The salon is small, they do have a lot of colors and we're able to see my daughter and I as soon as we arrived. Nails were not bad; service was terrible! My tech was rough and she dug into my skin with her nails. They did not stick to published prices, way over priced ! I asked why prices were different and she could not answer but I was mid session. On top of already over prices I had to pay for my own nail files (2) and then she used used ones on my toes, which made no sense. I came here for a lash fill because my tech was out of town. Not only did I end up paying for a full set, but the tech who did my lashes was eating throughout the appointment, chewing in my face with her mouth open, and burping directly in my face repeatedly. She kept getting up and walking away without a word to go text. Not once did she wash her hands or put gloves on. The set ended up not being what I asked for and throughout the entire appointment my eyes were hurting tremendously. It's been about 2-3 weeks and every time I shower my eyes burn like acid and my eyes regularly hurt from the glue drying sharp and poking my eyes. I seriously thought I got pink eye. The bed had a bunch of stuff stacked on it so I couldn't lay my legs straight. I'm led to believe this place is completely unsanitary and not following regular hygiene standards. The tech was rude, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Do NOT get your lashes done here!!!!!! Edit: I know her mouth was open because she was smacking her lips and chewing loudly and it reeked. Definitely not crackers. The rudeness and unprofessionalism in regard to criticism is astonishing. With this many negative reviews, you think they'd get their act together rather than arguing and being condescending. When working on such a sensitive body part, sanitation and safety is #1. Eating while working on someone's eyes and not wearing gloves is a hazard. It is concerning that eyelash glue burns in the shower because that is not normal and I've never had that experience until now. Walking over to your phone while your snapchat notifications blow up is unprofessional and a blatant lie that you were using the bathroom. the nails that i got done look nice, but they are way too pricey. i got a very simple design as well. I went to many different salons and I haven't had to pay as much. the lady that done my nails had a little attitude, she took many breaks to watch the tv, and everytime i accidentally flinched she would tell me to stop moving, and i get that it's annoying, but everytime?? i barely moved, I'm not even kidding. i mean come on what do you expect? i like my nails, but I have had way better service than this. read more

My pedicure was really great with an older woman who took her time and was very kind. Besides that I had an hour to wait because walk ins kept getting their manicures before me even though I was sitting waiting for my appointment, I got cut 3 times during my manicure, the nails got messed up and the owner told me to not look so close if I just looked far away I wouldn't see any issues .. then she told me it was my fault and there was nothing she could do. Very disappointed, owner kept laughing at customers and cracking rude jokes but, some people might not mind that. I had to come home and file my own nails again as they were chunky, and then pick polish off from my fingers. Overall a very mediocre and disappointing experience at a cute little shop. I was thankful I could be seen within the hour. When I arrived I washed my hands and sat down. It felt very chaotic and behind the tables it was very messy, stuff was on the floor, people were dropping things. The mail tech was clipping my cuticles and pushing them very aggressively. She clipped my right ring finger's cuticle so hard I bled and she had to use powder to stop it. It's still black and scabbed over. When I showed her the design I wanted she said she could do it, when she painted the first few and showed me I said that it was not the same and she argued with me, lightly but enough to be annoying. I had her correct it, it became clear she was not able to execute the actual design so I gave in. The skin around my cuticles are peeling up and my clipped cuticle still really hurts. I would not go there again but hopefully it was just one bad experience. A day later and 3 days later it's already chipped and peeling. read more

I was very disappointed with my visit with Jessica. She usually does a decent job on my nails. That's why I continued to pay for the services. My last visit was much ro be desired. Very rushed and rough. Squeezing my fingers and twisting them as if I don't have nerves and bones. Long story short she was Not her usual self. My nails were thick and lumpy in the sun light. I let her know I wasn't happy and all she said was well Next time get the cuticle service. I didn't get the cuticle service so she purposely let my cuticles dry and rough. Very unprofessional. She had no problem running my card for over $60 that definitely was NOT deserved. If you're that hard up to half ass a loyal long term consumer....Take it! I choose to bring my business else where. Hopefully she'll do better and give people what they're paying for. SMH! read more

I saw so many great photos and reviews on this place. So I went... after going there , I don't see what these women were hyping up this place for. I asked for long square nails. Got more of squoval shape and they're not long :/ each nail is shaped at the tip and sides differently. How is the square shape so challenging? $50+ for full set gel. and credit card fee ... blah. I didn't get the nails I asked for and all these photos from reviews look GREAT but mine are anything but that. Not coming back, very disappointed. I came here to get an acrylic set it lasted over a month I loved that. Except the shape wasn't too great and you can tell the woman was super busy and agrees to anyone who calls to come in. I watched 3 episodes of good girls before I got assisted to do this set. Anyway wasn't the best service, I came back yesterday and asked for a new set they gave me a fill and my nails look like melting ice cream haha I asked for a square shape and they rounded out my nails. They are thick. They painted over the old acrylic color &(attempted) to paint over the turquoise nail color I had. Probably won't go there again. I always have a great experience at Amor Nails. I travel for work so I have mani/pedis all over the US. I wish I could take this place with me wherever I go because they are the best! They pay attention to detail, take their time-no rush jobs here ever. The place is small so stuff is around, but n big deal, it's very clean ands everyone has a good attitude. I went today for an acrylic fill, I was on a busy schedule and didn't have an appointment. Everyone was very nice, I got white almond shaped acrylics and she never nicked me while filling and there were very little painful hot spots. I am very happy with my nails they are gorgeous. She took her time and there was very little wait spite me not having an appointment. The environment was very clean and I got an amazing hand massage at the end. I was given a gift certificate for Amor and was happy to try them. I made an appointment and was sent several text reminders which I thought was nice. When I went for my appointment though the older lady who did my pedicure was very snappy and rude. I tried to make conversation but she wasn't having it, the other workers seemed very nice and were talking with their customers. When she did my pedicure she cut me several time with the grinder, my toe nails were uneven (different lengths as well as not even on each toe), and the polish rubbed off after a week, normally toe nail polish lasts a long time. I told the owner my idea for my nails and she really did deliver! My nails are even, crisp, flawless color. I prefer my full set on the thinner side so that it feels more like a natural nail, she did an incredible job at making the feel sturdy, yet thin enough to not be annoying throughout the day!
