GodKid and I had our eyes popped out thinking that maybe we had a flat tire but after a few minutes of realizing "no flat tired" we decided to beast it through 'til we got to the city of sin. GK knew of a place, and that's how we ended up here. I stayed in the car while he spoke to a staff member. Only took a few seconds before he waved at me to drive and park closer to their service center. Turned on his air tubes, proofed up the one tire that sorta needed air but since he was already at it, he went ahead and rechecked the other three. We were (LITERALLY!) outta here in less than 2 minutes. Free of charge, but I tipped him anyway. It's the last I can do for him giving me peace of mind. So if you happen to be nearby and happen to have this same event, I'd ecommend this place for that - and your tired needs as well. read more

I'm not going to lie these guys have very competitive pricing for tires!!! They get a 4 star due to the price we paid for a new tire, they also gave us water while we were there so that was a point for them, and they were extremely fast at changing the tire. They get docked because the didn't return the tire into its proper place in the trunck. My husband has a sound system with speakers and they could have damaged his stuff! I would not recommend this spot to anyone needing a simple tire change. I went to get the back right tire replaced and they replaced the wrong tire (front right) and refused to fix it because they had already gotten rid of the old tire. I had been warned by so many that this place should be avoided but I unfortunately did not listen. I definitely paid the price for taking the cheap route. read more

I went in to get 4 snow tires installed and an alignment. Two of the tires were put on the wrong way which I found out while getting an oil change in Colorado 2 days later. When I called them back, they said they can't refund me unless I come back in. I told them I am in Colorado otherwise I would've just gone back in to get them fixed because that's all I want. They said they would have the manager call me back but it has been 5 days now and no one has called me back. They checked it out & about a half hour later I was told it was my spare tire sensor & it was fixed with no charge, I still left a tip because this establishment went above and beyond to help me out of jam. I needed to get two new tires. I had a spare on one of my tires. I work from 8 to 530 at Monday through Friday. On my lunch hour I went to see if I could make an appointment for when I got off work to have the tires changed. I went to three places, first place told me they were very firm on closing at 6 PM, they didn't even ask what I needed they told me come back on Saturday. The next place told me their compressor was down. Tire Mart was my third stop they were helpful they were kind. She listened to what I needed I told her I would be here as quick as I could from my job. She said no problem. When I got there I was done in 15 minutes. Came here for two used tires but they had zero in stock, Manuel said he would double check for me and he had ONE tire left. I purchased the one and by the time he was done, he had found a second tire that was the correct size! I was so grateful! Never did they tell me that when I first picked it up and never was my car driving like is. The owner told me to contact him to make it right and he still has yet to contact me back. I requested curbside service at Tire Mart, where Big O and Discount would not appease. I have been a long time (over 30 years) customer of Discount. And since the covid they require an actual appointment. That is fine, I like that, however at Discount and Big O it is an appointment to stand in line, not to have service. It is the same amount of people as usual packed in waiting.
