An FYI, it's not every time it's only been probably twice that's happened to me out of all of my visits. There is seating for a quick bite, but it wouldn't be very comfortable sitting for a long time, most if not all people use it as a seating area for waiting on their takeout It's more as a taco stand just as the name says and when you're sitting, you're almost standing, it's more of a to go place there is a lobby and it's small, but it's great. The service is also great. They are literally done making your tacos within like 10-15 minutes after ordering and this is a popular place so they're always having customers there's rarely a time that they don't have someone coming in but there's never a wait or a delay because they are so good with just whipping it together. Everything's fresh. Everything's good. The only thing you would be waiting on is to place your order but not even a long wait at all and honestly, if you're already outside, it's easier to just walk in than to Call. But it is easy to call, especially if you haven't even left home yet but like I said they make that food fast so be ready to be in the car already while you're on the phone. I haven't tried anything other than the regular tacos, all different meats . And I don't think I will try anything else because those tacos are all I need, but I definitely would recommend to try more on the menu than just the tacos. come here. Give it a try. You got time to call me to pick up my order, but not give me silverware or napkins. It took everything in me not to drop the food back off and ask for my tip back. We had classic margaritas this time and our meal was just right for a weeknight. You don't get a bill, so you go to register and tell them what you had and they ring you up promptly. You can see the cooks working hard on other orders but they will take a moment to greet you and make sure you enjoyed your food. There's a private parking lot and a cement ramp to access the building if you have mobility needs. Facilities can handle assistive devices as well but booths may be a challenge to slide in/ out. However the actual order request was "meat and cheese only". The taco was infused with soggy, greasy lettuce. Included in the order was a one 8oz. order of beans, and a one 8oz. order of rice. After arriving back to the shop to eat, I found that I had no rice at all, but instead an 8oz. container of ground beef. I then called the restaurant to discuss the mistake. When I asked if I could simply come back and get my taco without lettuce, and give them back their ground beef for the rice I had ordered, I was met with, "We do not give out 'free' tacos" I said, not only did you mess my order up by not giving me my rice, but instead a bunch of ground beef, I have to take time out of my night to come back there! The Poncho's girl replied once again with, "We do not give out 'free' tacos", never once apologizing, or even acknowledging the beef/rice thing. I told her right then that the Yelp review wil not be kind if you can't just simply fix this. All she said, AGAIN was "We do not give... Well, you get the idea. CHECK your carry out order people!
