I drove 20 mins out and once I arrived, confirmed who who I was/called and was met with a lot of off putting stares followed by claims of "oh busy," "ah no can't do," "not real" and other opposing responses. I remained present to understand what is the issue due to it not visibly being busy, reconfirming I called ahead and then asked for a final clarifying answer which was "no experience cutting units." I would have most respected that answer over the phone. It was quite frustrating due to my proactive measure, especially considering gas prices. With the absence of the former employee, unfortunately this is not a viable destinations for getting units cut, if that is your need. I'm sure they do all other services fine.

My nail technician is Evelyn and she did a great job with cutting and cleaning out the cuticles. Most places seem to take short cuts with cuticles because it's not that visible to the eye. She did 4 layers of coats and gave my feet some TLC! I highly recommend them and would definitely come back. Really hoping I can come back before my vacation is over for a set of acrylic. Not sure, but could I have said I didn't like what she did? Absolutely! But I was already there for 2 hours, and why would I want you to redo my nails when you already did a terrible job? I paid 130 dollars (45+10: manicure and cat eye and then 55+10: pedicure and something else) and that's not including tip. Had I known it would have been an extra 10 dollars for cat eye, I would have declined. I wish I would have waited until I returned home to go to my regular artist, but my nails needed it badly...but maybe I should have just waited.
