The work was done cleanly, they were able to not only remove the entirety of the previous installation components but also properly reinstal some of the trim the previous installer left loose and sticking out. After a quick call to confirm the placement of the dashcam so it doesn't interfere with the rearview mirror, they went to work and got everything done on time and for a great price. Just for record, the dashcam taken out was Thinkware 770 and the one installed was A229 Plus. Now I once again have a peace of mind, thanks to Audio Concepts!
