Love the artsy feel to this place. The decor is so colorful and bright. I love that they feature local art. Many food choices to choose from on the chalkboard menus. They support local vendors and incorporate them into their menu items. The staff were very friendly. It was a two-person show on a Thursday around lunch time. He placed our orders at the counter. We sat down and waited. We were able to see the kitchen from where we were seated and he was also helping to make the food. He brought our lunches to us. After a few minutes he came back around to make sure everything was tasting good. There is a cart to place your dirty dishes on after eating. Service was very good! Can't wait to come back and try this place again, when I am in the area. I will definitely tell others about this cafe. read more

We stopped for coffee and this place is super cute. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Everything is made to order and once you place your order at the counter they deliver it to your table. They have both breakfast and lunch items. We had coffee; a superfood smoothie and an Açaí bowl of high our daughter in law enjoyed. Would definitely stop there again! read more

This spot has been a bagel and coffee shop for a long time, but this last visit to see my family, I was finally able to stop and experience it as Caruso's for the first time. It is still the cozy and kind space you need before your first coffee. Local art displayed on the walls in addition to historical and nostalgic Naples artifacts and articles. Usually one or two people on laptops getting some work done while others eat their breakfast and chat. They serve Finger Lakes coffee (the best locally roasted coffee) or they will also make you a delicious latte. The bagels are still so delicious and the best flavors still run out if you don't get there early enough. There are sandwiches, wraps, and salads to choose from for breakfast and lunch. I believe you can call ahead for pick up too. Their bacon, egg, and cheese on a nice toasted bagel (cheddar and chive if they aren't already gone) always hits the spot for me! The service is always great. They are smiling and patient even if you aren't because mornings aren't your thing until your hanger is sated. I do not personally know the Caruso's, but I do know they do lots of wonderful things for the community. While I was there they were taking donations as they prepare and provide Thanksgiving meals for those in the community. Who volunteers to make more than one Thanksgiving meal?! Love this cafe. I have friends who used to live right in Naples and we'd go here for breakfast every time I'd visit. They've since moved outside of Naples but we still find our way back here. Huge range of drinks and breakfast/lunch options. I usually end up with an iced chai and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a sesame bagel. Can't go wrong with that! The customer service is always great and the atmosphere is cozy, decorated with teacups. Very cute place! read more

Food was great, drinks were questionable. I got a egg, cheese and veggie panini (which was delicious) and a matcha which was just milk (and was 5$). My friends had bagels and a breakfast wrap that they were very happy with. They had apple pay, and vegetarian options so overall very good just disappointed with my matcha:( read more

We ordered the chicken salad wrap and literally could count the pieces of chicken in it. It was all apples and grapes (and large pieces) with odd seasoning. It really should be labeled as a fruit salad. On top of that the customer service was HORRIBLE! Our ordered was rushed and the cashier who I was told was the owner had zero personality. Happened by here for lunch earlier this week. Was initially struck by how welcoming the staff was to us and their influx of locals grabbing their to-go orders. While waiting for our lunch, had a wonderful conversation with the owners. Enjoyed our conversation about concerts, local bands, and an upcoming family trip to Memphis. My family had breakfast here two times while vacationing on Canandaigua Lake. The place is a comfortable artsy diner/cafe. The people are very friendly and the food is delicious! We had pancakes, French toast, egg sandwiches, bagels....all were good. Our favorite things include the home fries and this amazing thick bacon. We also got really good coffee drinks there. There is seating inside and outside. They keep sidewalk chalk outside and we saw kids enjoying drawing while waiting for food. We really loved this place! read more

Caruso's is the "go-to" place in Naples. Open only for breakfast and lunch, the menu is excellent, with many daily specials, and freshly-baked (delicious) bagels. There are fresh fruit smoothies, and home-made soups and sandwiches. The atmosphere is very "Naples"- tables are painted by local artists. There are local paintings and postings by the Naples Historical society. The bathroom has one of the most beautiful batiks I've ever seen. If you're a local, it's already your favorite place. I love this place! They do the best bagels with lox (smoked salmon) cream cheese and capers around. They also do great sandwiches. I've had the Cuban and the Reubin, both are terrific. Their coffee and soups are great also. My only complaint is that i'm eating too many bagels! read more

My family and I went there this weekend and couldn't have had a better experience. The owners and staff couldn't have been nicer. The food was great and locally sourced (they even go the extra mile to tell you where they are purchasing their local ingredients). Our kids both loved the pancakes and bacon they had and the breakfast sandwiches were outstanding.
