Waiting an entire day for an oil change, having the brakes replaced and then needing to have them redone under warranty, then another entire day having a brake fluid flush that resulted in an air bubble in my brake fluid line that seized my clutch. had brakes previously replaced onlv to have my brakes squeaking again. After waiting all day for an oil change, was told the rotors were scored and the pads were wrong and my brake fluid was shot They replaced the brakes unDer warranty and I paid for the brake fluid replacement. Another entire day lost. A week later, my manual clutch feels spongy. Maybe its just me I thought...until tonight (saturday), and my 2020 124 spider wont go inta gear. Ai told me there was likely an air bubble in the brake/clutch fluid. Ofc the shop isnt open unti mondav. Frantically i called mobile mechanics to bleed my slave cylinder. Absolute quickest ripoff of my life. Michael is a complete scam artist. I brought my car in for a diagnosis, and Michael explicitly told me the diagnostic fee would be applied toward the total repair cost if I had them fix it. However, after the diagnosis, they said they needed to replace a sensor. Because 'there wasn't much labor involved,' Michael backtracked and refused to apply the diagnostic fee to the repair. On top of that, he wanted to charge an extra $400 for the sensor and labor--bringing the total to $700! According to ALLDATA, this job is only 1 hour of labor and the part is inexpensive. He went back on his word and tried to massively overcharge me. Avoid this shop at all costs read more

For the safety of you and your loved ones, please do not go to this shop. This shop was recently acquired by new owners, IT IS NOT THE SAME SHOP YOU SEE HERE. It is NOT owned by the previous owner scott. Most of the reviews you are reading that is giving them the now 4.0 rating which was a 4.8 rating prior to their acquisition were all submitted under the previous ownership. Laura, a service sales team member, promises care and repairs that will never be met. She will quote you times that your car will be ready, dont count on it. Please do not feed into her fluff. It will cost you alot of time that you wont get back. Laura's lack of experience and integrity is one of the reasons why this place is failing. She is in the wrong business. People do not want fluff when they have been stranded for 7 days without a car and no time frame of when its going to be done. When it was supposed to be done 6 days ago. DO NOT! let Eric touch your car. He took the entire top of my engine apart of my fiat 500 not knowing what he was doing. He had no clue how to repair my car, He was reading off of a digital workshop manual from the lobby, and still couldnt figure out how to work on a fiat 500. I had to tell him what the part he was pointing to was. The same part he couldnt figure out how to take the bolt off which only required a ratchet and socket. His solution was to start cutting very much needed brackets on your engine bc he is to lazy to actually take the bolts off and do it right. They also called to tell me that my car is now smoking blue smoke, when it wasnt smoking any smoke prior to coming in. That's bc he did a spark plug change knowing there was oil in the plug holes bc of a leak. A leak I took my car in for and the same leak i left with my car having bc he couldnt complete the job. Its pretty bad when his co-worker carlos tells him "DO THE JOB RIGHT OR DONT DO IT AT ALL". He didnt do the job. In fact, he didnt know how after he took my entire valve cover off. They called me and told me to come pick up my car bc they couldnt do the job. They put the OG worn out parts back on my car and handed over the keys. This shop had my car for 7 days, charged me $428 to get my car out for replacing spark plugs in my engine that they openly admitted had oil in the plug holes bc the seals were bad. The car was fouling out so bad after i left. I lifted the hood when i got home and Erik didnt even put my engine cover back on right. I also found a socket inside if my motor. My car is now going to another shop, who is actually taking care of 3 other clients who took their car to Euro Car Masters bc they too had bad experiences. Please do not go to this shop or any other of Servando Orozco's shops. I cant believe this guy is a part of a success business mentorship. He is going to hurt someone. I have been in the car industry for over 35 years. I have been racing cars for over 35 years. Trust me, Please... for your safety, please do not go to this shop. My 2020 Mini Cooper recently decided to have a full-on meltdown, flashing a "TRANSMISSION SERVICE NOW" warning that basically screamed, "Your car might explode if you drive me another mile!" I called the dealership, and they told me they couldn't even get the parts and that I should just stop driving it for maybe two weeks (???). The quality of the service is always excellent, and timely. We were able to get an appointment (by calling, not by using their online scheduling system) on the second day after a three day weekend. I was also impressed that Mark thought to check whether there were recalls on our car (there was one!) I appreciate the practical approach as well (just checking on rather than automatically replacing some of the things that are due in the service schedule). Took my 2018 Audi A3 etron in for an oil change and inspection. Service was excellent and they got it done in less than a day.

Took in my 2017 Audi a4 to the shop in Downey. It has had a low oil pressure light come on intermediately. They were not able to figure out the problem so they sent it to their sister shop in Long Beach they couldn't figure out what was causing the light to come on. I stopped by the shop and gave them a couple of solutions that I had seen online. A few days later they submitted my repair to my extended warranty. A couple of days later the shop notified me that the repair was approved. When I went to pick up my car I was charged $1085 out of pocket saying that my warranty did not cover one of the repairs. Not once was I told that over the phone all I was told that the repair was approved. By the way they replaced the oil seperator and oil filter assembly. The next day the low oil pressure light came back on. Would not recommend this place very unprofessional.. after a month being in the shop nothing was fixed. read more

DO NOT use Euro Car Masters (Broadway & Termino). This shop used to be Long Beach Auto Haus but the owner retired and sold the business. We had been loyal customers for 25 years with consistently good experiences. Since the ownership change, the quality has gone downhill dramatically. The new owner remodeled the shop so it looks nice, but unfortunately, the service does not match. Experienced mechanics were let go, and less experienced ones were hired without adequate support or training. My BMW 335 was kept there for a month without being repaired. I was repeatedly told they were working on it, but each time I visited in person, it was clear no progress had been made. In the end, the issue was never fixed and I had to tow the car to another shop for repair. During the month at Euro Car Masters, the battery was drained beyond repair (an additional $200 expense), my tan leather interior was left with many dirty/greasy handprints and the front bumper was damaged. I also paid $2,700 for a repair that did not address the actual problem. This experience involved wasted money, unnecessary delays, and poor communication. I can no longer recommend this shop! read more
