Nail Gossip was incredible! Bri was my tech and was so kind, creative, and professional. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, they truly want to make sure their customers leave happy. I got a deluxe pedicure and they really did a great job trimming/ grooming my nail beds + took off all the calluses! She also added some pretty large gems to my toes (which I insisted on), I was convinced they'd fall off within a day or two (which I was prepared for/ was my choice)... to my shock they have stayed on for the whole week (still going strong). Walked in looking for just a toe nail polish change! No pedicure no gel and they quoted me 20! Just to remove and change to regular polish! I went over the Smiths got nail remover and polish 6 bucks! If a polish change is that much I can't imagine the price of a pedicure! read more

THIS IS THE PLACE!! I have been searching the valley for a nail tech who was friendly and who can also do alot of the "old school" art like in my photos. Not only can they do all the forgotten cute stuff of the 90s and Y2K but every picture from instagram she knocks out of the park as well! The staff is AMAZING and nothing short of it. Walked in for a gel removal. I was immediately turned off by how dirty everything is and how the tech would speak to me but I chalked the latter part up to cultural differences. But to use the same latex gloves for all clients (that by the stains and wear/tears looks likes she used all day if not all week) is just really cheap. She did a mediocre job, leaving my nails not perfectly matched and at slightly varying lengths and sharpness/roundness of corners. Their prices don't seem any different from other places that are much nicer. The people aren't friendly or personable and there are too many nail salons out there to ever have to come back to this one. read more

So, I called a few hours ahead and was told to come at 4. I come in at 4 & she's doing someone else's nails. Okayyy. She says it's going to be thirty minutes--and i waited. As soon as she's supposed to start someone she says is her regular walks in & she tries to skip me entirely. I confront them and the CUSTOMER felt like it was unfair & let me go ahead of her. She was very aggressive while doing my nails and I won't be back. Both times I came I feel like they were giving me bad vibes for no reason. Why would you fix my nail , by putting a white tip on my obviously clear set...just to get an attitude when i tell you to change it???? Make it make sense. In other words, I go out of my way because Hana is the most incredible artistic nail technician in Las Vegas. This nail shop is less then ok, nothing to brag to my gal pals about. We were in the neighborhood and my kick ass boyfriend was treating me to getting my nails done just because. We walked in and it was pretty busy, I picked my color and had a seat, I waited about ten minutes. I was having a new full acrylic set done. I posted pics, be cautious they do not inform of extras such as half tip polishing or glitter or multiple polish colors even though they ask how you would like your nails polished. I am learning more and more as I have been screwed lately at nail shops, I will now ask straight up, what will that cost? Also I will inform them I don't want any surprises at the end when I am charged, I want to know upfront what my bill will be! If I am charged for something they did not inform me of and are attempting to be sneaky, they will get no tip and no repeat visit from me and I will also call them out on it, bottom line no bullshit. Don't F*** me nail lady...don't F*** me! $32 bucks for a full set, SHORT length nails. That is usually what a new acrylic LONG nail length set cost. Not impressed, won't be back. ***It was a hot day and they have no air conditioning! A lot of nail doing and pedicures going on and we were all sweating balls!!! Cheap, won't even run air for the comfort of their customers! They are tighter than a ticks ass! LONG said I needed a whole new set, I said ok...she started hurting my nails so she soaked them and was complaining on how long it was taken, she asked for my feet and started taken off my gel polish off my toes, it was uncomfortable, I asked her can I sit on the pedicure comfortable chair, she said later, she starting drilling on my nail because it was getting soaked, and it wasnt time, so she hurried me up to the ped chair, my ped was horrible, she didnt take all my calluses off my foot, and my nails were so hurting from her drilling and being rough...DONT GO HERE...GOOD LUCK IF YOU DO, OR JUST DONT GO TO LONG... read more

Well at first nobody was polite at all , i was asked what i needed after 10 of literally standing there, this was after someone finished taking care of someone else. I i went to this salon for the first time because i got a mani pedi certificate for mother's day from my husband. The lady was friendly after my nails were done and i was ready to go; the girl end up saying I needed to pay extra $35 dollars charge for what she did on top of the certificate; my problem is that she never mentioned anything and she keep saying it was the material she used... after paying attention to the the liquid base they use to mix with the acrylic powder i end up finding they are using the most cheap liquid base methyl methacrylate which is super toxic by the way.... not to mention IS BANNED by the nevada board of cosmetology. My finger tips are dry and literally have to apply lotion every 5 minutes. My experience was horrible but I'm happy i already put a complaint to the NEVADA BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY. read more
