He advised that I could wait until the Monday after the Holiday Weekend (to avoid emergency fees) and I did. When I called back on Monday, I initially received an appointment for the following day. However, I was subsequently notified that they had a cancellation and promptly snagged that opportunity. The person taking calls was very helpful, professional and pleasant. Sami came out and promptly diagnosed the problem, reported back with a price for the part (which I approved) and installed/repaired my furnace within a few hours. I was very relieved and the price was also relatively reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would call upon Shamy's again for any heating or AC issues.

The fan bearing had gone out and they did not fix, yet the he stated I had to tell their tech that I wanted it fixed. ? Seriously? I have to direct their technicians, even though I have been paying close to $500 annualy for their VIP program? He later wanted to reimburse me for the VIP and NOT fix the problem to avoid taking care of it. After a final legal threat, a tech was sent out to replace. They have no after hours support even though they claim to. Their on-call tech was sick when we called. He could not reach his backup or the Serv Mgr. Extremely poor management in my opinion. I contacted another Carrier HVAC company and they came out immediately as I smelled something foul in the house. They discovered that poisenous gases were in our house from a plugged heat exchanger. This same heat exchanger and model had a Class Action from over 20 years ago which Pugh did not notify me of or take advantage of. They had waited too long and compensation for a replacement had expired, now. This is inexcussable to allow to happen on Pugh's part. Thankfully, we have seperated and I now have a new furance and a company that I can trust my life with.

I took it to another shop to have it diagnosed, and I was shocked to find out that Toledo Auto and Tire shop had installed Chrysler spark plugs in my Audi. That could have potentially caused serious issues if I hadn't caught it when I did. If they didn't have the correct parts, they should have been upfront about it instead of making a substitution without telling me. The work should be done correctly--not just done for the sake of saying it's finished. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again, not even for something as simple as a tire change. Their prices may be cheap, but in my experience, the quality of the work matched the price. I'd rather pay more at a reputable shop and know the job is being done properly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this shop. Please do your research and make sure the shop working on your vehicle is using the correct parts and following proper procedures.
