days he was supposed to arrive. We obviously understand things come up, but he didn't effectively communicate that to us or Fernando. That is out of Fernando's control though. And when the original team set to do the patio stone work backed out, Fernando quickly found an alternative group who was also friendly, efficient, and did beautiful work. Overall, I am very impressed with Fernando and N7 Construction. We will definitely be using them for future projects and recommend the company for your needs as well.
