Long story short, my tire started leaking air on the way from California to Vegas. I had it fixed in Kettleman City and everything seemed fine. Then, passing through Baker, the tire pressure started dropping again, slowly, so I decided to just make it to Vegas and deal with it the next day. While looking on Yelp for a good tire shop, I found Busy Bee. It was right near my hotel and, even better, they are open 24/7! I got there around 9:30 PM and was helped right away. The guy barely spoke English, but he found the problem immediately. Unfortunately, the new puncture was near the sidewall, so I needed a new tire. Luckily, they had one in stock. They got everything done in about 30 minutes, and I was back on the road. Great service, fast work, and highly recommend!

I had 3 kids in the car when this all happened. Luckily, we were able to get towed to the Firestone located on Maryland Parkway who had availability to see us. We were greeted by Marc who reassured he would do the best he could to help us and he did! After inspection, I needed to get two tires, a new rim and a strut. The impact was so bad it bent the strut and dented the rim. It was very possible that we might not make it home that day but Marc gave us a call after inspection and told us that he and his team managed to find a nearby dealership that had the strut and that they would be able to replace the tires. They made every effort to help me and my family get home safe given the condition of the accident. He not only fixed our car but gave me peace of mind and I really do believe pricing was reasonable given the damage. Also, all of this work was done SAME DAY in a matter of 4 HOURS!!! I came to this Pep Boys on Sahara Ave. It was early evening so they couldn't fix the tire for me that day. They seem to have lost their long length tire inflator. The nice gentleman by the name of Jon directed me to Bronco Tires so I can get some air in the tire. Thank you so much sir! I called them back to make an appointment to have the tire fixed. Griffe was helpful in scheduling a next day appointment at 10:00 AM. Thank you sir! This Pep Boys was very clean and organized. It has good space inside, several counters, a waiting area with TV, and one all gender restroom. Lots of parking. The wait time was not long at all. I probably was here no more than 30-45 mins. I was back on the road in a jiffy. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Service was good.
