Amor Artis is a great local brewery. The beers at Amor Artis are simply outstanding. They offer a wide variety of styles, from IPAs to stouts, all of which are expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The brewery also has a great community vibe, with regular events and live music that make it a great place to hang out with friends and meet new people.

Certainly my new favorite brewery, I find myself here almost every Monday now for their run club. They run out and come back for a beer and good times. Lots of rolling beer options alongside several regulars. The Fort Millsner is both catchy and smooth. Or drink the Rhyes and Shine if you want to be both floored and yanked back up. With a stout ABV and a dose of coffee it's bound to confuse your body and mind. There have been several excellent small batches on the list in the past too. You can buy a pintfull of peanut butter pretzels to soak up some of the beer. In the past I've also seen popcorn being made. Prices are standard for any brewery. You can get growlers filled or buy crowlers and some bottles. You can even order food from the Improper Pig next door and they will walk it over to you here at Amor. Along a wall just past the bar there's usually art displayed from local artists that can be purchased. Lots of variety from paintings to photos to handicrafts. Yes, there are kids running around in here. So keep an eye out. The owners are almost always around and typically bring their kids too. The little youngins get the run of the place and are very "free range". I've gotten quite used to it and the owners will never treat you horribly for the way you react to their kids. You can ignore them or interact with them. If they run into you, well, they're kids. They're indestructible. In my opinion, it contributes to how coming here can really make you feel like a member of the family.

Fort Mill, you are fortunate to have a craft brewer of this caliber! It's the 'go to' location for your local sourced and thoughtfully crafted beer. Steve & Travis have done an exceptional job of providing an excellent space to gather and enjoy a cold one. You'll find they have a nice on going rotation with a nice variety. You can order from the Cibi Cibi food truck which visits on a regular basis or you can get your que on from the Improper Pig next door. If you like an IPA, I would highly recommend the Galaxy of the Tropics which is a nice blend of Galaxy & Motueka hops. Get it while you can cause this one is...well, out of this world! Plenty of free parking in the rear and in nearby lots.

I was in town for the holidays and hit the jack pot when I came upon Amor Artis Brewing! The inside decor was very welcoming with the old school feel of bricks and holiday decorations all around. Not only was the inside seating great, there are two levels outside in which you can partake in drinking and relaxing as well. The Covid precautions at this brewery were great, as each table had a sign green when good to go and red when needs to be cleaned. Now let's get to the great part, the beer!! While vacationing, I usually love to get flights and sample the various brews. At Amor Artis, I was able to taste a small sample of the ones I was interested in until landing upon 'Cruising down the street in my 64 West Coast IPA.' This beer was smooth but hoppy at the same time which gave off an amazing aroma. The Fort Milsner Pilsner and Sopeso Coffee Blonde were our two other choices that we loved so much we bought 4 packs to go! This is a must stop for any beer lover :)!

Worst customer service ever. Beer was okay at best, and it was certainly not worth dealing with the rude bartender. Ambiance was nice, cute, simple decor. Nice outdoor patio area in the back.

This past weekend after visiting Carowinds for the day we ventured down to rock hill to check out amor Artis, it was our first time dropping by and I absolutely loved it. . . Located in downtown it provides a great spot to soak in all rock hill as to offer, the inside is very nice with a lot of seating and the bar has a huge menu, the bartender/owner are super nice and service is excellent. We discovered the roof top patio which is awesome and at night probably provides some good views. . . We ordered the Majestic IPA and Peach Sour beers and we loved the taste and smoothness of both. Let me say if you are near rock hill or just want to venture out, this is a must try! . . PS: located right beside The Improper Pig, dine in or order to have brought to bar! Cheers!

Huge fan! Tasty and unique beer selection, friendly owners and the exact thing that downtown Fort Mill needed. The decor and ambiance is very homey as well

I headed back right before the pandemic. A blonde bartender helped me pick a beer she thought I would like and let me sample first- BINGO! I like how they serve different beers in appropriate glasses. I love its location and also recent events such as when Oku came down. I know they will continue will thrive.

Authentic craft beers, with exceptional sour beers. Service friendly and lots of spots to socially distance and enjoy a conversation over some good quality brews. If you can sit on the roof in the evening, go up drink and grab some improper wings from next door.

Great in house brewed beers and cool atmosphere in downtown Fort Mill. Very friendly. CRUISIN' DOWN THE STREET IN MY 64' west coast IPA A+. Check 'em out.

Great brewery. Prices are just right and a nice atmosphere. Disappointing to see young children there.

There were quite a few people and we get the feeling there were alot of regulars. The host was a guy named Joe who said it was his birthday. There were 4 rounds and 5 questions per round. After each round Joe would come by and give a quick assessment of your score and take your card. Between each round, they were BLASTING Ska/Reggae music. We didn't place in the top 3 of the winners but we were close. We have all done Trivia in a lot of places and said it was OK. They have a very limited menu. The nachos were terrible even though I added chicken and pork. The chips and salsa were terrible. We all had the Cuban sandwich and agreed it was better than OK

The CHEFewezen was excellent for me while Mrs. K. enjoyed a non-alcoholic beer from their cooler. Lots of options here for beers and you can see the big tanks fermenting away in the background. With the beer, their large pretzel was tasty with the beer cheese (shouldn't there also have been a pot of mustard?) and we enjoyed that as well. Definitely a comfy and friendly spot for beer and good fun! [Review 53 of 2025 - 1242 in South Carolina - 23622 overall]

We were seated promptly upon arrival, and the host staff were friendly and welcoming. The building itself is a standout. With its unique five-story layout, it feels like a destination before you even sit down. We were placed on the fifth floor, and the view overlooking the Catawba River was absolutely fantastic. Watching the water from above added a relaxing, scenic backdrop to the entire meal. There was a full bar within view of our seats and we had a drink before dinner. I had an Old Fashioned with my chosen bourbon and she had a craft beer. The drink had the feel of a professionally crafted cocktail vs someone tossing liquor and mixer in a glass. For dinner, I ordered the Bone-In Pork Chop over peach grits, and my wife chose the Sesame-Crusted Yellowfin Tuna. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and full of flavor Our wait staff was excellent--friendly, prompt, and attentive without feeling intrusive. The ambience fit the restaurant's theme beautifully: warm, inviting, and polished. Everything was clean and well kept. I would happily recommend The Pump House for casual dining, group outings, or a date night. It's a place that delivers great food, great service, and a great atmosphere all at once.

Waitress just didn't follow up. My water sat unrefilled for a long time. Fried okra didn't taste like okra - but that suited a few of the party. But a few of us expected okra flavor only to be disappointed. Temp on the fried green tomatoes should have been warmer but overall it was very tasty. Our appetizer empty plates sat for a while - we even stacked them so it was clear they should be cleared. Ordered the salmon, which was good, but so did my mom. We ordered different temps and they couldn't tell which was which. Wife ordered a salad and for the price, there was barely anything there. Mac and cheese is still the star. Oysters were decent - I expected larger. The half chicken was a generous portion - nice crispy outside but a bit dry inside. I wouldn't order it (I almost did, but my one of our party did). One of our party ordered a stuffed leeks and it was so salty it was inedible. They did fix it and admitted it should have never left the kitchen. By the time the replacement came out it was after 6:05 (and they had to leave at 6:15). So they didn't get to eat their celebratory meal with the rest of us. Not the memory you want for a meal. Desserts were good. Tort was dense - honestly not sure if that's normal. Crème brûlée was very good. For a $400+ experience and our history with Pump House, I expected more.

Lots of families with kids dining around us, seemed like a very kid friendly place.
