My furnace was making a horrible noise. Im a travel nurse so I live in it. I had this company come…read moreand look at it. They first said the wiring was backward. I had no issue last winter. They took the furnace out, brought it back in a few days, said they dusted it. Charged me an obscene amount. It turned on; sounded fine. But the sound was sporadic before. Came home from work, the noise was back and worse! They had to come and get it again, did an actual diagnostic and said it was the blower motor. They had to wait on Jayco to send the repair part, which I said in the beginning it needed to go thru Jayco. Diagnosis so it would be covered under warranty. They brought it back, it wouldn't work. They said they now had to replace the relay. It still didn't work. So they had to order a whole new control panel. Because there was an error. They swapped out the panel, the error was still there. (The furnace was working)I had to suggest they actual call Jayco, they were throwing parts at this point. They tried to reset it. They basically tapped out. Ridiculous! I had to take it to another place to get it reset. I was without a furnace for a whole month, in the dead of winter. I was also in communication with Jayco, they said I had to let them finish the repair. They also redid my invoice and pasted my signature to send to Jayco. You can see the cut lines. Moral of the story if you are in over your head, say something.

I dropped the car off and had them look at it. I was told I would need my instrument cluster fixed/replaced and would cost about $800 to get it done. Of course my car has very high miles, so I declined and took the car home as is. It wasn't until about a month ago when I got time to look at it again and started to research my issue. I was told I should check my ground cable on my negative battery terminal. I checked it and. of course, it was rusted off and no longer attached. I ended up taking my car to my old mechanic about an hour away from me to make sure it got done correctly. I got the car back home and ALL my issues were gone...for $30...it was my fix. I am not sure if it was a mistake on perhaps not actually looking into it, or perhaps a scheme to get money out of me knowing what the actual issue was since they were the ones who replaced my battery right before winter and probably broke/loosen the ground cable. Either way...I would have been very angry to have wasted $800 for no reason. If it was a mistake...it was a costly mistake and definitely lost my business going forward.

Service manager said the Onan technician was leaving on vacation tomorrow. Soonest they could schedule me was in January. I said we have reservations in Florida for 12/28. He said bring it in now. I arrived at 3:00 and at 3:30 they had it running and I was out the door. You can't do better than that. I almost hesitate to post this information because sometimes it is just physically impossible to deal with an issue that promptly but they obviously try really hard to satisfy the customer. We talked about upgrading the clutch since the standard Ford clutch lasted only 28,000 miles. He gave me his recommendation on an aftermarket clutch which he stated he had installed on other Shelby GT 500. After readings reviews on his recommended clutch, I purchased the clutch kit and Express installed it. The final price was under their estimate. Professional, friendly and fair.
