First experience (October 2025) w/ a male named Tai was amazing. He was charming, his energy was nice. When I said I did not want the foot pumice/scrub, he listened and did not use it. Second experience (April 2026) w/ a female named Amy was not so great. I initially asked for Tai again however, they said "he no longer works there" so I took a chance going with a random person. I paid for the $45 Deluxe pedicure and got: my cuticles overly cut, at one point (after I told her how my big toe hurt & that she went too far) she continued to the point where my toe started bleeding from overly cutting cuticle. This happened on 2 toes. When we first sat down, I asked to not use the foot pumice/scrub and she still did. Near the end, the vibe felt awkward so I gave her feedback & commented how I liked how she did the cuticle on the other big toe (and how she did not go so far inside like the ones that bled) and she responded by asking her coworker (who just walked in for her shift) to translate to me that my toenail was growing inward so that's why she had to go farther in. I've been getting pedicures for 15+ years and this was the FIRST experience where my toe(s) started to bleed and where someone has told me that my toenails grow inward.... [Google: Overly cutting cuticles that lead to bleeding destroys the skin's protective barrier, causing painful, immediate, and long-term side effects. Major risks include bacterial/fungal infections (paronychia), increased sensitivity, and chronic damage, often resulting in thicker, ragged cuticle regrowth.] I do not recommend this place. I won't be returning here. Perhaps SlaiMe Salon can be more consistent with their technicians' services (including customer service) and have their employees actually listen to the customer's requests and feedback. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have been there twice already and it's probably one of the best pedicures that I've had. They are very nice and attentive and listen to what you say. By the time you're done your feet feel amazing and your polish looks great. You could show them pictures of what you want and you do their best to get it just right. It's very relaxing uncomfortable. Buyer beware I went in for a manicure buff and shine and a basic gel pedicure. They have you sign in on a kiosk with the service that you want and the prices. My two services came out to $65 on the kiosk 55 for pedicure 10 for buff and shine. I noticed Tina took her time and was very polite, but once it got to my manicure, my nails were not soaked in any water and I felt like the process was not properly done. Given the time it took for her to do my nails during the service she asked twice for reviews and I felt OK about giving them at the time. When it came time to pay, she rang me up and said it was $95. I looked at my unpainted fingers and my simple gel polish toes and ask how my service is melted to $95 someone else aside from Tina who worked there explained that the buff and shine was a manicure add-on for an additional $30. I look back at the kiosk and there was no option for manicure and buff and shine. It just said buff and shine and everywhere I've ever been to included a buff and shine with the manicure. I paid and told them that I would not be back because that was not clear and the price quoted all the way back at the check-in was significantly different and no one bothered to indicate this to me. In terms of vibe, I liked the early 2000s R&B music they played but overall, it was giving scam with that kiosk and the employees. When I went outside in the daylight, I noticed there was still some dirt under my buffed fingers; I drove off rolling my eyes wishing I had just gone to Walmart . read more

I first went to VT Nail Spa down the street and it was closed on a Monday at 3pm even though the hours say it should be open. I called and they told me to come to Slaime Salon, their second location. The guy on the phone left the salon right after I got there. He was the one who was supposed to do my gel manicure. I waited 30 minutes. A girl came over to me and offered a 10% discount for waiting and said the other girl would be ready for me soon. I waited another 20 minutes before leaving the salon as I had been waiting so long that even a 10% discount would not be worth it. read more

This is a very nice, cute and clean place. I came in with two of my friends and they were able to get us three in for a pedicure and manicure. They have water and soda free of charge. It was pretty busy so we had to wait a while but they gave us three free hot wax for our feet, which was very nice. I got the $75 package with gel polish and it was nice. I am extremely impressed with this salon. I called for a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me for a mani pedi. The salon is very nice and clean and the owner is really sweet.
