Lots of parking but it gets pretty busy. The restaurant is fairly small so seating can be limited. There is additional outside seating. They also have a general grocery store with some unique items. Coffee was good, my breakfast sandwich was awesome with bacon & ham and I should have bought more fry pies from the grocery store. I had a great visit! Looks like typical breakfast is in the $5-$10 range.

Not too heavy, incredibly savory, and hit the spot without going overboard. My coffee was just OK. Nothing crazy, a little too much of synthetic sweetness in the syrup. And they asked if I wanted it in a mug or to-go cup: I said mug, as you can see this is not what they provided me. A little disappointed by that as well. Overall, I'd maybe go back but I'd ask if they could fry my egg and for half sweet lattes. And I'd confirm that my coffee came in a mug.

Located right in the heart of Penn Yan's central business district, Publick Coffee House was a welcome surprise to an out of towner. Stocked with a terrific selection of carefully curated coffee and tea the staff was not only knowledgeable but friendly and attentive which made me feel right at home. I put Publick in the same class as "The Elk" on Charles Street in the West Village, New York and "Contraband" on Larkin Street in San Francisco.
