I wasn't given anything specific other than excuses about this not being what they normally work on. The girl with the colorful hair told me they should be able to get it started by the end of the following week. Once again I stopped by 2 weeks later and got nothing but more of the same excuses. I was told that they are backed up but I cannot believe that EVERYONE waits over 4 weeks before anyone even looks at their trucks... with ZERO notification of any kind. I finally decided to pick up the truck as it was there for over 1 month, UNTOUCHED!! ANY communication regarding the status of the truck would have avoided this experience. I was looking forward to having these guys work on my truck. Knowing what I know now, I don't care what they think they can do. Running a service oriented business requires PROVIDING a service... both mechanical service and customer service in this case. I have nothing good to say but stay away. Update...
