Had special ordered tires from them for $1700 and they couldn't even put four of the same size tires on my vehicle. When I brought it back they told me they wouldn't fix it. This place won't guarantee their work because they have nothing to guarantee. Also they have no clue how to torque your lug nuts properly, as they over tightened all of mine and deformed them. Have heard from numerous other people that this shop did the same to them and they are no longer customers either. Not sure how this place is still in business! read more

Just wanted to say the guys here are amazing. I came in all stressed out today, because I got flat on the highway. & i didn't want to spend so much on getting 2 new tires. I went on yelp and I came across Nevada Tire City. I'm glad I called and went it today. I forgot the gentleman name who helped on me the phone & he quoted me $185 for 2 new tires. I was shocked!! Once I got there, he explained to there was few cars ahead me, @ that moment I didn't care. I just wanted to get my tires done. Disappointing experience. Called on Wednesday in order to verify I could drop off Friday morning to get oil change and other things done. Thinking this call was taken as a appointment just like any other shop would do. I dropped off the vehicle right after they opened. I guess they didn't put down i had an appointment after all. No big deal they took the vehicle anyways and let me know we'd be good by 5. Excited to see I get a phone call at 2:30 ahead of schedule. Just to be told, after 6.5 hours, hey we got busy couldn't get anything done on your vehicle. Maybe you can make an appointment next week. Well now I am completely screwed leaving for a 8 hour road trip in a day from now. I have a fleet of 6 vans I was really looking for a new place to have handle all the maintenance/repairs of since its close by my shop but this experience was extremely disappointing. read more

Came in town to visit my daughter. I noticed her car needed new tires. So I lookedd on Yelp for recomendations. The best one was Nevada tire. Luckly for me, it was near my hotel. Went there with my daughter, told the gentleman behind the desk what I needed. He asked where my car was, he wanted to look at them. He came bavk after looking at them, and tolf me I only need 3 of tires. 1 was still good enough. He quoted the best price for 60,000 mile tires. Because of this, I got all 4. I was only in town for 2 days, so I asked him when did they have time to install? He said well fo it right now. It was done in a few hours. One of her hubcaps were missing, so I inquired where I could buy. After tellimg me this, he offered to put them on for free when bought. Car drives so much nicer. Great customer service and price. I noticed one of my tires on my JEEP had a slow leak. I was recommended to stop here for repair by my machanic. I was ready for them to try and upsell me on getting new tires since the time for replacement is coming but not here yet. Not only did they not try and sell me new tires they checked all of my tires for leaks not just the one I was concerned with. They found a total of 4 nails in two tires! I was out of there in an hour and given a bargin price for the work ($25). They also had no problem that I had my dog with me. Any place that welcomes my dog gets at least 2 stars but this place earned itself 5. read more

We were on a family vacation from Los Angeles and the van started Shakin as we are driving. Crazy cause it didn't start happening until we got out here. Anyway, my husband thought it was an alignment or the road was too hot. We pulled into a tire shop. It turns out our tires were bad and we needed an alignment and the road was hot. The staff was so accommodating they offered to take us back to the hotel (Circus Circus which was across the street) until or car was done, instead of walking in 110 degrees weather. My kids were ecstatic. The car was done in 2 hours and we were on the road again. Wonderful shop and staff. Great work and even better pricing. Don't buy tires here they won't even cover the manufacture warranty on tire they told me that a tire that I purchased and had only put 2500 miles on was not covered. I contacted the manufacturer myself and found out it was covered the manufacturer sent me to discount tire where they gave me a new tire and took care of me don't buy tires from these slime balls. These guys are awesome. For my 2017 F150 Had them install a level kit, 20" wheels, and do the alignment. I sent a request for a quote online after hours, first thing in the morning they responded (with the best price I had gotten). Dropped my truck off at 11 and they were done with the truck before 5. I went to get a new rear tire for my bmw because i was preparing for a long road trip for thanksgiving. They took 45 minutes, tire price and instal fee was decent. Here is the BIG issue: After driving a few minutes a FLAT TIRE signal came on. Obviously it was the tire that was replaced, so I came back asking them to reset it for me. They actually REFUSED to reset the FLAT TIRE SIGNAL from the NEW TIRE I PAID FOR FROM THEM. Their argument is that the flat tire signal wasn't on in the area of their shop and thus they aren't held responsible. But it takes a couple minutes of driving for the computer to give a flat tire signal in the first place. This is even a f'ing SAFETY ISSUE!!! With the flat tire signal always on, how can i tell if one of my tires (especially a rear one) really does go flat during driving on the freeway before I start skidding or something. They refuse to take responsibility of the job I basically paid for read more

Shannon won't try and sell you what you don't need, won't tell you something is wrong when it isn't and they are fair and ethical in there pricing. I will only do my automotive repair business with Nevada Tire and very greatful I found such an honest place to do business with. FYI he reviewed the work bills I had from Midas back in Cleveland was honest about whether they charged me correctly, talked about what they did right and what the difference in price points are between regions in the US. Never once did I feel he tried to put them down or undercut their work. He also told me where they charged less than he could for certain things that were done. This shop only seems interested in high dollar repairs/services. Attempted to have a nail removed and hole repaired. After being told it would be about a 40 min wait, I was then told that the wait would be longer with no specific time frame given. As I work at a health clinic, my one hour lunch during a 12 hr shift was now wasted and I am beyond frustrated as I hope that the air escaping my tire doesn't completely let out before 8pm when I get off and am able to put air at a gas station and attempt the repair tomorrow at another shop! read more

#1. the workers try and work too fast, maybe they are on commission. they broke my hub cover for my axel. (that pissed me off) the owner came out and said; "pops right in"... how tf does that happen when it had threads?? so, he gave me $25 bucks after we argued and he told me he had just lost his wife last week. i understood that..... so i paid about $300 for 2 new tires and a repair. fyi: this is for a gooseneck bigtex 22gn 20k lbs trailer 40' long...... i left and googled "trailer repairs" and after a couple phone calls i fount "trailer tech" (great place btw)... they sold me the parts i needed and i actually ended up spending $436.00 on other cool items.... as i was leaving i made a right on hacienda my whole hub blew off, blew my new tire, and now stuck on the street... i called tire city and they denied any fault, blaming someone else, the owner was rude and said "f" no!!! i highly advise you to take your business elsewhere..... that "f-up" cost me another tire and $750 in repairs.... dont risk being a victm!!!! read more

Great service here today. Called first thing in the morning and they had me in for an alignment by 1030 on a non stock rim/tire Silverado. Victor Cruz and his tech took me back to show me the work that was done and how the initial install of the tire was done improperly. Very thorough and timely.
