I loved the space in this location. There is ample room to walk around and if you decide to hang around eat your dessert they have tables/chairs. I loved the variety of their selections. They had some really tasty looking cakes on display. I saw cookies, bone bones, lemon bars, turnovers, etc. I liked their pricing is listed on their back walls. I decided on cupcakes today. I chose three. I am actually regretting not getting four. The cashier/server was very friendly. She asked about packaging before she did it, which was thoughtful. I got vanilla, cookies and cream and deep chocolate cupcakes. My kids loved the vanilla and cookies and cream. I throughly enjoyed the deep chocolate. It was so rich, moist and delicious. I also tried their oatmeal cookie. So good! I will definitely return!

Very friendly small town feel bakery. Love the selection they have, and the comfortable space to enjoy your sweet tooth cravings. You can custom order cakes. Or buy a slice to go. In addition to sweets, they have a great variety of coffees. Convenient location! P.s. Get a cookie, they are delicious. .

The best bakery! We were driving in from out of town and my friend called ahead to see if they could prepare "gender reveal cupcakes" for us to pick up when we arrived. They were so accommodating and so kind. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS. Thanks so much for helping us out

This bakery is right below my job, I had a craving for something sweet and googled bakeries near me. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. The bakery was very clean and inviting. I loved all the lounge space that was there. There were a ton of delicious treats to choose from! I decided to try to peanut butter cheesecake and a chocolate chip cookie. Both were delicious! I will Definitely be returning for more sweet treats!

I'm so glad we stumbled across this place when we visited Greensboro it's a little off the beaten path but definitely worth going out of the way try it. They have several choices of delicious treats to choose from. Cupcakes, cakes , cheesecake and the list goes on. Staff was friendly and we were able to dine in prices were very reasonable . The apple spice cake was my favorite , my dad enjoyed the cheesecake and the kids loved their cupcakes and I am definitely looking forward to trying some other treats .

I was in the need of something sweet. I saw this donut place and thought about stopping there, but then I decided on cupcakes. I located this place on Yelp and decided to try. I brought 4 cupcakes and they are pretty expensive, I paid $14 something for them. I think their $3.49 or something for one. I can't remember which one I'm eating now ... I think it sweet potatoes idk. Anyway the cupcake is moist but not all that. I just don't like that the icing is hard, that's a no no to me. In my opinion, it's not worth the price. I saw this green thing at the end.

Cute bakery with a variety of sweets to choose from! Amoroso's strawberry red velvet cake is so good - it's been my birthday dessert of choice multiple times and it never disappoints. Today I tried their hummingbird cupcake and it, too, was delicious. It tasted more like banana bread and less pineapple-y than other hummingbird cakes I've tried, but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. The women working there were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I've lived down the street from this place for three years and finally started going in a few weeks ago as a weekend treat to myself and it's great. The inside is charming and clean, the people working there are friendly and helpful. The prices are great. So far I've had the chess bar, magic bar, and cornflake cookie- all excellent. The chess bar is sweet and rich without being too sweet, the magic bar was chewy and full of coconut flavor (and a pretty huge portion), and the cornflake cookies is salty and sweet, with gooey marshmallow and chocolaty chunks. Definitely a favorite.

Several cakes on display which are usually pretty awesome!

Amoroso's Bakery is always a solid choice for your sweet tooth cravings! Having gone to their other location over the years, I was surprised and happy at this location popping up on my phone! Their cakes are to die for, although the smaller version in cupcake form is nice too! Their cheesecakes are good, but there's a more credible version in town that I appreciate more. Last night I tried a Haystack that was good, but it was a bit hard to bite through which I'm not into doing for a dessert. The Butter Pecan cake was absolutely insane! Extremely moist, tons of pecans, and a rich icing that just tops off the experience!

I only went to Cheesecakes by Alex because it was the meeting place selected by someone I was meeting with. I thought I would grab a tea, have the meeting, and then leave. However, nothing went as planned. Lol First, I am a "sucker" for eclectic vibes, which is the ambiance that the Elm St. location gives. The inside has a large mural on the wall, it has rustic flooring and furniture, and it is nothing like what I had pictured. I thought I would encounter a more "refined" place where everyone had their pinky in the air because of how everyone raved about Alex and his freaking cheesecake. Gracious! I completely understand now. I mean, I get it. Lol So after the meeting, this roughly drawn menu reeled me in because it had CHAI TEA. That's my jam. Once I had a sip of my delicious hot Chai tea with almond milk, I KNEW everything else was probably tasty, so I (in a reserved way) ordered an apple muffin. The muffin smelled divine, so I inquired (because I HAD to lol) about the best-selling cheesecakes. The cashier smiled at me and directed me to the Bourbon Pecan and the White Chocolate Raspberry flavored cheesecakes. They were $6 per slice, and I couldn't decide, so I had her pack both. I had a long day planned, so I had to take the slices home and refrigerate them. I almost forgot about them until around 10:30 when I had a sweet craving, and...have mercy! BOTH cheesecakes were velvety smooth, flavorful, and decadent. The Bourbon Pecan was heavenly. I could definitely taste its unique flavor pairings, and it had enough pecans. I also loved the buttery crust. The White Chocolate Raspberry was rich and creamy, with the tang of the raspberry exactly where and when you need it in every bite. I had to take bites out of each, you know, to treat them fairly. Lol Although I paid dearly for eating too much dairy, it was worth the experience. Sometimes, you just have to eat the lactose pill and jump in! I'm so glad I did. Now you know that Cheesecakes by Alex is Kiesha Speech approved. Hands down, they are bringing more than flavor. Cheesecakes by Alex is bringing the "flava!" I hear there are several locations in NC. I hope you can try one near you.
