Made an appointment, but they were about 20 mins late to service me. They gave a quick service to try to make back the time but it seemed at the cost of the massage/hot towel time as that's about all you can manipulate. Gentleman that worked on me was detailed and thorough. Helped me keep my nails short and clean. Could have scrubbed a bit more, but again I think he was making up the time since I told him I was disappointed to be 20 mins behind schedule. Pricing photo attached, it's quite a lot but I'm not sure what others charge in the area for pedicure services. I didn't have any options - I just asked for gel and they didn't upsell/downsell so maybe they just have one option for pedicures. They used a liner in the footbath, and used toe dividers. (I hate it when they try to use tissues instead.) Place was relaxing. Location- strip mall by grocery store. There is parking, but you share with strip mall clients. Hours - they close at 6 so last appt is at 5 PM. Normally, I'd prefer to come at 6, so something to note. I would return. Toenail polish is holding up great! read more

I've been to this nail salon before...although it was a loooong time ago.That was when I had acrylic nails but this time around...I got a gel manicure. When my nail salon closed for a personal issue on Sunday, the first place I thought of was Beautiful Nail since I had a positive experience with them in the past. Gel manicure (on natural nails) had a starting price of $35.00. Price was much better than most nail salons nowadays. Jay was my manicurist. She was friendly and gentle but was not meticulous when it came to shaping my nails. I wanted them square and a few turned out crooked...what a let down. Some of them had rounded edges too. This updated review would've rated higher if it wasn't for my friend's gel manicure (see photo attached of her black gel polish). Not 12 hours had passed and her gel turned into a gunky, textured mess. Did the gel not set before the manicurist painted on another coat? Was the polish old? It was fine when she left the salon!!!!!! She said she can still move the gel polish around....if that makes sense. Ugh, how disappointing. I feel bad now that I even suggested we come here. I can't leave Vegas without seeing Jay, Tina, Joanne, and Kenny. I've been coming for the last 8 years. They do a wonderful job with my nails and I never want to leave, especially because of the amazing massage chairs. Their prices are reasonable and they never do a rush job, no matter how busy they are. They are always friendly and their salon is bright, airy, and super clean. This salon is a quality salon. As a Vegas visitor and walk-in, I did not expect anything spectacular, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with a warm welcome to a clean and not overly crowded salon. In requesting the basic mani-pedi I received quality and caring technician that did not rush my simple service. He was polite, clean and precise, he was also considerate of my polish dry time. It's very rare that simple services are still on the menu, but I did appreciate the quality for the value. Needed to get fills and this place was close to where I was staying. They were not as busy however I was in no rush. Waited about 5 minutes to get serviced. I had the honor to have John service my fill and pedicure. He showed great customer service and made great conversation during my time there. Place is very clean and many of the place's regular customers made my visit a comfortable one. As I was a bit nervous to get serviced somewhere new and not my usual nail stylist, however, it went quite well. If I'm ever in Vegas again, I will return and have John be my stylist. read more

I went and got my nails done with my friend. I got a fill and she got a full set, which cost $140. The diamonds on my friend's nails fell off the next day, and my nail polish was smudged and chunky... We went back to get alterations and get her diamonds re-glued. I had already voiced to the owner that I felt like the diamonds would just fall off again, she said they wouldn't, but guess what? They fell right back off the next day. My nail polish is already chipping and there is still residue from the previous nail polish... They were clearly upset that I wanted my nails redone too. read more

So far, so good. I've gotten a deluxe pedicure twice ($35) from two different folks there! The deluxe pedicure comes with a foot/leg scrub, callous removal (and I seriously needed a lot of work), and a massage per usual. I'm happy with the results, and the regular nail polish only chipped when I banged my foot against something. It feels so nice to have nice feet again! Regarding the patrons: Seems to have a lot more Las Vegas locals versus visitors, which is nice. Lots of parking since it is in a strip mall that has a Smith's and other smaller stores. Seriously a great spot to stop at in Vegas if your nails are not done! Give yourself sufficient amount of time, Joanna (I believe was her name) spent a solid hour on my acrylic nails before doing my pedi--but an hour well spent! She took her time to make my almond shaped nails look good and I was truly happy with the out come. Because I had to be some where and was running out of time, I asked if she could do a quick French tip pedi. Even though it was rushed she still took 30mins and still did a wonderful job. It was $35 for French tip pedi and $50 for almond shaped acrylic. This isn't a fancy place, but if you like me and can't spend an arm and a leg to get your nails done at a spa on the strip, then come here. I took $10 Uber's to get here and get back. On another note the people here are so sweet, they talk to you and make conversation. The workers don't just talk to each other. They are very personable and they know their regulars. They are really nice and if you needed adjustment just let them know. She made my French tip pedi a little thick at first and I asked if she could make it thinner. She did it with no problem. I went in the day before my birthday for a new set of acrylics. My tech was nice but I gave up after telling her 3 times that two of my nails were crooked. She just kept saying that they were fine even after I explained to her what I meant. Ok, whatever. I'm not going to waste my breath if she's just going to keep arguing. Also, the lines are much thicker than I wanted and the design doesn't look like what I wanted at all. After I left, I got even more frustrated because all of my nails are bubbly up by my cuticle so they don't have a natural look. I didn't notice while I was there because I was focused on my crooked nails. She was also supposed to do a coffin shape (which I paid extra for) and there is no shape to them. 5 days later and two of my nails are already lifting. Also my cuticles weren't touched at all so they look HORRIBLE. I'm so unhappy and very sad because these were for my birthday. It's really sad because it's right down the street from my house. Other nail techs here may be ok so I might try again but if this happens a second time then I won't be going back. read more

I have no problem with this place to make it less than five stars. It is not a fancy bougie Las Vegas attraction type place. It is your run of the mill nail salon geared towards locals in my opinion. They got me and my husband in same day when I called in the morning. It's currently appointment only and they clean between each client and there are movable dividers between each pedicure station. The staff wears gloves and masks. They have sanitizer for you and them. Their pumice stones and files are new each time. The nail techs have face shields right now and masks and gloves. She listened to everything I wanted and did a great job on my nails. The price was also very reasonable. A gel manicure cost $25 if you pay in cash. $5 to get polish off your nails if you have polish on. $5 extra if you plan on using a credit card. So disappointed. After reading somewhat good reviews I was excited to get my nails done. I had gone in to get dip on my nails and left with a tragic disaster. I paid a total of $60 for my set. $90 in all because I got a pedicure too. SEE PHOTOS**** SUNNY is her name. The dipping process was alright but at the end, instead of curing my nails in the UV LED light, she put this weird polish that makes your nails dry really quick and ended up making my "clear top coat" really messy and ugly. Before she finished up, another lady came over and said "why didn't you cure it in the UV light??" And the girl painting my nails ignored her. I was so upset because I paid a lot of money, I ended up calling and the lady said she could fix my nails. I could tell she was upset, she put ONE clear coat on top of my nails and made me cure it in the light. You're usually supposed to put 4 or 3, she put ONE. Sure enough, it's been TWO DAYS since that day and my clear coat is already coming off. This had to be a joke. She said they don't do "refunds" they can only fix it. Ok then, why isn't it fixed?? I do not recommend. This place was a joke Update ;) So, instead of the girl (sunny is her name) apologizing about how terrible she did my nails, she voted this review as "funny". Sunny is wonderful! She's a perfect fit for me because she's crazy about stilettos! As you might already know I'm crazy about my nails. I am very picky and will only be happy when they are perfectly perfect. I got them shorter than usual (life atm calls for it) which is a bit tougher for stiletto style but she did great. My nails were bitten down and awful because they were driving me nuts so I was worried they would hurt if they were filed too much. But my fingers do not hurt she didn't have to do much filing as she already has a knack for this shape. Pheeew! The environment is very relaxed. I recommended calling first though as they can get kinda busy. Everyone in there have kind and outgoing personalities. They have an enormous selection of gel colors! They have very completive pricing and their work stands with the best. I highly recommend this place. :D read more
