Last minute decision to get a pedicure and I found this hidden gem! The location is open 24/7 which is awesome! I got a quick pedicure because I was in a rush but it was great service! Very clean and the owner was a true angel on earth. A homeless man walked by and she was so gracious and gracefully gave him 2 bottles of water and some treats. It brought me to tears to see such a beautiful act of kindness on Sunday. I had just left church. I didn't have cash on me, otherwise I would have helped him as well. I don't like to leave bad reviews unless it's absolutely warranted, and I have to say, the name of this business is fitting for what happened to me! I literally just left the shop today 12/31/25, and immediately knew I needed to review. I showed the artist two reference photos - the first design she seemed hesitant, so I showed her a second design. I told her to pick the one that would be easiest and went with the design she picked. What she did looks NOTHING remotely close to what I asked for. Really, as a professional with 25 years of experience, how do you not look at what you're doing and think this looks nothing like what she asked for, let me start over? And if you're unable to do what I ask for, tell me and I can pick something else! But, she kept going and sent me on my way. Nail polish stuck under my nails and to my skin. Maybe she was rushing? Not sure, but could I have said I didn't like what she did? Absolutely! But I was already there for 2 hours, and why would I want you to redo my nails when you already did a terrible job? I paid 130 dollars (45+10: manicure and cat eye and then 55+10: pedicure and something else) and that's not including tip. Had I known it would have been an extra 10 dollars for cat eye, I would have declined. I wish I would have waited until I returned home to go to my regular artist, but my nails needed it badly...but maybe I should have just waited. I wanted to treat my best friend to a ladies' nail pampering day for her birthday and found this place on Yelp. I will say that Deanna is an absolute sweetheart, but for the price of these nails and pedicures, they should not be breaking and popping off! I paid $85 for a full set and $55 for a pedicure, and I tipped $20.00 because they accommodated us last minute. No one has money nowadays to throw away. First, my friend's gel French manicure was peeling off, and then two days later, my nail broke in half while vacuuming my car, with another one lifting. I went back, and Deanna was super sweet and fixed it. Now, here we go again , two nails have broken off, and I'm not rough on my nails! It's frustrating because they didn't even last a whole week! I wanted to go back and have her fix them again, but this is ridiculous. No, it's not because they are long; I am a licensed nail technician, so this should not be happening. I believe the products used are cheap or not properly applied. I just took off a full set I had on for 3 weeks with no lifting or breaking for this new set from a different place. As for my pedicure, I already have dry heels because it wasn't scrubbed properly for $55.00. I noticed it when I walked out but thought I just needed some lotion ‍. The service should be more like $25.00. As much as I wanted this to work out, I won't be back. It's simply not worth it, and the reviews are accurate. So could things happened during this interaction. First of all, we came there for couple massage and were excited to get our feet massaged and right away they told us to be quiet when multiple times they were talking to each other in there language loudly. Second of all my husband massage person didn't even start on time and was busy taking and getting ready but used the 30 min time towards that and kept getting clients in and again used that time against him. Both the ladies were also busy playing on there phones while massaging us so the experience wasn't great. We still tipped $5 since it was $30 deal but you can see from there faces they didn't appreciate the tip even with the crappy experience. That being said we would not be coming back. To the owners response.... Everything you responded with to try and defend your employees actions is a lie! I'm the one who called the police after your employee snatched my card and ran and locked me in your shop. I never not once refused to pay for anything I told her I was leaving a review because she told me the gel x full set was $55 and also said you only had one length when I asked for shorter nails and your employee responded "she will just cut them down". I got the deluxe pedicure which was $55 plus $20 for gel and I saw multiple cameras in your establishment so I know all of this was recorded. Visiting Vegas and needed a mani/pedi. Found this place from yelp and decided to give it a try. I called and scheduled a time and they had availability to take me and a friend in 30 min. If I could give GetNails247 a zero I would. I thought they were supposed to be 24/7 but that is a lie. I left my appointment with my "manicurist" Kenny with wounds on my index finger on my left hand and ring finger on my right hand, a lot of pain around my proximal nail folds/bled from them, and after manually taking off my nails I noticed that I have embedded marks on my nails. I believe that my male "Manicurist" Kenny intentionally sabotaged my acrylic nail set and he knew the reason why I was there. His lack of effort and his behavior was very unprofessional. Kenny filed my nails then brushed the residue off but would hit my nails with the brush, he didn't even try to speak to me during the whole time I was there unless it was to tell me "more" then proceeded to tap my hands to go under the lamp light. Kenny made my set look chunky by putting too much acrylic paste on and took a few hours for it to still be too thick, filing around my cuticles to the point of bleeding and wiping the blood away with his fingers with no gloves on. After he heard the tip amount at the counter and when I mentioned my ring finger nail on my right hand was overfilled onto the skin, he filed the side of my acrylic nail completely off to the point that he exposed the skin beneath my actual nail. I finally pampered myself for my 21st birthday which was on August 6th, three days before on August 3rd I got my nails done which my dad booked my appointment at 7:30 am that day, and I was getting gel French tip sets on my toes and gel acrylic sets on my hands. I never had this done before so it was completely new to me on how pedicures and manicures worked, and I trusted the professionals to do a good job but the experience was awful and I will never come back again. On August 3rd, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment at 7:30 am and the place was completely closed, the manicurist/pedicurist was late by 15 minutes after we met I told her about the birthday nail set, her name is Lee and she worked on the skin around my toes and then switched with a guy named Kenny to do the polish and told him why I was there. Kenny began working on my toes till 8:10/8:20, then put my crocs on for me after he was done with my toes, which I now know was to hide mistakes. Kenny began working on my manicure from 8:30 am to 11:20 am. After Kenny did a bad job with my acrylic nails I was generous enough to give him $15 and after that, I noticed that my nail was overlapping onto the skin on my right ring finger, he filed my nail horribly to where the skin beneath my actual nail was exposed. That same nail came off on August 8th while I was washing my hands at an airport out of town after my 21st birthday, that same day I saw food stuck between my acrylic nail and nail on my thumb which my grandmother informed me that it could cause an infection, and I Sunday August 10th I finally had time to manually take them off. To take off my acrylic set, it was 8 to 11 am when I was able to get them completely off and then I noticed that when I was gently scraping and using soaked acetone cotton balls I saw embedded marks on my nails, I feel like I would've gotten an infection for keeping them on longer. I would never come back to this place or recommend it to anybody, if you want a shitty job done on your nails this is the place for you but if you don't want that, I recommend never coming into this place ever. I want a refund but a shady business like this, I don't think that will happen. I spent $165+$15 just to get bad quality nails. UPDATE: I WAS OVERCHARGED, I SPOKE TO THE PERSON WHO REPLIED TO MY REVIEW AND SHE OFFERED ME FREE SET WITH EXPERIENCED LICENSED MANICURIST INSTEAD OF KENNY, I SAID I WANTED MY MONEY BACK SHE SAID ONLY $75 OUT OF THE $165 AND I WANTED THE TIP BACK. SHE DIDN'T REPLY BACK TO ME BUT I NOTICED THAT I DIDN'T SPEND $90 ON A PEDICURE, FROM THE MENU AT THE STORE AND WEBSITE I DID THE BASIC/EXPRESS PEDICURE $55 and $65 FOR MY MANICURE WHICH IS $120 + THE TIP $15=$135. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND GIVE BAD SETS WITH NON EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS. Service requested was the deluxe pedicure the price she quoted us was $55 which says it includes a 15 minute massage and gel polish. My husband didn't get gel polish obviously he just got a buff. When we went to pay it was $75 for me and 65 for my husband. The service was good our toes look great the problem is the price they quote is not the price you get. Came in for a fill on New Years Eve. 12/31 and got nailed! They really effed me over and laughed about it. I asked for a short almond one color acrylic fill. The acrylic dried lumpy & wide on 2 fingers , shapes were all different some were pointy others were round, left hand length was shorter than the right hand, & the nail polish dried with pinhole bubbles. She also kept answering scam calls and texting every few minutes which was really annoying. I went up to the front to pay & the two older old ladies charged my card $70 & handed me the receipt. I asked "I thought you said they were $60?" They looked at eachother & laughed & asked me to sign the receipt. When I asked again why $70 she took out $5 in singles. I guess they were trying to force me to tip & didn't think I would speak up. Not sure why they assumed I would even tip for very poor quality, low effort nails & especially after deceiving me & adding their own tip with out asking me. I did not authorize a $70 charge on my card. I left the shop bc I had a business meeting to get to & came back around 3pm to get them fixed. The old lady who did them got upset & asked what's wrong with them & I asked her to look at them. She started talking in her language & constantly making comments for the next 5 mins while another young lady fixed my nails. I'm not sure why she would act like she can't see the poor quality job when she spent an hour 6 inches away from my nails. We're both looking at the same nails & that's an accountability issue. I know they were upset with me & made me feel very uncomfortable & embarrassed in front of another client but I'm the one who should be mad. I over paid $70 for a fill that wasn't even worth $40, was deceived & charged an amount I didn't authorize, had to drive all the way back & waste another 40 mins of my day while they fix them. I'm updating my review because I really appreciate how much the owner is passionate about her business and the reputation of her salon. She is very kind and reached out to hear more about my previous experience, she also shared her heart about how locals are the backbone of her business and wants every experience to lead to returning clients. I decided to give it another try, Deanna reassured me that she would set me up with a good artist. I came in with my sister, we chose the premium pedi with sugar scrub. I will say that it was very relaxing, I know some techs kind of run through the massage portion fast or don't really try. The girl who did my pedi provided a wonderful massage and relaxing sugar scrub. She was gentle with the scrubbing buffer to remove dry skin - this is really important for me because I hate when they are too rough and cause scratches and create more dry skin. I didn't have to tell her, she just was gentle, careful and efficient. My gel color came out really cute, I would like to see more nude color options, some were too light and some were too bright. Would like more muted neutral tones to choose from. I was happy with the color and she filed away any imperfections. They look perfect! My sister was also happy with her experience, she mentioned her previous experiences at other salons were not as good as her experience here. I went in for a gel powder dip refill told the older lady several times she said yes but then used acrylic for fill the nails did not match the length and shape she kept adding acrylic and filing to match which made the point tips bend downward finally after a long time the kinda looked similar, after 3 days the point on one broke and after 4 days another one broke and there the ones I told her to remove and redo but did not.
