I had no idea what to expect but it was great. My girl Tina took care of everything . We did the warm foot bath, pedicure, exfoliation, massage, hot stone massage and some hydration lotion. My feet feel and smell great. My wife got the mani+Pedi treatment and loved the treatment. The place is super clean, all the ladies are pleasant and my wife and I would definitely come back. Unfortunately the previous, experienced and kind stylist is no longer there but the phone attendant confirmed someone else could cut my unit and told me to come walk in. I asked if it was busy as well before I hung up. I drove 20 mins out and once I arrived, confirmed who who I was/called and was met with a lot of off putting stares followed by claims of "oh busy," "ah no can't do," "not real" and other opposing responses. I remained present to understand what is the issue due to it not visibly being busy, reconfirming I called ahead and then asked for a final clarifying answer which was "no experience cutting units." I would have most respected that answer over the phone. It was quite frustrating due to my proactive measure, especially considering gas prices. With the absence of the former employee, unfortunately this is not a viable destinations for getting units cut, if that is your need. I'm sure they do all other services fine.

There were no other customers there yet (we were there around 9:30 am) & the lady who did my nails was super nice. I got my real nails painted with white gel polish. They didn't last long but served its purpose. The price was a little high for what I got (was almost the same as getting a full manicure). I was in and out in no time. That's just what I needed.
