I also loved that the pizza toppings went to the edge. This made the vegan cheese crispy along the edges. It was like Detroit-Neapolitan hybrid. (They do offer a Detroit pizza as well, which we will try in the future.) I like my sauce a bit sweeter than their red sauce, but this was only a minor issue. The toppings were high quality, especially the sautéed mushrooms. This place was absolutely worth the drive from Salem to Medford and we will be back. I was disappointed that they no longer make the Carl Called pizza that is listed on their website. It sounds amazing and I hope they bring it back. There are only 4 or so tables so we will avoid this place during peak hours. Alternatively we could order our pizza to go and find an outdoors spot to eat. The dining area was pretty toasty from the ovens. Today was a mild spring day, yet even with the door open, I was getting uncomfortably hot. They also do not have a bathroom for customers, so bear that in mind before visiting. I would love to see this place move to a larger space with more tables.
