Never mind the first fix cost $1000 due to a pressure test blew a ring on the toilet which they fixed without us giving them the go ahead. Won't be taking it there for service again knowing it's our fault that it needed fixed again but the customer service was just shotty from the start. Only reason got 2 stars is because the guys fixing stuff were very nice when I talked to them about what happened.

This young lady I thank her name is Sara that did the walk through and show us how to work every thing and what it was for did a wonderful job showing us every about our trailer, any questions we had she answered them. she even showed us every thing we would need to set up our camper once we got it. Upon inspection of our 2018 Jayco Jay Flight 265RLS. We did find a few things wrong there is a chip in the counter also where the counter is joined together behind the stove there is a gab in the counter top where the meet on both sides and over time if water or moisture were to get in there it would warp also the trim around the counter was coming off. the sink has scratches in a few places Sara told us that every thing would be fixed I told her that I want a new counter i did explain to that is a new trailer and I did not want it fixed but a new counter top and for every thing to be sealed. that I would not except delivery of our camper unless every thing was done and done right It is a brand new camper and there should be nothing wrong with it. she said she would see what could be done. We have not even used it yet so no reason for the scratches on or in the sink or a the counter to be chipped. None of that is her fault she did not build the camping trailer. It is Jayco's for not inspecting there product be for they send there camper to dealer ships to sell them. Also the dealer ship holds some responsibility too. Let see what happens and if it gets fixed and done right.

My furnace was making a horrible noise. Im a travel nurse so I live in it. I had this company come…read moreand look at it. They first said the wiring was backward. I had no issue last winter. They took the furnace out, brought it back in a few days, said they dusted it. Charged me an obscene amount. It turned on; sounded fine. But the sound was sporadic before. Came home from work, the noise was back and worse! They had to come and get it again, did an actual diagnostic and said it was the blower motor. They had to wait on Jayco to send the repair part, which I said in the beginning it needed to go thru Jayco. Diagnosis so it would be covered under warranty. They brought it back, it wouldn't work. They said they now had to replace the relay. It still didn't work. So they had to order a whole new control panel. Because there was an error. They swapped out the panel, the error was still there. (The furnace was working)I had to suggest they actual call Jayco, they were throwing parts at this point. They tried to reset it. They basically tapped out. Ridiculous! I had to take it to another place to get it reset. I was without a furnace for a whole month, in the dead of winter. I was also in communication with Jayco, they said I had to let them finish the repair. They also redid my invoice and pasted my signature to send to Jayco. You can see the cut lines. Moral of the story if you are in over your head, say something.
